Told us we could buy coolant there and then didn’t let us. We asked them if they could look and see what the problem was all they said was probably a misfire. Or a spark plug. They also didn’t acknowledge we were there for 10 minutes or so. It’s filthy aswell.

Great mechanical services always at a fair price; I can always count on Tom’s Service to accurately diagnose my car the first time. Also, a good place to get tires!

Great service!! I only wish they would allow some more information and updates about the timeline of when it’s okay to drop off he car and when it would be done.

Broke down entering the canyon out of Logan late at night and they towed my car back to the shop fast and fixed my car in a day or two

I’ve never had a vehicle fixed by someone who is so trustworthy and has so much integrity. I wish I was closer so I could take my car here for all its repairs. Broke down on the side of the road, called Tom’s service on a Saturday afternoon hour before closing he was there in like 30 minutes and I let him know I had other people with me so he brought his tow truck that could accommodate all 4 of us. Towed to his shop looked at vehicle and had the repair done by Monday afternoon. Not a small repair either.

Our van broke down while visiting Cache Valley. Jerry towed us to the shop after hours and had us up and running by the next evening even though he was swamped with other fixes. The service is top quality, and he didn't charge us an arm and a leg. Would recommend them to anyone.

Tom was fantastic, we were on a trip home when we had coolant problems. We limped to his shop and he basically dropped everything and helped us out. He even taught me how the coolant system worked incase the problem persisted later on. He was also fair in his pricing too. Thanks Tom!

On our vacation, we had a wheel bearing on our Suburban go out coming down the canyon. Rolled in to Tom's parking lot and Jerald immediately got to work. We were back in the road in one hour, I couldn't believe it. If I lived in cache valley, that's where I would go!

Straight shooter, got our car in, diagnosed, got parts in and fixed same day. His labor charge is very fair and it’s nice having a good guy who just likes getting work done and not playing games. Definitely recommend.

This is my first unsolicited google review I have every given. This kind of business needs to be highlighted. My car dropped a front axle on the road in Sardine Canyon on my way into Logan for a meeting. I had just picked it up from being serviced at another shop and drove it to Logan. I first called what looked like a large reputable towing company in Cache Valley to get my SUV. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes I gave up and looked for another company. Tom's service wasn't the flashiest looking business listing, but they were the closest to my location, so I called. Jerald answered and said he could come but it would be a little bit before he could get there. He was there in 10 minutes!! He got the vehicle, took it to his shop and let me know that it would possibly take a few days to get the parts needed to complete the repair. The next morning, I called, and he told me he would have it that afternoon. When I went to pick it up, the shop wasn't the cleanest and most organized place but it looked like a true mechanic's workshop. The repair was not a small deal to get the part and fix it. In addition to the tow to his shop, I was expecting a costly repair. My expectations were blown away with Jeralds honest and more than fair invoice he handed me for all services rendered. I have never felt so taken care of by an auto mechanic!! I will be driving from Heber to have Tom's service work on my vehicles.

Great service. I always use them for car registration. Yeah it's a little dirty but it's in town and priced right. Also the dog is super smart and fun to play with.

Nothing fancy, just an honest mechanic and a small town shop. But that's pretty unique and rare now days. And he's earned the respect of a big area of people around here. I wish him nothing but the best.

Tom was a "Good Ole Boy", very friendly, will work with you on the rates I was Ina pinch and he helped me out tremendously! Never thought I'd give a towing company 4 stars but he was super nice and laid back.

Im not feom logan, utah. But my car broke down near Toms place. My roadside assistance marked Tom's as the auto repair the tow truck driver needed to go to. The guy looked at my car, after it was towed to his place, and said he didn't want my car. My tow truck driver asked if he would at least look at it to see if it's fixable. He still said no and told us to leave. Tom was rude and very unperfessional. Not being from Logan i was not sure where to go. My tow truck drover drove my car to Aaron's elite auto. They were super nice and went above and beyond. Go to them instead of Tom's

Jerald and Austin were fantastic to work with. They really came through for us in a pinch. We were on our way home from vacation when suddenly we had a flat tire. Luckily the man that stopped to help us recommended Tom's service, so we went there, and were very grateful we did! Jerald got us in and out of there super quick. This was one of those situations that could have been very difficult, but Jerald made it amazingly painless. I highly recommend Tom's Service!

Gerald is always helpful, quick, and does a great job! I recommend going to see him for any trouble your having with your car/truck. If he can't fix it, he'll refer you to someone who can. But start with Tom's and go see Gerald for some honest advice first!

Gerald helped me out in a time of great need. Even though he had many other customers waiting. I was in and out in less than an hour. Great place to get your car services. And he's honest.

This is the best place in the valley for repairs and inspections. The most important thing about a finding a mechanic is someone you can trust and is capable of making the diagnosis and repair. I can always count on Tom's service

my truck broke down around 4 pm, they had a tow truck there in less then 10 min. could not get part until the next day, I had to have someone drive from Layton to pick me up and they even waited to close till my ride got there. great service and super nice people and a fair price. I would recommend anyone with vehicle issues to Tom's!
