No one wants to end their day having to get a car towed home. When my starter gave out at home depot. I called my road side and they dispatched a different company with an insane wait time. They then dispatched Empire with an hour wait time. Within 30 minutes Isaac arrived to help. I couldn't be happier with the level of service provided and professionalism. Anytime a company can under promise and over deliver, I am stoked! Not only did Isaac arrive earlier than promised, he was quick and efficient at getting my 4runner hooked up and on our way. I hope I don't need another tow ever, but if i do, i'll be sure to go with Empire again. Thanks Isaac for doing such a stand-up job! 10/10 would recommend to anyone in need of a tow
