Traveling from Florida to Deleware to Oregon and then back to Florida.. Broke our drivers side mirror from construction cones being in the middle of interstate lanes in the middle of the night while passing through Wyoming.

The next day, as we were approaching Salt Lake City, I called about 10 different locations. The others did not answer or directed me to their unuser-friendly website.
The person who answered the phone at Premium Auto Parts was Christian. Very nice. He looked up what I needed, let me know how much and the color.
We got there, and Christian was on lunch. There was another gentleman who assisted. Very nice.
Got the part, and we went outside to put the mirror on. We needed an 8mm wrench. I went back inside, and that gentleman was busy with customers on the phone, so I was helped by a third employee. He was also very nice. He dug through his little box of tools and could not find one. He asked the other person and was able to let me borrow the wrench!!! What a relief

For 2016 F-150; needed a body control module (BCM kick-panel unit), common problem, part is hard to find and expensive from dealer. Part was quickly found and in great condition. Saved me over $300 compared to dealer just for the part. Had a friend help install and program for less than the cost of the programming alone from dealership. The part installed & programmed with no issue. Highly recommend this resource, great customer service! It’s a Ford so I’ll probably need more help in the future. Thank you!

I ordered three parts from premium auto parts , two headlight assemblies , and one turn signal switch . The parts they sent me was the wrong parts . So , I returned the parts to Seymour auto parts , the address was given to me to return it to . After they receive the parts , they started giving me the runaround , about my refund . And I still haven’t received my refund from this company .

I called about a spoiler off a vehicle they had listed on KSL. The guy told me yes they did have it available and gave me a price of $200 (I verified we were talking about the correct spoiler). I let him know I would situate the funds and be up to grab it. I sold my gun in order to purchase the spoiler. (Took me maybe 20 minutes after calling). I called back to let them know I was on my way up there to pick it up. I spoke to a different guy this time. And he tells me that spoiler had been sold quite awhile ago. And $200 wasn't even the correct price they sold it for.
I understand people make mistakes. I work in customer service. But, I am upset that I sold something I would have never sold except to pick this spoiler up. And I felt like it was pretty much a sucks to be you. No hey sorry that happened.
Drove up from American Fork but the part I had inquired about was not what they had indicated online or when I called. Ultimately bought it and they gave me a little off the price but it would have been easier and cheaper to have the one closer to my house delivered to me.
Overall, it’s a junk yard. The staff are friendly and helpful, but the online descriptions aren’t always accurate so be sure to get full clarification before making a drive up there.
Ultimately I’ll be back here because the staff makes all the difference.

The mechanics at premium auto went above and beyond. They helped my sister and I get back in the road when we had some car troubles just passing through. When other auto shops couldn’t help us the owner squeezed us in short notice. He and his crew are amazing and hopefully we never get stuck here again during our travels but if we do we know where to go!!!

My favorite place for parts in this area. Only thing I didn't like was I needed a cover from my console and think it only sell me the whole assembly. I'm pretty sure it's just going to go to waste anyway. Who else is going to want the same thing I need. But they are helpful and very polite. Prices are great.
Steve knocked it outta the park! I work for a repair facility and needed an obsolete part for my own car. I called at least 15 salvage yards all over the country after exhausting all options through national dealerships and all the different aftermarket vendors I have access to. Steve located my rather specific engine size, understood exactly what part I needed, had it pulled, took pictures which he sent to me for verification, and shipped the component with care. He even provided me with the tracking # on the shipment. The part is on my car and it is back on the road. Much appreciated Steve!

I called about a front axle for my 02 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The guy I spoke with was very helpful and friendly. The reason I needed the axle was because my front differential was bad and I didn't want to rebuild it but I wanted my 4 wheel drive, anyways, the guy went and made sure the differential in the axle they had was good for me, and they gave me a really good price for it. I was able to drive straight there and pick it up, they already had the axle out and ready. The process was very simple and quick and they even loaded it up for me. Now I have my four wheel drive back and no regrets! This was a great place that I will keep in mind for my future needs! 10/10 product and customer service!
Very nice and easy to work with. They're fast too! Affordable. Everywhere else I called was out a week or two to pull a transmission for my car and they got it out and ready in a day! I'd rather drive down here all the way from Logan than go to a local salvage yard or one in Ogden. They have my business.

This place is just the best!!! I did have to drive out to the shop to take a look at the part to make sure it would work before they pulled it. I ran another errand and came back in an hour and they loaded it in my truck. Great price Great service..Couldn't ask for more.
Tried to purchase a $250 door over the phone. Had to call the company five separate times. I finally lost my patience with the people answering the phone. I asked to speak to the manager, asked him if he wanted to sell me the part, and he told me "no I do not want to sell you the part".
Not a good business to work with!
Premiere Auto Parts is the ONLY place, to go! I had two cars that lost a side window, within a week of each other - a 2007 and 2008. Premiere had one, on hand and the other, was in the next day. They even showed me how easy they were, to install. They have a very seasoned mechanic on-site, as well. The parts were like new and they have a warranty and their prices are very reasonable. I ordered another part for a steering column and they said it would be in, the next day. Being older and an accountant, I don't work on cars anymore but with the quality of these parts, the mechanic's advice and the prices, I think I'm ready to join up with the crew of 'Fast N Loud'! :)
