Excellent experience from start to finish. Professional phone manners, good communication about when they would arrive. Gentle treatment of my car to get it loaded. After we got to the service center they took extra time to teach me how to shift my car without any power and helped make sure everything was taken care of and locked correctly before they left. Truly above and beyond.
Intermountain has the best service I’ve ever had with a towing company, they came on short notice when I couldn’t get another company, they were fast and efficient and the woman that helped us was amazing! GIRL POWER!
Our car tire blew out on our way to the airport for a family vacation. We hid the keys on the vehicle and got an Uber to the airport. After arriving to our destination, I found these guys to have them tow our car to the tire shop. It was late in the evening and didn't have any opening until the next day in the afternoon. After I told her the details and that the keys were with the vehicle, she sent one of their guys that night and dropped off the vehicle at the tire shop. And, if that weren't enough, because it was raining so hard, the driver kept the keys and dropped them off at the tire shop in the morning.
I was very happy with the service they provided and it cost exactly what was originally quoted. If I am ever in need of a tow in the Bountiful area, I will definitely use them again.
They were very prompt and service was great. Customer service (person answering phone) was very helpful. Customer service is clearly lacking since covid in most industries. Intermountain tow had HELPFUL people on the phone helping with all the details. They also gave me a very accurate quote on the phone prior to service.

I can't comment on their towing services. All I can say is they claim to be open 24 hours, but when I needed a tow at 4am they would not answer their phones and they never called back so I used a company that would.
Best towing company I've found! My car wouldn't start. After requesting roadside assistance through both the Progressive Insurance app and over the phone talking to a real person. I was waiting an hour and a half! Still nothing from Progressive.
I called Intermountain and within 15 minutes they helped me out. Tow truck driver was highly respectful too. Never was a smart aleck unlike some tow truck drivers I've met. I HIGHLY recommend this company.
Don't even put their correct address on the slip to get it back. Also, quote different amounts based on who towed it and what time. Never answer and just jerk you around to rack up time at the lot.
Not helpful at all. I had a car needing a tow during a snow storm. They explained they were busy and I said I was willing to wait until later in the day when they were available. They said no and offered no solution. Just no. Mary Ann was very unhelpful
The two women who picked up my car were phenomenal to work with. It was the first time shipping my car and I wasn't nervous anymore about my car with them handling it. Highly recommend using them if you need a tow.
The ladies that towed my vehicle today were kind, extremely helpful and made me feel at ease even though my car had just broken down. I definitely recommend them as they were communicative and easy to work with. Their rates were fair and I was happy to pay because of the great job they did. They even were able to accommodate me even though my tow hook wasn’t right. Thanks so much for everything!
Very professional and courteous towing service. They checked the battery before towing the car to help save us money. They arrived right when they said they would and they took great care of our car. If I need a tow again I'm for sure calling Intermountain Tow Services. Thanks ladies!
Best towing service! Customer services was amazing !! These 2 ladies are not only nice and professional but they are 2 tough ladies . They town a not working rusty flat tires 1950 Chevrolet truck From salt lake to Woods Cross. Not only did they just towed this vehicle for me they also helped to push out by hand from the location to their tow vehicle and from the tow vehicle to my garage! I was expecting an additional charge but they didn’t not charge extra . Service like these are hard to find and this type of service I love tipping big . Thank you both for your help I will definitely be calling you for more towing service on my old classic cars .
Got a tow from Farmington to West Valley after the vehicle I bought had an overheating issue. Very kind people, and did not waste any time to get it onto the truck for a reasonable price. Will definitely give them another call if I need anything!

More than satisfied with the amazing customer service and prompt tow service from Intermountain Tow. We have absolutely no reason to ever search for another company whenever we're in need of a tow in the future. I called for a quote and spoke with a dispatcher named Barbara. She was kind, professional, and overall amazing to work with! In fact, I spoke with another dispatcher who was also amazing. The tow truck driver arrived faster than expected and he was knowledgable, friendly, and professional! It was a much speedier process than we were anticipating and we are more than pleased with this company. The price was super reasonable and it was the cheapest tow around! We will definitely be utilizing their services in the future!
