$3 entrance fee. Fill out waiver at front desk. Pull your own parts, pay for them on your way out. Hundreds, maybe thousands of vehicles. Some are trashed, some are toast. Lots of Grey loot available for your choosing... If you are willing to get dirty. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. On this visit, I simply walked the lot and took note of inventory for a future project.

The prices for 30 year old junk is way too high its almost cheaper to buy a parts car

I don’t think I will ever go back to this place because I feel like I am getting ripped off, when I call for a price it always ends up more when I am walking out the door and it’s not because of the warranty that they charge you extra for and don’t tell you that you are paying for the warranty and don’t give you the option if you want on or not. I did take a radio back and I stood at the counter for 10 minutes without anyone asking me if I needed help and the two women was both on their phones. I also got a front bumper cover and grill and it ended up costing as much as a new one, another one of those things that cost more than I was told when I was going out the door. So if you go there take your dry cob of corn with you because you will get screwed.

I asked clearly what was included with the purchase of a rear differential and i was inform everything (rotors, breaks pads, calipers, u bolts, plates, break lines, anything involving the rear diff. I loaded the diff and was tired since the workers aren't there on the weekend to help with the heaviers stuff. I paid and left. Then when install was happening we remembered i forgote some bolts, u bolts, and plates. Before i made the hour drive to them i called and corporate and they told me yes its included and i should be fine picking up since i knew where I left them. I then got transferred to comfirm if i would still have to pay the entre fee. I was then told not only do i have to pay the entre fee i would have to pay for the items almost $6 a piece. Then i got transferred to a manager and he then said "we are not going back and fort, thats the cost and offer a 25% discount" a discount on a items that was already included and corporate confirm. I have gone to other junk yards and have forgotten items before they dont charge the entre fee or the items. They just let you go get them or send someone with you. I will reconsider going here again. Not to mention i spend almost $400 because they have to charge a core and warranty and to still charge me more for this items is more upsetting

The staff were fantastic! Very kind and very helpful. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find all the parts I was looking for, but the car I’m after is not common to find in parts yards. There was not a problem with the yard at all. The fee to get into the yard is only three dollars, which is fantastic compared to some other locations, they have a massive inventory, and they get a lot of vehicles fairly quickly so it’s always good to check back and see if they have anything new. Thank you so much again!

If you plan on selling your car to this junkyard, I recommend speaking directly with someone in the office rather than the front desk staff. When I brought in my title, I had accidentally signed in the wrong section. Unfortunately, the woman at the front desk treated me disrespectfully, speaking in a condescending manner and asking questions in a way that felt intended to make me look foolish rather than help clarify the issue. Her behavior came across as unprofessional and unhelpful. I worry that uninformed customers, in particular, might be treated even worse.

Went to buy a part from them on eBay, terrible service, zero communication. They said they were too busy to reply to messages. Too busy pulling the good parts from the cars to sell online and putting the rest on the lot for customers after being picked over by staff... Check out their eBay store if you want the part you need lololol. Do better.

They are kinda rude and do not lose your receipt even if you purchased the warrenty (wich they dont even ask you if you want to purchase it they just tack it on your bill ) they will NOT return anything for you. Even though they can pull up receipts

Don't waste your time going here. I'm fine with the prices they post on their website, but when you go to pay. Its three times as much verses their website. I think that's called false advertising. Order your parts online it's more likely you'll pay just about the same price for a new part.

Great place to go, if you need to pull on it.And save it. So that's what I did.I pulled on it a few times and I saved what came out. pull and save what a wonderful place

Almost everything worth getting has had a screwdriver shoved through it and purposefully broken. Headunits, windows, tires, and interior pieces. All ripped to shit by others. They slice tires that are still within date. Any parts you do find be prepared to pay a premium or a different amount each time you go. Do not recommend.

One of largest yards I purchase parts from. Veronica cashier is friendly and helpful. Her younger female assistant "Jenn" is not friendly. She attempted to take a specialty tool template from me yesterday. Always charges more than expected. I had $10 rewards which she said was not there. Next day I proved it. She gave me $7.50 of it. My balance is $2.50 ? "Jenn" is a jerk. It costs nothing to be friendly. But I am the hated blond white american. I went inactive on this yard. Tried ir 10-11, Veronica helped ne friendly and professional. Still have the $10 reward. I'll go back.

Enough is enough. They will charge you for every freaking little thing. Sometime I feel like i'm paying for a brand new parts. Customer service is alright. They've got one dude in there, might like the yard bouncer. The best part is they do keep the yard pretty organized. And they usually you have to we could selection even some new model sometime. Anyway sorry about dissing on the price... There's a huge price hike. It's not your traditional junkyard price anymore, you will get charged for everything. For example I bought a headliner today, but the lights are extra, so beware. Also, 3% surcharge on your credit card. What the freak.

My favorite junk yard in the valley, by far!! Huge inventory with new vehicles every day. The office personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. And the entire yard is well kept/maintained. Prices are better (overall) than most other junkyards around. Thank you for being my go-to used parts provider.

The staff is useless, the place as a business is very good and the employees who welcome you are very helpful, I think they are only used to working with animals, and if you arrive they are with her boyfriends, even worse, they will never attend to you.

The alleged manager Jennifer, because she refused to give her last name is a rude resister... insulted and treating people a lot.. threatening to call the police, I stayed at the place waiting for her to call her and she never did... they must be careful who they hire to be the face of the company or at least give a cue of attention to the public. The MANAGER NEVER GAVE HIS FACE.

They have good layout and inventory usually, but this place charges an arm and a leg for next to nothing. There's been so many occasions where they wanted to charge me more than an auto parts store would for a new part. But otherwise suggest this is a great place to go if the part you need fits in your cornhole!

I really don’t like to leave reviews because I know nothing will be done. I’ve read the reviews and i should’ve trusted it but Honestly, the staff crew working sucks. Cashier lady has a nasty attitude and wasn’t help. Asked her if I can get someone to move a vehicle while she was stuffing her face at the desk. She finished her last bite and pointed to the heavy set guy behind her mumbled “he can help you” I walk over to the heavy guy and he was just like her. It was 1pm and he told me the staff haven’t got back from break. I respect that. I wait an hour go back still no help. Big guys says they never came back from break and that was that. I try to buy four waters and was almost charged $10.50 I strongly corrected the cashier lady sign says 1.25$ she shuts me up and says it’s 5 bucks I paid for my waters and just left. Was able to get the parts I was looking for at a different junk yard. Don’t waste your time coming here you won’t get the help or at least a normal conversation.

Great costumer service. I was able to find what I was looking for. However, I believe some parts are overpriced. After making the purchase I realized I could have bought what I needed new and for less money.

For many years I have bought used parts in this place but today I had a bad expression with a woman when paying for some transmission oil hoses. She asked me what those parts were because she didn't know how to charge how much they cost. Then she searched on Google on her cell phone, took a photo of it and was charging me $120. I explained to her that the new part costs $72 dollars because she was selling it to me more expensive than if it were new and she told me that she didn't care that if I wanted it I would take it if I didn't leave it there In reality I wasn't so much bothered by the price as by the way he treats you. I recommend to the owner of this place that he should teach these people how to treat customers and be more friendly so that people can return to buy

The site is well laid out. My only complaint is one row of cars that had two cars I wanted to look at and were still listed as present when in fact they were already gone. Other than that, I like that you can see what's in the inventory before you go. Living three hours away makes that very important to me.

The employee that got me signed in and set up literally didn’t look up from her phone or assist me in any way. No warmth, no welcome. The only reason I knew what to do was because I’d just been to the local Tear-a-part to find parts. That said, they had far more inventory and I was able to find what I needed for a great price.

This place is great. It cost 2.00 to get in and then you have to navigate through the grave yard of cars that have seen better days. The staff s not the friendliest but efficient. We where able to buy 4 used tires, brake rotator and an alternator. We had to go back for water pump but we were not able to get it off the car because it was closing time. So must go back again. I did however see 2 gentleman there going thru each car and pulling out backseats looking for change. Not sure how much they found that day but hopefully it's enough to cover the 2 dollar entrance fee. That made me smile. I would have never thought to go thru each car looking. In the past when I've had to pull our car seat out I did find 4.00. Maybe that should be my new side job. Also the bathroom is a porterpotty, so go before you come here. Taco truck out front today, but not sure if that's an everyday thing.
