I called about a spoiler off a vehicle they had listed on KSL. The guy told me yes they did have it available and gave me a price of $200 (I verified we were talking about the correct spoiler). I let him know I would situate the funds and be up to grab it. I sold my gun in order to purchase the spoiler. (Took me maybe 20 minutes after calling). I called back to let them know I was on my way up there to pick it up. I spoke to a different guy this time. And he tells me that spoiler had been sold quite awhile ago. And $200 wasn't even the correct price they sold it for. I understand people make mistakes. I work in customer service. But, I am upset that I sold something I would have never sold except to pick this spoiler up. And I felt like it was pretty much a sucks to be you. No hey sorry that happened.
Drove up from American Fork but the part I had inquired about was not what they had indicated online or when I called. Ultimately bought it and they gave me a little off the price but it would have been easier and cheaper to have the one closer to my house delivered to me. Overall, it’s a junk yard. The staff are friendly and helpful, but the online descriptions aren’t always accurate so be sure to get full clarification before making a drive up there. Ultimately I’ll be back here because the staff makes all the difference.
