Very helpful staff. Jeremy on two occasions has gone above and beyond to help. One occasion calling up every other shop in town that might have the part after they didn’t carry it, saving me hours of hustling around looking for a part that could only be found in Sulphur Springs. On another occasion helping me build a unique setup that would have taken me hours to figure out how to build and order online.

I just moved to town last week my truck was leaking fluid from the front and the back I assumed it was transmission fluid and I started looking and was oil coming from the pinion seal I went to ABC to get gear oil and a Jack and this gentleman his name is Rodney helped me he crawled under my truck in the parking lot and explained what I needed to do and said if I was unable to do it just call up there and ask for him.. well I did and he was so very nice to come help me on Saturday after he got off work.. we need more people in the world to help others without conviction.. thank you again Rodney for taking time to help a stranger new to town.. i appreciate you.

Robert R. at the Winnsboro store really went above and beyond helping me get my car back on the road when my serpentine belt went out. Very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.
The wonderful employees was so kind to help me install my brake light bulb after my purchased in store. I was so grateful and there was no charge for them helping me. Wow now that made my day.
Always great service and the employees actually know what they are saying. They are not constantly saying I don't know, like a bunch of other places these days.
ABC has a pretty solid bench of folks that know what parts would work best. Of course they have the computer but the employees also know when the computer has it wrong or doesn't have enough information to pick the right part. They have always been spot on with what I need.
They were great. Even though I didn't know the correct name for part i needed the guy on the phone new what I was talking about and found the right part. Some people do know what thingabob or duehickies are.
2 Gentleman assisted me..I have a ankle injury and they never hesitated to get my several items for me...didn't even have to ask...this was Sunday 11/1/2020..
Outstanding service from the employees! I go there even though it's a bit of a drive because of the excellent service. I recommend you go see Jeremy, LaDarius, or the other Jeremy for all your automotive needs!
Great people, good service. If they don't have it on the shelf they can usually get it later that same day. They just recently used their code reader to find out why my minivan threw a code while driving home... Minor Evap leak! Didn't try to sell me anything just told me what the code was and that I might need a new gas cap if it comes back.

Everyone there is cool. Someone can give you the answer you need pretty much at anytime. Prices are fair. Some parts that I needed was unavailable right then but if it's in another store they will get it. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

The best selection in a very uncrowded facility. A much better model than many "auto parts" stores that seem to center on silly accessories and air fresheners.
Full service counter help that can find the parts you need at good prices. The counter staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They never give me the wrong part.
All the guys up there are always friendly and have great customer service. They are knowledgable about any vehicle I bring to them. They go the extra mile to help, so I always highly recommend them!
