Great Svc as ALWAYS! ALEC went above & beyond. Helped me check engine code; it was my thermostat. Checked coolant levels. Checked my windshield blades. Replaced driver side w/ best rain-x.
I had a guy with glasses that helped me tonight and he was so helpful! I went to AutoZone first and they had no idea what they were talking about so I was so glad I came here!
We needed a new battery went in here and Dakota helped us out he was awesome. Even helped us and put it in. We will definitely come back when we need anything for our cars. Great customer service.
Amazing service and selection. Even with only 1 guy on staff (get him some help, manager, he's earned it!) he was friendly, prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and had my new battery installed in like 10 minutes. Quite the opposite of my Auto Zone experience. O'Reilly sets the bar!
These guys are always helpful and today was no exception. When I asked where the AC recharge kits are at, the employee offered to walk me through how to do the recharge without me even having to ask. And his explanation was knowledgeable and easy to understand. Great service. Thanks!

I would leave 100 starts if able!!! Went to O'Reilly's on Wednesday with my 91 year old Mother in Law as she needed new windshield wipers and neither of us know how to install them...and then here came Alec to our rescue! What wonderful customer service we had because of him. Alec was patient, informative, and helped us from start to finish. Even was kind enough to listen to a few of her stories as well. That really meant the world to her. Absolutely AMAZING! I often don't think to come here but our encounter with Alec will change that for sure! Having just left a competitor of theirs, I was not expecting much. I walked in, found exactly what I needed with in a minute or two, and Dakota greeted me with a welcoming and friendly tone. He had me rung up, even reminded me to put in my Rewards number, and I was out of the door in less than 5-minutes. I came to the Draper store in need of a headlight after work today and was super fortunate to get Drew’s assistance. He came out in the cold and in the dark to help me. He helped me get the bulb out, (held my car hood up with his head) find the right bulb and then put it back in. Afterwards he waited so we could test it. Outstanding service! Thank you so much, Drew!

Super frustrated, drove 15 minutes, arrived 5 minutes before advertised closing to a locked door. Needed to grab a few quick items to finish a project tonight. Ran down the road to AutoZone, arrived there right at close due to O'Reilly's closing early, and they were happy to let me grab my items. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
I went to have my battery replaced and Makai was super helpful and he was able to install the new battery and as soon as he was done he immediately went to another customer who also needed their battery replaced. I stopped into the Draper location and asked for help replacing a headlight and tail light on my daughter’s Hyundai. Clay not only helped me find what I needed, but stood in the rain and replaced both for me in front of the store. He went above and beyond! The most awesome employee!
Caden was so professional and extremely nice! I called ahead and I could hear his smile through the phone! Then when I came in, he was sure to greet not only me, but other customers with a smile as they came in and as they left. This service right here is the reason O'Reilly Auto Parts in Draper will be the only auto part store I shop at from now on! A+ Customer service!
2nd time to go into the Draper store. Excellent experience for the 2nd time! Friendly well trained staff. Scott diagnosed my battery problem and got a new one installed in about 10 minutes. Exactly what I needed. I'll be sure to remember next time I need competitent and courteous assistance.
Super helpful - took my battery in to have it tested. Only took a minute to do so. The woman at the front desk knew more about auto repairs than I. At any rate, the battery was good, followed her advice, and the car is running great! Cost = 0 dollars. Thanks O'Reilly's in Draper!
I had an issue with a battery that I bought a few years ago from this store which began giving me trouble recently. I went back and Ruger was very helpful. He went above and beyond to help me. They gave me a warranty on a battery, and I left with my problem fixed. I went in thinking I wasn't going to get much help, but left as a happy, pleased customer.
A little hit and miss. I went in one day and my existence was barely acknowledged, even by someone who looked like a manager. I was the only person in the store. Last time I went was much different. Jackson and another lady (didn't get her name) were very helpful and pleasant though. Besides customer service, it's another Oriellys. Pretty well stocked and clean.
