Absolutely the most horrid place. Bought a battery two years ago for a 2020 Dodge Ram. Battery just went out on us. We were SIX DAYS past the warranty and no help at all..to me that is ridiculous. There should be a ten day grace period or something..Six days?? Battery should last years!!!! More than TWO!! IVE NEVER BEEN MORE DISAPPOINTED!!
I have a good experience the gentleman help me so nice so friendly. I appreciate it. O’Reilly hiring that kind of people helps the customer the most they can.
Best auto parts store I’ve ever been to! Thomas was awesome. He got me set up with everything i needed for my mechanic to change my brakes and rotors.
I received exceptional customer service from all the employees. They went above and beyond to make sure i was taken care of.
Didn't have the paint I needed. Someone asked how I was but then I told him I was looking for paint. No one bothered to help, but I guess that's okay because they didn't have the color I needed anyway.
I guess I'm just starting to realize that employees at a parts store, very few of any, actually know anything about vehicle repairs or maintenance. They just know how to push buttons when the computer ask a question and, don't know anything about what they are selling to the customers. Not their fault at all, the staff was actually very polite and helpful with what they did know. Fyi know what you need before going into any of the parts stores with the exception of the old school parts stores that are around. The old timers know what they are doing.... Most of them haha. Place was clean and customer support did what they were capable of.
I just want to say how awesome Caleb Young was, and how he took a lot of time to help me find my problem with my tail light. He is awesome and he deserves a raise! Thank you so much Caleb for going above and beyond your service to help me.

Very helpful. Wasn't sure what I could use to get tar off my van. They suggested goobegone and offered the smallest bottle. It worked and very happy with the service.
I went into O'Reilly's here in Bridgeport Texas we was going to see about recycling or disposing of some paint mix that has never been used and spoke with a guy named James and he was very rude disrespectful he's disrespected me before in the past he has poor customer service so be careful when you talk to him he's very rude to people
It depends on which people are there and the right people are there I've get above 100% service and help this one guy that works there I asked him if he would clear the codes on my PT Cruiser he says no I have to go to a garage and spend god knows how much just to clear the codes I was very unhappy about that
