Metro Group Inc. is an industrial metal recycler. We process scrap metals and prepare them to be melted down into new products. We are also the parent company for 7 smaller recycling yards. Metro also does international scrap metal trading (brokerage) and helps with shipping material on rail (Transloading). Metro is family owned and is probably the nicest, cleanest, most professional scrap yard you'll ever see.

I have been dealing with Metro for almost 20 years, in 2 different jobs. I find these guys to be the most honest and reliable in customer service, In an Industry not known for these traits. No haggling or hassling on prices, cost, deliveries, etc. Just the best price for your scrap and prompt and friendly service. Let's be real, we are dealing with junk scrap, we do not need the headaches associated with trying to be efficient. If you have a need for recycling services, look no further, it is not worth it. DO NOT COME HERE if you value your tires! Metal everywhere! Restroom is located inside the office. The man at the scales was very friendly and helpful. Took 2 hours to load and we were the only truck in the docks.
