These guys showed up quickly in the middle of the night and had our vehicle in tow within 20 minutes. Ali was a great guy and super professional. Our experience was great especially with the situation we were in. Zero problems recommending these guys.

We were broke down just inside the Oregon boarder in our semi tractor trailer. Our company leases tractors from Ryder, and had to send a tow from salt lake city, UT to bring us a rental sleeper and to come get our broken down one. The people at Ryder had no idea what was going on from one minute to the next, every time they called I was given different information. Tino took it upon himself to get in contact with me directly, and thank god too because he actually knew what was going on and we could communicate where exactly we were broke down. He had to wait on the shop to finish getting the rental prepared, but he came as fast as he could and did a great job getting us off the road. He was very polite and professional. After sitting on the side of the road for 15 hours it was a huge relief when we were finally able to get rolling again. Thanks again Tino, you were great and much appreciated!

Horrible!! Costumer service I needed help loading a skid steer on to a trailer the guy said " if it don't run we can't load it" We'll if it ran I would have called you to help me. What a joke this company is They dont have the ... to get it done. I Called another local company and they got the job done no problem.

Austin was great, got the job done, unfortunately AMS are horrible price gougers. I expect everyone to make a profit, but the price on our job was simply taking advantage of a small company in a difficult spot. Try to avoid these guys, based on pricing.

Showed up right on time, slightly early in fact, charged exactly what they said they would, and took extra care to make sure nothing was damaged on the truck durning the tow. What more could a guy ask for?

The owner of the company was very rude. He started yelling at phone.That's his rules and he don't care about everybody. He wanted me to pay him $800 in advance.for 1 hour of work, When I told him , that I would pay after the job is done. don't call this company. You will lose your money and time.

Ogden Utah tow truck driver "Sonnie" was very unprofessional. Once we arrived at my destination after the tow, Sonnie started demanding immediate payment from individuals who doesn't handle that aspect of the payment transaction. Sonnie also started threatening to impound my vehicle to others besides myself after I had went to sleep in my sleeper cab. Once Sonnie reached Daniel, the individual who could start the process of payment, Sonnie's initial greeting was "where is my money?" The worst and most dangerous aspect in this is Sonnie never completed the job. He disassembled my axels on the truck and left them unsecured with axle oil everywhere. One axles is still protruding about 10 inches out with a bag / tie strap around it. This behavior is not only unprofessional but is intolerable and will be elevated within your organization. The bill was quoted out at $4398.40 before Sonnie's rage. Your company had already received $520.00 in a prior efs at $260/hr. Sonnie added 30Sonnie added $30 per hour upcharge to my total for my vehicle being a tanker; however I was not carrying hazardous materials, so the upcharge was unjustified especially after the service was initially dispatched at $260 /hr I will be sharing this with the BBB and warning every trucking company in the area about this. This company has been since put on our national "Do not use" list and will shortly be added to 6 others who I have family, friends and associates with. Someone on Facebook messenger said thanks for contacting us, but offered no remedy for the more than 15% over written quote charge. No remedy to a overcharged horrible tow experience. This matter is just getting started.

Called to get a Ford F550 towed from downtown to West Valley City, I was told it was 210 an hour with a 2 hour minimum, I commented several times that 2 hours should be plenty of time, the man on the phone never corrected me. The call was made at 3:30 PM, the driver called me when he reached the truck at 4:48 PM, Arrived at my home at 6:30 PM, tinkered with the truck and on his phone until 6:50 then charged us 3 hours plus 37.80 for gas. 667.80 for a job that should have been 30 minutes, only 11 miles. He told me that we have to pay from the moment he leaves I15 until he gets back to I15, RIP OFF!!! Very Deceptive!

The tech Austin, came out to me quickly and got me moving again to a safer spot to continue working on my truck and was absolutely great at listening to me and working with me to get my issue fixed so i could keep truckin. Very good and definitely my go to shop when im in this area.

****Stay away from these liars!!!**** They will charge you $380 before even coming to you! Mechanic came to fix a def coolant line, charged another $235 and left without fixing anything. Save yourself the money and the time, it’s not worth it.

Scammers! I’m traveling from out of state, and just called whoever came up on google I told them my exact location but was called back shortly by the driver who told me he had come to the wrong spot bc he assumed “I didn’t know where I was” and “believe it or not most people don’t know how to read mile markers correctly so they have to assume” but since he already collected my card he would still be charging me $95 for a service that was never received. He was also EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. When I called back to complain the dispatcher stated my exact location I had said in the previous call and then HE proceeded to argue with me as well saying the driver told him I didn’t know where I was and I would be charged regardless

RUDE LYING THIEVES.. Traveling from out of state. Called for help changing a flat tire, was quoted $95 for them to come out and help. Explained multiple times my exact location, and after 30 minutes he called back saying he was in the wrong area and way farther away than he originally thought and wanted to charge $150 for the time it took to get there and more for the way back. I said no thanks, that’s too much for just a flat ONLY then was I informed that since he had already dispatched I was still being charged $100 even though he never made it to me. Sat there and argued on the phone with me for a good hour and a half and said since they took my card info at the beginning they could and would continue to charge me. S C A M

Zach Z. Was the guy to call! Memorial Day 2021 he came out to fix our truck with a blown turbo hose, got there promptly, fixed perfectly, couldn't ask for better service! If ever needing help in the greater SLC are we will be calling AMS first!

They are good. Replaced brake chamber of my semi truck on road.

Here is the story. On my d13 starter got bad at the truck stop. Called in , they said 145 for the call , 145 per hour, you have to pay ahead with check. They said in about 1 hour service truck is going to get to me. After 2 hour he showed up looked under the truck and said the starter is bad , I said i know that lets fix it, he said ,we have to tow the truck because he can’t do the job there. Charged me total of 328$ for 15 minutes and left. After that I found a normal company , who did everything very quick for only 260$

Jorge was Awesome!! Showed up well before the quoted time, got me hooked up fast and towed to the shop. Was super friendly and made a tough situation much easier to deal with.

Jorge did an excellent job getting us off the side of I-15 and to the Kenworth shop. Very courteous, professional and safe!

Don't go to this place for anything. I called and asked them if they had a door hanger for a utility trailer. They had the nerve to tell me that it would be a $180 call out fee plus some other fees before they would tell me if they had them. I told them I don't need a call out I can replace it myself. And they returned with they have to do any work they won't allow someone to just buy parts. They are nothing but thieves.

Michael Larsen did an amazing job today! I was involved in a car accident earlier today and Michael was there on the spot! He was very professional, kind, and informative! Would highly recommend!!

First of all, dispatcher Alex from afterhours is a THIEF and a LIAR! Don't do business with this company! They will charge you 5 times more than the agreed amount! WORST TOWING IN SLC!

Very happy with ther service they provided. I got a bus stuck on a low driveway and the driver, steve, was very concerned about not damaging the bus. Very nice, quick and got me unstuck in a few minutes. Thanks guys.

called service to replace a turbo boot clamp. first had to pay them $260 in advance since we dont have an account with them and on EFS no CC. Service is 14 miles away but eta was 60 minutes. Service showed up 60 minutes late, replaced boot and clamp even thought only turbo clamp was gone. Driver was clanking truck and drain batteries so we asked them to jump it but they didn't bring a jump box instead hooked up cables and set there for 25 minutes to charge batteries, in between he did an another job on a truck that parked behind ours. so all together our job took 45 minutes, it took him 15 minutes to get to us and 15 back, but we got charged 4 hours and $170 in parts $630 for 45 minutes and $40 worth of parts. RIP OFF, stay away from them.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Called for help was put on hold for about 10 min. After being on hold another person answered the phone had no clue what I was talking about. Then after explaining to her what I needed. She said I need to pay $250 before they dispatch a mechanic. First time I ever hear that. I agree to pay then she tells me she cannot accept my fleet one check or cash only com check or t check, neither one of which I have. No help what so ever, don't waste your time with these people!!!

There is an employee at this company who is a cruel horrible person. I am 62 years old and I have never met a more rotten human being. The gentleman who came to help us after the other one stormed off was decent. But I have never seen anyone act less professional and such a low life in my life.
