I was truly surprised by the amazing customer service, friendliness, and reasonable pricing. I Was summoned to help my stranded Son. 2 1/2 hours from home and around midnight. I reached him unloaded his trailer contents into my pick up drove my pick up to his destination in Salt Lake City. Unloaded my pick up drove back to the gas station at cove fort i was happy to see you on a holiday. The doors were open. they had the two tires in stock quickly remove the wheels and tires from the trailer swapped the new tires installed the tires, even mounted the one leftover tire To the spare. Highly recommend if you are ever stranded give these folks a call. I told the trailer back from there to page Arizona thanks again.
You never want to have to call a tow truck from the freeway, but when you do the service these guys offer is exactly what you want! We were just a mile or so from the exit nearest them and were towed to the shop, got a new tire, and we’re back on the road in about a half hour. They were really kind, know their stuff, and were super quick, even on a holiday weekend. Hope to never need them again, but if so, I’ll feel good about giving them a call!
These guys were amazing. We broke down and they came in about 30 minutes and helped us out. Casey is awesome (and has a great sense of humor too!) so grateful they were available to help me and my family in our trek down to southern Utah.
My tire pop as I was going about 80 on the highway, drifted into the other lane and came to a complete stop. Luckily no one was around me. And I was able to get over to the shoulder. I hopped outta my vehicle to access the damage and my front passenger tire was tore up. I'm moving from Las Vegas to Minnesota, about 24 hour drive, and I was only 4 hours in. I unfortunately let my emotions get the better of me and began sobbing. Shay pulled up honestly within 2 mins of the incident. First he offered to put on my spare but my car is packed full. And didn't have access to the spare without unpacking my Honda CRV. So he gave me a business card, all while tears are pouring outta my eyes. Shay was an absolute gentleman. Told me that it could have been worse and that I did a good job not losing control of the vehicle.
Long story short. I was towed and had all 4 wheels replaced with new ones and it was all resolved in probably an hour at a very reasonable price (including the tow). Take that, Roadside Assistance.

While never excited about needing a tow we had a great experience and great care was taken to get us, our broken suv, and our trailer home after our spring break. They were close by and able to pick us up very quickly.

Really great people. My class B motorhome (van) decided to have an electrical short and I was stuck on the side of the road. The owners of the service shop checked on me twice while I got the short fixed. Then they gave me a jump start once everything was ready.

Our Durango overheated on the freeway, and we were so blessed to be right by the guys. My husband gave them a call, and they got us in immediately. They were honest and even noticed our tires were getting bad and just happened to have the right size and put them on. 100% would come back to them if we lived closer.
Needed a tow due to a busted fuel line. The mechanics were very helpful and first looked at it to see if they could repair it. Ended up needing to get it towed but they tried to give me the best deal and were very kind. Highly recommend this place if you ever need a tow.
Where to start , on the way to UNLV to drop off my daughter from Colorado, our tire from the Toyota sienna just pop in the middle of nowhere .Will On a phone with AAA someone knock on my window to see if we need help saying he have a shop with everything we need to fix the car ,it was KC !!!. He was very nice left to pick up the tow truck with the bed to load the minivan on it ( fully loaded minivan since we were going to install my daughter to her dorm) came back like 40 min later since ha have to do a round trip and here we go inside he tow truck , super clean and super safe also. My car broke down 20 miles north of cove fort and KC found me and asked me if I needed a tow. Asked him if I could be towed to cedar city and within 5 min his brother showed up and towed me to cedar. I 100% recommend to anyone. These guys are professionals and grate dudes

Was heading to salt lake for a visit and my car started to die and slow down. Was pulled to the side of the road. KC pulled behind me and asked if everything was alright. Told him my problem and he called his brother and they came and towed me. Wonderful service!!!! Would definitely recommend if you are in a crisis.
The brothers at cove auto were very professional. I had an oil line go south on me. They diagnosed it and advised that he would not be able to get the job done that day. He towed me to a shop in beaver utah and was able to get back on the road. Price for diagnostic and towing were fair. Thank you
I got a flat right on the exit. Shay heard I needed help and came right over. He was quick to offer a solution. The tires weren’t cheap but for the quality they were less then what I would’ve paid discount tire or jiffy lube. This it wasn’t pushy at all. Simply offered me his advice and then went with what I asked. Very down to earth. I would honestly love to give him my business in the future next time I drive through and my tires are close to being bald.
We blew a trailer tire just a few minutes from exit 135. A nice gentleman named Shay stopped to help us change out the tire and gave us a his card to the tire shop. Super friendly and we are very grateful for his assistance!
Our motorhome passenger steering tire blew out, 1/2 mile from the Meadow Kanosh exit. The lug nuts were so tight we couldn't change the spare or move. Called here, he asked for the tire size in case our spare wasn't good. He met us on the side of the Hwy, 30 mins later. He brought 2 tires with him. We decided to change out both front tires. He had both tires switched out and we were back on the road within an hour of his arrival. Fast quick service. It was $250 for the roadside call out. Then tires and labor ($100) on top of that He was so quick and fast. Overall Great service. Definitely recommend him
KC is freaking awesome! My engine light and some weird other light came on a few miles outside of Cove Fort. Due to previous experience with my vehicles, my cars seem to become instantly disabled within a few seconds of the engine light coming on. I quickly went to the next exit and saw the mechanic sign. I told him what happened and KC looked at my car and hooked up the diagnostic machine to it. After looking into things a bit more, he felt like it might be a spark plug issue and felt I would still be able to make it home without issues. He encouraged me to get a certain parts kit off of Amazon and told me what to look for in a reputable mechanic near my home 2 hrs away. I think most mechanics in the middle of nowhere, on a Saturday, could have 100% taken me threw the ringer and could’ve told me so many other issues with my car in a heartbeat, but KC didn’t. He did give me his number in case I did have problems driving home and said he could come get me if needed. I ended up getting home just fine and my wallet was still in tact! Freaking amazing! Thank you KC for not taking advantage and for not being ugly either!😂
Station May be 24 hours, but tow and tire aren’t. Blew a tire on a trailer on I-15 about 10 miles from this place. Called after 11pm, since they said they offered 24 hour service! Told it would be over $ 400 for the tow to the station, tire may not be in stock, oh, and there is a $250 fee added on because it was at night. Left trailer at a rest stop, picking it up today with new tire in the truck. Cost for gas and new tire elsewhere… less than $300.
While traveling cross country we lost a wheel bearing in our travel trailer about 2 miles south of this shop. As we were not from the area we called AAA and were just going to wait on the side of the freeway. With Covid and the fact we needed the trailer towed we were told it could be several hours to get someone to us. One of the owners of Cove Fort Service noticed us and stopped to see if we were having car troubles. He was able to go get his mobile repair truck and had the bearing replaced very fast. He also noticed that 2 of our trailer tires were bald on the inside edge and most likely would not have done well in the Phoenix heat we were headed for. After the bearing was replaced we followed him back and got new tires on the trailer. All of this work was completed in less than 4 hours.
Great friendly service. Being stranded with your family on the side of the freeway is never fun, but some how it became just that. These guys were fast and very accommodating to help us get where we needed to be. Although I hope I don’t need their service again I wouldn’t mind stopping in to say hi.
Our car lost the serpentine belt on I-15. We just made it in to this station. The mechanic was super nice, found the problem right away, drove for parts, and had us back on the road in about two hours. AMAZING. The gas station was clean and friendly EVEN with 4 kids hanging around for 2 hours.
So grateful these guys were on our route.

Coming from a tire and automotive background I want to commend and compliment the gentleman running the tire store.
My drive tires were worn, and 12 years old, honestly getting kinda sketchy. I knew they were getting edgy but not that the insides we're dangerous.
He saw this , walked across the parking lot , told me to be careful and didn't even push a sale. I asked him if he could do it ... Not only did he have my size in stock , but had all four installed in an hour.

My tire blew out about 1/2 mile from the Cove Fort exit. A friendly gentleman pulled over to assist us and had my tire off and the spare on within 5 minutes. Turns out that it was the Owner of this great business. An employee greeted me at the shop and filled my spare up with air. Great customer service, very friendly people. Hopefully I don't run into this situation again, but if it happens and I'm close by - there's no doubt who I will be calling for assistance!
My husband and I were stuck on the top of cove fort summit with a flat on our travel trailer. I was in the process of getting the lug nuts loose and the trailer jacked up. When out of the blue can help, Jimmy from Cove Fort Chevron came to our aid. He changed the tire and put the spare on the rack. He shook my hand and introduced himself and told us to have a safe trip. I thanked him and explained that my husband is disabled and on oxygen, and that I was learn the process of changing the trailer tire. ( not an easy task for someone my age 65+ years). We can never express our gratitude enough for his help. There are true guardian angels. We will be stopping there on every trip through.

Our car started having trouble in the hills north of Cove Fort. We limped into the station and called the number posted on the garage. The owner, Jimmy, was already on his way home but answered our call and turned around to come back and have a look. He went on a drive with me to check out the car and gave some great advice about what to look for and what to do once we got to Vegas. Great personal service. He also had great stories about the wildfires from a few years ago. We really appreciate his attention and highly recommend the station.
