Action recovery, which works out of this same location, was absolutely horrible in everyway. They wanted $250 just to get my things from my car after I wrecked on the freeway. From rolling their eyes and telling me 'to talk when I'm not doing this' when I cried, to having a horrible attitude the entire time, to coming out to my car with me and saying 'see, it doesn't even start, it's done for', which no duh it's not going to start, it's a CNG and I pulled the emergency stop lever so it wouldnt catch fire or explode. They just had no knowledge in what they were talking about and gave a horrible attitude.
Horrible company. They put a big sticker on the window of my truck threatening to tow me at my own home. The sticker is now stuck on my vehicles window and will not come off with even rubbing alcohol.
If I could do zero Stars I would. They were rude. Condescending charge me extra days for storage. Car wasn't even at their lot for 24 hours but I got 3 days of charge. Worst company I've ever worked with will never work with this company again. This place will 100% try to scam you out of anything they can.
Absolute worst experience I've ever had with the towing company. They told me it would be $250. They charged me $335. Especially the office people strong smell of weed and other substances.
Jeremy with Empire Towing and tried several things to get my car running prior to towing it off to the service dealer. I felt he went above and beyond what i expected from my tow truck driver.
Since my car had a steering lock column safety failure (determined at the dealership later), we could not turn the steering wheel, nor put the car in drive. Jeremy researched where the Park Release was in the car and we were safely able to pull the car onto the tow truck.
Jeremy took a picture of where he dropped the car off at the dealership and texted it to me that evening.

Empire Towing was a fantastic help when my engine went out on me on the way home from work on the evening of April 9th, 2024. They were accommodating and patient, made it to me quickly, and did a great job. Matt was extremely courteous and kind, making the whole experience as positive as possible. Spencer did a great job towing my Jeep! He was quick and kept me updated all along the way calling me when he was on his way and once he arrived to the final destination. Great communication and service. Highly recommend Empire Towing.
Waited 3 hours. They updated their status with my insurance 2 times delaying. I called direct only to have the man that answers be incredibly rude. He cancelled my tow leaving me and my young son stranded!!!!!! My insurance says they confirmed the job within 10 minutes of being submitted. LIARS
No one wants to end their day having to get a car towed home. When my starter gave out at home depot. I called my road side and they dispatched a different company with an insane wait time. They then dispatched Empire with an hour wait time. Within 30 minutes Isaac arrived to help. I couldn't be happier with the level of service provided and professionalism. Anytime a company can under promise and over deliver, I am stoked! Not only did Isaac arrive earlier than promised, he was quick and efficient at getting my 4runner hooked up and on our way. I hope I don't need another tow ever, but if i do, i'll be sure to go with Empire again. Thanks Isaac for doing such a stand-up job!

Isa Christensen was the driver who helped me. I’m a Progressive customer and had a dead car needing towing from home to the shop on a busy evening. When I got word from Progressive that Empire’d been dispatched I followed up with them and they were courteous and informative and the wait was much less than projected both by Progressives’s estimate and by their initial one. Isa was super helpful in trying to troubleshoot getting my dead hybrid out of the garage so he could back the truck up within range and took an “i’m the hired professional, i’ll take care of it from here stance” which was comforting and useful. I handed over the keys and the car was loaded and delivered without any further effort on my part. Highly recommend.
Had a great experience with Empire Towing today. It's never a good day when you need to get towed, but Spencer made a bad situation a whole lot better. The truck came quickly, and Spencer was completely professional and very kind in every interaction. Thank you, Spencer and Empire Towing!
Jeremy answered the phone and sent someone out very quickly to pick my my car. Glen showed called to tell me he was on the way and showed up before was expected. He was so helpful and explained a lot to me! Glad I used them to tow my car!
Dispatcher answered phone instantly, and answered all my questions patiently. Standing in full motorcycle leathers on highway shoulder in 105F weather, I probably wasn't at my best, but the dispatcher certainly was - and I really appreciate that.
Glenn (the driver) called ahead to let me know he'll be ahead of schedule, communicated with me throughout, made sure my motorcycle was safely loaded and protected for the ride, and delivered it to destination promptly.
You're never having a good day when you need a towing company/roadside assistance, so it really makes a huge difference when the folks you're dealing with are professional and courteous, like Empire Towing.
Matthew and Jeremy at Empire are amazing guys. They took a difficult and out of the way job on the base and knocked it out with ease.
Empire was the only company willing to accept the tow job from my insurance provider. Everyone else either turned it down immediately or wanted hundreds of dollars out of pocket on top of the insurance company pay.
Matt and Jeremy kept me in the loop every step of the way, were non judgemental, and very polite and knowledgeable about the arts of towing a busted vehicle stuck in an awkward place. It was such a huge relief to get this done after being told no constantly the previous day.
I highly recommend this company and greatly appreciate their awesome team.
I called my insurance to get my car towed on Friday, the original towing company that was suppose to pick up my car canceled without notifying me after waiting two hours for them. My insurance was able to get Empire towing to take over the job, and let me just say they had amazing customer service. I unfortunately don’t remember the drivers name but he was fantastic, he picked up my car a little bit before the ETA and even helped us push into the drive way. Overall great experience.
I work on a farm, and I got my truck stuck in a 6 foot deep ditch and high-centered. They were able to pull it out without any damage.

James came to tow my father's vehicle during an accident. He was amazing, very friendly, helpful, humorous and just a great man. He waited patiently with us because the other party was a total......he made sure my dad was OK and defended me when the other party got out of line with myself. I can not tell you enough about how grateful I am that he was there.
I spent about 5 hours on the side of the freeway trying to fix my car and get a tow driver to tow me home. After getting flat out ignored by one tow company, I was transferred to Empire Towing, and James specifically. Let me put it to you clearly, James is by far the best tow driver I've ever had to deal with. From the moment I talked to him and tried to explain where I was, he was confident and sympathetic about everything. He got there quick, was friendly, professional, and just a amazing person all around. To anyone reading this, don't go to any other company/person if there is a choice.
James was awesome and the best tow truck driver I've ever dealt with. He was prompt, on time and professional. After the bad experience we had with Quick Tow, he made my night better. Pay James more to keep him there, he's good for your company.
If I could give this company zero stars I would. My insurance company called them to tow my car, almost 2 hours goes by... Guess what no driver. My insurance called me and said they cancelled and marked the tow as complete. Completely unprofessional. I even called them to get an update on the location of my tow truck and nobody ever answered the phone. Thanks "Empire" for showing me what a good towing company is like. Nope not for me.
