I have taken my employer’s SUV as well as my car in for maintenance and repairs. I have always felt confident about returning. Every time my car has had issues, I was told by co-workers, etc. that it was going to be an expensive fix. I’ve been grateful and quite surprised it was not a major fix, the owner telling me it was actually a fairly simple fix, a fraction of a fraction of the anticipated cost.
I wrote this because unfortunately I know that not everyone in S. Utah runs their shop with the same standards.

Michael at Parowan Auto Service worked on my Chrysler. He had it for a week to track down parts and fix the electrical issue. He kept all the old parts to show what he'd replaced, not something I'd had any other mechanic do. He was extremely reasonable with his prices and made sure it was done right.
Lost my breaks coming down from Brian Head and Michael took care of me in a flash. New rotors and pads and back on the road the same afternoon! If you need something done to your vehicle, don’t hesitate to pull into Parowan Automotive; Michael will take great care of you and your vehicle!
Micheal is an angel!! We were on our way for our big offroad camping trip and our Ford F150 had some transmission issues. Micheal came highly recommended so we called him! He was super busy that day but said he could get us in the next day. He even recommended an RV park down the road! He got us in and diagnosed the issue very quickly!! He is a treasure for this area!! He had so much knowledge that we will be driving up from Vegas to have work done in the future!!! Micheal was extremely honest and more than fair in his pricing!! Mike was especially helpful. Our alternator literally crapped out on our trip to Brian head. Mike got our van in the next day. Gave good advice about getting a new one vs a rebuilt one. We went with the new one. Mike put in extra time past when he was open. Mike even set us up with a shuttle to get up to Brian Head. If you need a good honest mechanic Mike Miller is the first choice.
I have family in Parowan that we visit every year. They have brought their vehicles here since he set up shop. Our car overheated going over the mountain. We brought it in Friday afternoon and he had it diagnosed the same day. Very open, honest and up front. We had to wait a weekend for the repair, but he got it done ASAP the following Monday. Great conversation, fair pricing, and great service.
I had a great experience with Michael at Parowan Automotice Center!! He fixed my front bumper quickly and did an excellent job! The service was fast, professional, and fairly priced. I really appreciated how efficient and honest he was. Definitely recommend him to anyone needing quality auto body work done without the long wait!
To busy to speak for about 15 min. Couldn't perform a simple oil change for a week out. I was there with the Great Dane.....I'm sure you'll recall, Mexican with long black hair. Yall gave yalls selves a bad name
I just moved to southern Utah and my car broke down, I brought it in to these guys with no prior appointment and they happily took a look at my car. They were quick and actually did a thorough job of addressing its issue. They gave me a very good price and didn’t charge me extra for the few quick fixes they made, which is something most other shops won’t do! I really appreciate the honesty, and I’d definitely trust them to help me out again!
We were traveling back to canada and our car was making a strange sound. Micheal and Devon got us in asap to find out we had 2 loose front wheels! Excellent service, 5* Integrity and friendly people. We highly recommend this auto service. They saved us and we cant thank them enough.
Wow. Now that is customer service. We limped in with a ruined tire on our boat trailer. Found us a new tire, took the bearings out and repacked the bearings, had us on the road in an hour for a very decent price. Very professional and HONEST!
The nicest and most helpful auto shop I’ve ever been to. Alternator broke a few miles up the highway, and we asked if they could help us out. Immediately ordered the part before we could even contact a tow truck. They even offered to come by in a personal vehicle to either give us a jump, or pick us up so we didn’t have to wait on the side of the road. Got to the shop at 3:45 and they immediately started their work. We told them we were trying to make a flight and they said they’d work fast, and they did. It’s a Volkswagen which are notoriously hard to fix so we expected them to be on the longer end of that’s 2-3 hours, but they got it done in an hour 45 minutes. They had 2 guys working on it to get us back on the road to make our flight. Extremely grateful for the mechanics they have saved our trip!

On our road trip, our Highlander started experiencing dangerous electrical issues—brief shutdowns, starting problems, and malfunctioning lights, heater, and trunk. Michael diagnosed a bad alternator, as well as bad wiring from a previous bad repair job, and fixed it the same day while keeping us updated with photos and regular communication. He even arranged a shuttle to get us back on track for our vacation. Honest, fast, and reasonably priced, his top-notch service and great local reputation make him the clear choice. Highly recommended!
The guys at Parowan auto are simply the guys to go to! I had recently just bought a vehicle And it crapped on me the day after I bought it. Not only did the shop and its employees fix my car in a timely manner, but showed me the problems that were wrong, kept me informed the whole way and did a fantastic job helping me navigate through all these issues with the dealer I bought the car from. These guys go above and beyond for their customers and treat you Like family the whole time. If I could give them 1 million stars, I would… by far the best experience I’ve ever had getting my vehicle worked on and fixed. Broke down on the side of the freeway and had a friend pull me back to Parowan auto and Devon just happened to pass by and checked out my car for me! Told me I needed a new motor and recommended some people in cedar and got me taken care of. Super helpful and nice people!

My wife and I were traveling from Seattle and had a fuel sensor go out in our vehicle.. We were able to limp it back to the Parowan Automotive Center and we were helped immediately. The guys were awesome and diagnosed our issue and were able to get us back on the road again with great advise for when we make it back home!
My wife and I are vacationing in Bryan Head UT and noticed our tire was low and the tps monitor illuminated. I stopped by the Parawan Auto Center and asked one of the owners if we could fill the tire. The shop looked busy with trucks and trailers in front and a full service bay. The gentleman moved vehicles and brought his air line out to the car and proceeded to resolve the one tire issue then topped off the other 3. He refused to take any money even though he lost 15 minutes in the shop. If I lived here I would be a customer for life. Thank you sir!
These guys are awesome! We got stranded on the side of the highway 10 minutes away with a bad alternator and they were willing to come out and put in a new battery for us to get the car to the shop where they were able to replace the alternator and get us back on the road again. They make you their priority!
We are traveling with a fifth wheel and trailer pull behind and we were having trouble with our truck. We stopped here and Tyler came out, checked all the sensors and found out what the problem was. We originally stopped at Biasi Automotive and told them our truck wasn’t running right and that we were three hours from home and they would not even look at the truck Tyler stopped what he was working on and fixed our truck and was so helpful and amazing. I highly recommend this business.

These guy's are courteous, professional an quick. I am RVing from Texas and needed my fuel filter replaced on my diesel dually (I had zero percent left).
I pulled in to check the price for installation as I had the filter and was provided a very reasonable rate for the work. I asked when they were available for an appointment and they immediately got me in, replaced the fuel filter and also put on my new windshield wipers (for no cost) in 30 minutes.
I would go out of my way to bring any vehicle I had to this outfit.

This place was incredibly helpful. My family and I were on our way from salt lake to California, but we ran over a long screw and started leaking air. The guys fixed us right up and sent us on our way. Amazing customer service, and very cute vintage decor inside. I hope these guys have some good things coming their way.
Our radiator broke and the mechanics went out of their way to find us a replacement and get it installed the same day. They were so pleasant it was just a delightful experience. They exceeded all our expectations including charging us a very reasonable price for the work. I wish we had a shop this great in our home town.
I’ve had both mine and my wife’s trucks as well as our daughter’s suv and our RV serviced at this shop, also purchased tires for my boat trailer. All honest and quality work from brakes, tune ups and oil changes with fair prices and have never had an issue! Thank you fellas and we’ll keep coming back!
I needed my CV axle replaced. It was estimated to be $1000 at a repair place in Cedar City. At Parowan Automotive they did it for half the cost and also at my request replaced my battery cables which were badly damaged. We took it in on Thursday evening and we had our vehicle back on Friday evening. It was quick and quality service!
Parowan Automotive is new here in Parowan and has already begun establishing an excellent reputation. I have just started to use their shop and am so impressed with their honesty and sincere care for their clientele. I look forward to dealing with them in the future.
