The owner is extremely rude, yelled and cussed at me and my mom (I’m 13) made my mom cry by yelling at her. He smelled like alcohol and yelled at other customers. Rudest mistake unprofessional service I’ve ever experienced. Also saw a blue Camaro unloaded off a flat bed and the driver did a really cool big burnout. It looked really cool w all the smoke and black marks

I am a fleet manager for a company in SA area, I have used this company since the beginning and before. Nothing but top knotch, professional, highly trained operators. In 15 years, never damaged a unit or broken product in any of my fleet, even during wreck recovery...which is unheard of!!! You get what you pay for and these guys a worth ever penny, they are the absolute BEST in the business. The driver needs an attitude change and is very unprofessional. I observed his behavior the whole time while I took a friend to pickup his car from this yard. The whole time the driver had been rude, nasty behavior towards him and just very unpleasant to deal with. Never ever again I hope to see this happen again!
The guy that was on duty on Tuesday, April 18th roughly 12:30pm has a bad attitude towards ppl and is very rude. Took my friend over to pickup his car and we received nothing but poor attitude and bad service!
Called to get a quote but they told me they only tow commercial trucks but they were very helpful and very nice that they recommended me to a tow service that tow small vehicles they went beyond 😀 to offer this info to me. Thank you Quality Service.
My husband was in a accident and could not go pick up his items that were on the truck till 2 weeks after and he was able to recover most of his items that were left on there.
