Really amazing service! Quick to answer my call and tow back to town to diagnose my car. Extremely helpful and clear about what the issues and solutions were.
Joe, the owner, was great! My car broke down in a Sunday, in Fillmore UT. A-1 Towing was the only place open. Joe came to my aid and determined that I would not be going anywhere for the might. He helped me find a place to stay and drove me there. Monday morning they worked on the car and found that a cylinder was bad so I had to get a new engine. He has been great to work with.
On a road trip through the states and on my way home. 17 hours to go, and my chain snapped on my motorcycle . An insanely kind and funny state trooper stopped by to check how I was doing and offered to dispatch a tow. Joe, the 4th from A1, shows up and immediately checks the bike out and gets a motorcycle trailer brought in quickly and gets it all suited up for a tow. The local shop was not open yet, and they took it back to their yard for the night. They took me to the Best Western and dropped me off. In the morning, Joe contacted me and tried finding a replacement chain for me! I mentioned I may have found one at Cracked Piston, and he was aware of it already as he had called himself. He picks me up from the hotel and takes me down with the bike, and drops me off. I've had a handful of tows with multiple vehicles, and never have I received service as phenomenal as the team at A1. On the couple rides with Joe 4th got to talking to him and he's a great guy and naturally friendly . Loves to help people out any way he can. Really appreciate the service and will always recommend it. Had the pleasure of meeting both Joes and the family . Kudos for saving me and making my situation much better. 10/5 stars!
Stuck in the middle of Utah. Joe came and towed us into Fillmore. Friendly, reliable, great service. I hope I don't ever have to use them again but if I need help, that's who I'm calling.
The same, a junk yard. I would add pictures of the car that they wrecked but I don’t know where to put them. They wrecked my car and weren’t careful with it when I asked them to. They also messed with my car and searched it. They said they would fix it and all they did was do a cheap job they never fixed it they just replaced the parts that needed to be replaced, with junk yard parts. All different colors.
We couldn’t make it to their shop in a emergency! but the sweet guy texted us his address to make sure we were making it ok. Even offered to have him find us a hotel. So sweet! 5 stars all the way around!
