Worst customer service I have ever experienced!! And I’m not one to leave reviews, but please please please take your business somewhere else….. when we showed up to get our car nobody was even in the office, and we obviously were there between business hours. Office was locked! When we called dispatch multiple times we kept being told the same thing the driver should arrive in 5 minutes. An hour later someone shows up to help us and doesn’t even speak English!!!! And then charges us an outrageous amount! When I wanted the break down of what we were paying for I was told he didn’t speak English! So he proceeded to call his dispatch and just hand me the phone, when I asked for the break down she was extremely rude, and barely spoke English and was very hard to understand! Left extremely angry, confused and felt totally robbed.
These people told me that I could get my personal belongings they took ownership of my car didn't even give me notification and now I don't even get my belongings what a horrible business they run these people are crooks
Evan and Sons was super fast!! Also, dispatch person told me to alert highway patrol that I was getting a tow so UHP didn’t tow/possibly impound my vehicle.
Devin my tow truck driver was the consummate professional. He answered all of my questions and I am confident in the information he shared with me. I would absolutely use Evan and Sons again. 10/10
Perhaps make a website to leave reports for drivers. Had an experience while I was driving east bound on 3900 S not even 20 minutes ago, one of the drivers pulled up behind me so fast and was uncomfortably close even though i was going the speedlimit. Then he started swerving between lanes just to try an get ahead while riding other peoples tails. I have a small car and there is no reason for someone in a giant rig like that to be driving the way he did. I wish I could have taken a video because I though for sure he was going to hit me or someone else. Could see any numbers but seriously tell your drivers to be less distracted and stop trying to race to red lights.
I have a tiny little Toyota dolphin RV that was towed by the police and Evans and sons immediately added two days when it had been less than a day they upcharged for a medium tow even though it's not it's a lightweight tow so for a tow in three days storage it was 886 I'm certain this isn't legal
Wow, I could not ask for better service. Thomas was a pro at taking care of my vehicle. Easy to do business with and a fair price. He towed my car from Coalville to West Jordan without a snag. Friendly, competent, and professional. Hope I don't have to have my car towed again, but if I do, Evans and Sons will be getting my business for sure.
Jacob arrived less than 20 minutes after I made the call. He quickly and skillfully maneuvered my car from my garage onto his truck, even with neighbors' vehicles making the space tight. The price was fair and the service was friendly. I hope I don't need a tow truck again, but if I do, I'm calling these guys!
Best tow company EVER!!! I was passing thru salt lake city from out of town and my car broke down on the side of the road. The whole experience with them made my stressful situation so much easier The! Starting with The woman who runs the office, they had no tows available at the moment but she made it happen that a tow got to me fast since I was on the side of the freeway. The tow truck driver Gregg came and was nice enough to bring me not only to one mechanic shop, but two to make sure I got the right help. They also pointed me in the right direction to help me get help since my car wound up being a non fixable vehicle. They were kind, caring and very helpful. Never in my life had I met such nice people at a tow company! Highly recommend them %100!
This is the worst customer service I have EVER recieved. I can't begin to tell you how rude, and unprofessional Mike is. No sense on how to run a company. Do NOT waste your time or your money here.
Holy s$&T I have never been more frustrated. This HAS to be the most unprofessional company I have EVER interacted with. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST towing company. DO NOT go through them if at all possible!! I promise any other option is better.
We got hit by a drunk driver and had no other choice. Upon arrival we figured out they had released our car without our permission! ARE YOU KIDDING?! When speaking to mike, the supervisor, he was VERY, VERY, unprofessional. Yelling at us talking over us saying we were in the wrong? He hung up on us! UGGG
This is the rudest most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. We were in a car accident and our car was towed to their lot. The police officer gave me the lot information. When we called to verify the car was there we were told it was and the lot number where it was located. When we drove down with all the required documentation we were told the car wasn't there, but the attendant wouldn't look it up in the system. We told them that we spoke to an attendant yesterday and they verified it with the VIN number. He said he wasn't going to look into the computer and check. We verified again with the officer that it is located at this lot but he still wouldn't check in the system. He then started to yell at us. We still haven't located our car. We will be involving the authorities. They are crooked, unhelpful and extremely rude. It was honestly unbelievable.
Took advantage of us not knowing how the tow system worked and towed to an impound lot after an accident instead of asking us where to take the car. Didn't say anything to us before and after they loaded up the car, just took it to their impound lot and told us to call the next day.
Not only were they willing to tow what other companies weren't, they were fast, efficient and reasonably priced. Great experience out of horrible ordeal. No one really wants to have to get a vehicle towed but I'd recommend this company in a heartbeat.
Over priced. And they mess up your car. Whether it's suspicious scratches on the bumper, or less gas in your tank. Don't trust tow companies. I've also seen Evans & Sons patrol my apt complex w/o being called to look for cars to tow.
