It is first class service. Tim is a highly motivated business man with a high drive to close the deal. UPDATE 8/6/25 idk what happened but wow they went from fair pricing to actually garbage prices used to pay like $500/car, like 5 months ago, now they basically want you to trade running cars for the price of a mcdouble.

Do not buy their used cars. I bought a 2012 accord from them. Said the tires were new… all tires were completely worn except one. Used a sleezy trick with oil to make the black paint look better than it actually was. Now I’m stuck with a car with super crappy paint and body damage all over it. The first week I had the car a transmission hose blew and also had to put over $3000 in repairs that they said were all kept up on. Would not trust a junk yard to sell you good quality cars. There are much more places to buy quality cars with honest salespeople.

Everything about dealing with this company was simple. It was less than 24 hours after my initial call that my car was removed. Everything played out exactly the way that they promised, with absolutely no complications at all. If you are looking for an effortless experience, this is it.
The team was able to pick up my car on-site on Friday, however, their driver had forgotten the necessary paperwork. I agreed to meet up at their office on Monday to sign the paperwork for cash and finalize the deal. Due to a miscommunication, I ended up at the wrong address on Monday. After some going in circles looking for the place, and fearing the worst, I headed home.
On my way home, I was contacted by Tim. I expressed my concerns and he offered to meet me at another location of my choosing. We met up within the hour and completed the deal. Getting a quote was easy and I felt zero pressure to accept. Once I decided to accept my quote, scheduling pickup was also easy. The tow truck came to me at the appointed time. The driver was friendly, professional, and showed he valued my time. From the time they showed up and when my junk car was towed away was probably 15 minutes. My quote was honored. Zero stress.
I shopped around a few places and this was by far the best deal and experience. The other guys offered me 1/4 of the money, hounded me while I was waiting for my title in the mail (which I hadn't realized I didn't have until I reached out to sell it), told me their very low offer was going to expire, and told me "other companies" were going to show up for pick up and change their offer to almost nothing.

I filled out all the forms, they had my address and everything, gave me an offer that I accepted, and they didn’t get back to me for 4 days due to a “company holiday,” only to finally let me know that they don’t deal in American Fork. They might be good, communication is obviously lacking.
