I just want to thank the staff and especially the gentleman that made my kids morning when he saw I was stressed and overwhelmed!!! Amazing people and I'll definitely be back at their store for my parts from now on (2/13/26 around 9am)

Jesse, the manager, was AWESOME! My battery needed replacing and he was so polite and helpful. He removed the old battery and put in the new. He was quick and thorough. Im a happy customer! Thanks Jesse!

Terrible customer service. There were two employees working, and the one who seemed to be in charge was ignoring customers standing right in front of him. It’s almost laughable. I ended up going next door to AutoZone, and they got my business instead.

My Break light went out and I went to Auto Zone at 1st asking them to help me with replacing it and they told me no so I left and went to O'Reilly. James was not only willing to help me but went above and beyond to make sure that my light was working after he helped me replace it and also made me feel welcome.

I have been having issues with my battery and it kept dieing on me. I eventually had to take my battery charger with me everyday. Decided to go back to O'Reilly's in Magna to have them help me clean my battery. The manager Jesse, offered to help me. He cleanned it and then said he was going to check the battery one more time. He was able to help me replace the old battery with a new one and got me out of there within less than 30 minutes. I'm so grateful for all his help during these difficult times. I totally recommend the store because they're all very helpful.

I was in the store getting an engine light test done on Fri the 23rd 2024 when I was told I had to do it myself when it was the employees job to do it!! Wow talk about a good service when a customer had to do their own engine light check instead of the employee doing it. I did the employee job. terrible customer service. I won’t be going there ever again or any other location!!!!!!

It's hit and miss at this store. A lot of younger kids working there and most of them don't have a huge sense of urgency to help you even though it's their job. A few guys there are good though. I like I how conveniently close it is to my house.

A snarky person at the counter. He barely acknowledged me and then rudely commented about me looking for an oil drain plug washer for my 2021 vehicle. Once he verified they had it in stock, he quickly rattled off the part number and told me which aisle to find it. He did go in the back and get the part once he realized it wasn't on the shelf. I could tell he was irritated and didn't want to be bothered. It's not my fault you work in an auto parts store on a Sunday. I'll never shop at this store again. I'll make sure I order anything I need ahead of time. People like this make other people want to avoid coming into specialty stores. You see it in places like music stores, auto parts stores, homebrew shops, skate shops, etc. It's a level of arrogance that is so off-putting it's ridiculous.

Better off going somewhere or calling somewhere else. Website said to call to order a part, so I called. The person I talked to said no problem we can order it but you have to come down to the store to order to place the order because you will have to pay. He quoted me shipping cost and time frame. So I went to the store in a snow storm. When I got there the person said you would be better off ordering from somewhere else because there is no guarantee that the part will come in even if you pay for it. So why 2 different stories in the matter of minutes. Poor customer service on both ends. Don't quote shipping cost and time frame if you can't get the part.

I went in to buy a meter to help diagnose the check engine light. They had a display of several options. When we got to the counter to purchase one they apparently had one but they couldn't locate it. We bought some windshield washer fluid and left.

Great service from the get go! A young man named Waylon helped me find and even replaced my low beam headlights for my Outlander. I bought some coolant he recommended and window washer fluid plus some freon for my trip to Nevada. Thank you guys!

These guys know there customer service, not like the guys next door. My mothers battery was dead and needed replaced. They were willing to take out and install the new one. Can't remember the guy that did the work but he got his tools out of his Lexus suv. Would recommend this location and workers. Thank you!

I am biased. I hate going to auto parts stores, and hate waiting in line for 15 minutes. This store is fairly new, and my timing was bad. There were 5 people at the counter, 10 people in line. I left, then came back after lunch. I ended up at the other store next door to get the parts.

Walk into the Store to get a Part for our vehicle and walked up to the counter to the Long Red headed Lady at the counter. Informed her of what we needed. The Phone rang and she Did not ask them to please hold, to finish helping me. She instead assisted the customer over the phone and left me there. Very rude!! I told her that was wrong and drove next door to Autozone. They were Amazing assisting me. Worst Part is that I worked for Them before shame..on Her Customer service

My car battery was just about dead. These guys not only gave me an excellent price, they installed it for me for free! Unlike their RUDE competitors next door at Auto Zone who belittled me on the phone. I recommend O'Reilly's!!!

Bad service, special ordered a part two day shipping. Attendent said they would call me when the part came in and never did. Came in to pick up my part few days after, showed my receipt with the part information that I paid for and the guy that was helping me did not seem very happy to assist me and told me the receipt I had just had the freight and service charge on it, when it clearly showed the vehicle on there as well. When I told him what vehicle it was for his exact response was " well yeah duh, it says it right here" then he grabbed my part, and didnt say another word. I love O'Reillys just not going to be coming to this location again.

The store was nice. Had stuff in stock I needed. But the night staff was not rude. Just really non-caring and disinterested in discussing my needs for what I needed. The older guys during the day at the store are awesome.

Great friendly service good prices.. only bad thing so far seems like they have to order a lot of parts. When your in a rush, can't wait. Have to find it somewhere else.

O'Reilly has friendly staff, comparable prices, and a slightly more knowledgeable staff than the competition at this specific location. Sometimes they don't have what is needed, but this is to be expected. All in all, I would point a friend here first before they try other part stores in the area.

They were helpful in getting the right parts quickly. While there they were help another customer get parts ordered in that they did not have in stock and was working to ensure they were correct for the customers vehicle. Definitely going the extra mile to assist.
