My car AC went out Friday in Lampasas and I managed to limp to Hico & I stopped at Jackson’s automotive parts & repair. Keith told me he could get the part on Monday and have it in by Tuesday and that’s exactly what he did. Great job, they were a pleasure to work with! Love when folks do what they say they’re gonna!
They'll always treat you right here. Although if you drop your car off here for a repair you might want to get ready to wait for a while. But these guys are great and do a good job at what they do. They especially are good for the country folk around here.

Billy Jackson Automotive was very helpful to me. I stopped in Hico to take a break. I was driving from Wichita Falls to New Braunfels. My car wouldn't start. Towed the car to Billy Jackson Automotive. The mechanic told me it was the starter. He couldn't get the part until the next day. Billy drove me to the Midland Hotel. I stayed over night and the next day my car was ready. Very friendly and great service.
