I've been going to AutoZone for over 30 years. Normally it's a good experience. Occasionally a new person learning. That's understandable. However today, I encountered a new person who was not ready to be thrown to the wolves and a manager who is very good at quoting policy but has no clue on how to actually use it to help a customer. I was very upset at her lack of trying, and her "finality" attitude. She wasn't aware of most of the conversation yet acted like she "knew it all" and was not willing to listen. Even when I asked her to stop and listen I hope she takes she takes an opportunity to learn how to use the keys she's given.

I went to the store to ask for a car battery and the good ones they have in the store they couldn't even give me information about the batteries really if you have staff who don't want to work look for other people who do want to work

Could be cleaner than it is. Customer service needs improvement. Waited 5 minutes for a clerk to check me out. I was only customer in the building.

I had a great experience at this AutoZone last week when I went in to buy new windshield wipers. The employee who helped me was very friendly, removed my old wipers, and helped install the new ones at no extra charge. This isn’t the first time I’ve received great service here—almost every visit has been positive. I live in this area, and I never think twice about coming to this store whenever I need something for my car. Highly recommended!

Bought a wiper blade and put it on my car it didn’t swipe the whole window only half the window. I took it back the next day and showed them on my car it doesn’t wipe correctly then showed them the receipt. It was bought on my husband card and they HAD to return the money back to his card only!? I couldn’t just give them back the broken blade and get a new one!? What is that??? Im there already? I have the receipt??? Just exchanged it for a new blade, Im NOT asking for money? Ridiculous, Never going there again!

Amazing service and if they didnt have what I needed they could get in a few hours. Amazing staff and the Store Manager was so helpful with any question I had! I highly recommend this store!

Purchased new wiper blades 2 weeks ago, went home tried to install but the “Destructions” showed the little blue clip that was supposed to be removed was under another black clip that felt very flimsy. Didn’t want to remove so I could return if need be… the black clip needed to be removed but why would the brilliantly written instructions show a BLUE clip that needed removal? Anyway Jordyn to the rescue, very calmly breezed through those bassackwards instructions found the culprit removed & installed in seconds… Great attitude, great skills, great customer service, GREAT PART OF YOUR TEAM!!! Thanks again for the expertise and patience Jordyn! Keep it up pal! ???✌?

I had to go to this store to make a couple of online returns since James T. at the West Valley store (near Lowes) was a bit new and couldn't complete my return while also suggesting that, "Stores shouldn't do online returns." But once I arrived to this Magna store the manager here was a nice lady and was able to get me in and out without a problem.

It was horrible the manager was very rude not only to me but her employee's in front of customers the manager's name was Cassandra so I left and I went to O'Reilly's next door and they was very helpful and even one of their employees used to work for her and they said that's the reason why they left

Stock used to be very low, but is now much better. Employee Dean was very polite, even if they didn’t have the part I needed. Was given suggestions how and where to look, and I appreciate the workers. Always a nice experience.

Went there to get stuff for an oil change. They had no oil and oil filters on the shelves. I went for two days nothing had to drive next door. The only thing that was helpful was the employee Dean.

I have done two online orders and both times I had to call to find out what was going on tonight I paid 10.95 to get it delivered tonight same day delivery and I called and was told I would not be getting it until tomorrow so I asked then to take the extra fee off and I was told I had to wait till tomorrow I asked to just cancel my order all together- a company should not offer same day delivery if they can’t deliver

I went here to buy some rtv and dump my used oil. The guy at the counter was great and took care of my purchases and told me he would dump my oil when he was available. Totally understandable because he had other paying customers behind me. It’s great to have an employee care about the store and all the customers in there. He deserves a raise!

last week they sold me tools that were apparently used. i never used them cuz my dad already had a wrench kit thing so i haven’t had the time to return them unless now and curly hair short dude or girl whatever, told me they were used and i only bought them to use them and return them??? like i literally didn’t wanna argue so said okay? like when i first bought them they had marks on the bottom and were already dirty. so someone else can return them used and dirty but me who didn’t use them at all cant? like in the pic is how they came in the first place

Been going to this place for years. They've always had what I needed as well as made a couple recommendations. They've let me use tools way before the loaner program was started. Lately, like everywhere else, they need help. The wait was a little longer than I was used to, which is why I gave 4 stars. It was totally worth it though for piece of mind.
