I have been there. It looks like they do great restoration work. But……I have a 1976 280Z that will not start and I don’t have the expertise or proper tools to fix the problem. I have been waiting for over 6 months to get them to work on my Z but they keep putting me off. I have called them several times but keep getting the same answer of “we don’t have room”. I think they are just interested in to the big dollar restoration jobs and don’t want to take the time to I fix my little problem.
Well I have a 91 skyline R32 GTR that I imported from Japan on my last deployment. I have a bit of work that I want done but with today's military climate, time is a commodity that is hard to come by. I was willing to have someone do it at a shop to save me the trouble so that I could enjoy my car when I have a little bit of time rather than pull it apart. It is simply a time issue not a lack of know-how. The staff was friendly and asked me to email them a list of things needing to be done and some pictures, that was over a month ago. Now with upcoming deployments, I may not be able to have my car worked on. Still no reply from the shop. Two emails and 1 phone call. Again the staff is friendly, but I personally did not see any follow through. Also for those military or law enforcement, they do not offer a discount if that is something important to you. I have now began to look for another shop to see if I can get the work done that I want.
For me it is a seamless experience website wise although I'm terribly partial to Japanese domestic market. If only I could afford their builds they would be sold out.
Ordered some Watanabe wheels through them. Eric was always quick replying to any questions via e-mail after purchase. If I ever need their services again I know I can count on them as professionals that value their customers.

Only just watched your show today........and I'm already loving the show, since it's all things Japanese! The show I watched today was about your Datsun 510 build (known as the Datsun 1600 here in Australia). Watching what you guys did to the car was awesome! I loved the blue it was painted in.....since my 1972 Datsun 1600 Tri-matic I once had, was also painted blue like yours! It wasn't too bad.....except for the motor (it was shot) and the body (filled with so much body filler, a quarter panel snapped off whilst driving over bumps). That other car you guys showed, that Nissan Pao, I thought that was such a cool little car! A car I actually like is the Subaru 360! I don't know why, but I think it's a cool car with VW Beetle sort of looks! But yeah, although your show has only just begun here in Australia, I'll have to watch more episodes and ogle at the awesome work you guys do on Japanese cars!
The best at what they do. Craftsmanship and quality of work and attention to detail is mind blowing. Eric and Josh are turning out some amazing cars, and they are both super chill and friendly. Can't recommend this place enough.
