I came back today due to a mistake with my pickup order. I want to say, the customer service and understanding I received was amazing AND I was able to get my order corrected in less than a couple minutes. Will definitely be coming back to this location!
Jonny, was very helpful. Tested my battery, and when that was good helped me figure out was the problem was.

Johnny and the staff were super helpful. They resolved my issue and were unbelievably easy to work with. The Draper location is my favorite AutoZone by far.
I always go here for the last-minute car parts or supplies I need and have for the last 6 years. They’re always really friendly and helpful. They are always quick to come help me test the battery or troubleshoot the OBD codes. This location is highly recommended.
They couldn’t return my iteams and where supper rude, thanks DALLAS. Riverton locations wayyyyyyy better!! They handled my return no problem definitely recommend they had great customer service there, as for Draper not so much… anyways best of luck :)
Hey… so I like to be honest. I’m not a hater, the stores great got everything you need for cars atleast. But if you are applying to a job that requires you to talk to people. Please be expected to.. TALK TO PEOPLE. I was asking for something and these folks were staring at me like I had just done somethin awful. I understand that they did not have what I needed but oh my, I think I got 3 words out of the worker before walking away, super awkward!
Still my favorite local parts store. Been going here for decades. Staff changes, but they are always helpful. Sometimes even willing to learn a few things lol
I had an awesome experience at this AutoZone with Megan after I went to another shop and left with unresolved issues. Megan helped me find the right battery model for my car and replaced it on the spot. She was incredibly quick, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the whole process. I’ve been coming to this auto zone for a few years. I restore cars as a hobby, so needless to say I spend a lot of time and money here. I bought two windshield wipers, took them back within an hour, as they had the wrong connecting end. Would not exchange them for me. I will now forever and always drive a few more blocks east to the more friendly Oreilly’s.

Was having trouble with my headlights and windshield wipers and Josh took the time to help me find the right replacements and explain to me how each of the different lights worked. He was incredibly helpful and made the process so easy. Very grateful for his service and expertise!
Had to get my car jumped in the morning. Headed to autozone and was helped by Johnny and Megan. Very friendly, efficient, and helpful. Tighten my battery for me and put my windshield wipers on! Will definitely be back if I need to get my car checked out again!

Decent location. I lost my receipt, and wanted to make a return. They could only do store credit which was annoying, O’rilleys looks up the purchase under your account and it’s a lot simpler. Okay place to go if NAPA and Orilleys don’t have what you need
I came here once a few years ago and I always come back! Today Luis helped me with my car and he was so nice and patient and even helped me put my license plate frames on. I highly recommend AutoZone Draper best customer service ever!
Needs new management. First I pull in after a good samaritan gave me a jump start so I ask for battery replacement and they refused due to short staffing. So instead I bought tools and asked to buy just the replacement battery and, battery's not in stock. Fortunately my truck was able to start back up but if it didn't I'd have been stranded there. This is 10x more stress than a customer should have to go through.
Back in the early 90s, AutoZone was a life raft for so many poor families. Crowded aisles, shelves low on stock, and employees who actually knew what they were talking about. You could roll in with a beat-up car and no money, and someone would at least point you in the right direction. It had energy, it had a community feel—it mattered.
Now? Dead quiet. Workers won’t say much—either because they have no idea what a harmonic balancer is or does, or even where its located, or maybe because corporate has drilled “don’t help or you’ll get sued” into them. The vibe has went from gearhead hangout to ghost town with a self checkout.
Every visit just reminds me: corporate greed ruins everything. Whether that’s the real reason or not, who knows—but the decline is obvious. I still pop in for the occasional part, or to check a code, but it’s like running into an old friend who’s changed for the worst. It's really sad and frustrating.
Bring back 1992 AutoZone. Loud, busy, long lines, cranky old guys who are master techs with bad backs, but actually care. They wanted to be helpful, pass their knowledge on. Doubt it’ll ever happen, but hey—we can dream.

John Paul, the manager and the other workers were amazing. Came in cause my car battery died. When I came in, they were super nice, checked everything and recommended a good replacement battery for me.
AFTER ALL THIS THEY INSTALLED SWITCHED AND CLEANED EVERYTHING FOR ME haha! Cleaned all the acid off and even hooked me up with some plastic pop ins for my car that were missing. Honestly the greatest people!
I arrived at 9:40 PM, right around the same time as another customer and the doors were locked. A female associate came over and told us they were closed. Weird considering the sign on the door and the website all say 10:00 PM. ? Don’t worry, in case anyone finds themselves in the same situation, O’Reilly’s (literally .5 down the road) stays open until their promised time. O’Reilly’s got my business tonight and will have it from now on.
This store SAVED ME!! The manager, Steven was super helpful with the diagnosis and suggesting what my repair might be. The other person behind the counter was Saturn. She also made a recommendation for the replacement battery. It was unfortunate the bench tester at this store was not working to test my alternator. It got done. This old car needed some TLC and they helped me to get me back to driving.
