They were very fast at seeing me. Treated me with patience and respect. Everyone was very friendly.

Fast to get you in and out. The staff is extremely friendly and the doctors are very knowledgeable! I recommend anyone in need of an ER or urgent care!

This place is one of the best Urgent Care clinic I have been two. The staff, nurses, labs/rads techs and the providers were attentive, quick to move, faster with results, and all is well now because of them. The service was phenomenal!

I went to the emergency room because my mom had an episode where she suffered from high blood pressure. The doctor and staff were terrific; they treated her very well and were very kind and empathetic. I am so grateful. Thank you so much.

The Emergency Clinic in LV has been a wonderful source of care for our family. I’ve been there three times for various reasons, and every visit has been met with kindness, professionalism, and top-quality care—from check-in through treatment.

Front desk clerk, needs some customer service skill training for multiple reasons. Walk in and wait 15 mins for anyone to greet me?!! Not very professional at all. Nurses and medical staff are all A+++

Dr. Domuczicz and the Nurses (professional nurses!) were fantastic. We came in with a serious issue, were treated with respect and dignity from start to finish. The time to diagnose and treat was relatively short. One test was offered, we didn't think we needed it, turns out it was a lifesaving test! Thank you to Dr. Domuszicz and the entire team!

My family and are very happy with this Emergency Clinic! So thankful it’s local in our town. The staff was amazing no matter who we spoke with. Very clean and no waiting. Brought our son in for a migraine he had all day with vomiting/ dehydration. They did blood work and some others things and gave him IV fluids along with some medication. Everything was quick maybe an hour and a half to an hour 45. Very pleased and definitely will be back when we need an ER again. Huge Thank you to them!

Loyal patient for life. Came here for the first time just for a tuberculosis test and 3 days later received a handwritten well wishes card signed by each member of the staff. Theresa was the nurse who did my test and she was the absolute sweetest! I’m very afraid of needles and without even telling her that she was still very gentle and made the whole thing a lot more comfortable. The whole staff is super nice and answered all my questions with no problem. Very glad to have them in town!

As always, I cannot recommend this location enough. They always take great care of my family when we come in. They had my son seen, X-rayed and splinted up in less than an hour. This is the only Urgent Care we'll go to.

Absolutely ridiculous, will never go back. They just told my fiance that they don’t have needles that are sterile to access her port. He also said they don’t have the needles for it, yet she was shown the needles like 2 days ago!???

The best Emergency Care facility. The staff, nurses, and doctors are first rate. Very thorough and professional. Be prepared for a follow-up call to see how you are doing. They do that! I highly recommend their services. So glad we have them in La Vernia.

The medical care itself was wonderful and everyone was very polite, but when it came to letting me know what my scans showed and the fact I’d need to see a specialist, the medical person helping me (not the receptionist) said they’d schedule me an appointment for Tuesday and gave me paperwork stating so as well. Unless I misunderstood, I called the office they said I’d see a specialist at and they said they had no referral nor does anyone else but them make appointments. When I called the ER, they too said they don’t do that even though they gave me documents stating they did and what day it was to be on. Now I have to wait almost two more weeks just to see this specialist they told me was important to see on the day they chose for me as to not wait (which was only 3 days after my ER visit). It was very confusing and frustrating trying to figure why they’d give me paperwork stating they’d do something for me then not even offer that service. Again I apologize if I misunderstood, but the papers they gave me say otherwise.

The staff is friendly and the providers are respectful and listen while providing top notch care. Clinic is clean, and care is competitively prompt. However, the name of the clinic is slightly deceiving. It’s more of an urgent care than an ER. If you do have an actual emergency you may want to call an ambulance or go to a hospital ER. If you head there with an actual serious emergency, they are going to call an ambulance to a hospital and keep you stable or as comfortable as possible until then. Great place though.

I was admitted due to postpartum complications. The night shift was amazing, very compassionate and attentive with my care. The facility and rooms were clean. I was diagnosed and treated within a timely manner before I was sent out to Main Methodist for further monitoring. I am extremely grateful to have an amazing ER in this little town of ours.

No one ever wants to have to visit an emergency clinic but I am thankful for our clinic in La Vernia. I went in the clinic and was seen promptly, treated professionally and able to leave with answers and a plan of action. I am thankful for the kindness of the staff and professionals.

As a retired military veteran who is 100% disabled, I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I was having what felt like a heart attack. This place was the closest place to me (I wasn't going to call the ambulance when I was literally 2 minutes away), and I came here. My husband gets me inside, and I hand them my retired ID and my license. The lady at the desk literally threw my retired ID card back at me and damn near refused to see me, all because I have Tricare/VA coverage for a medical emergency like this. She was the rudest person I have ever encountered in La Vernia. To throw my ID at me as if I wasn't having a medical emergency......she doesn't deserve to have a job here. I understand not taking certain insurances, but to be rude about it, there is ZERO need for that. It's a damn shame this place isn't military/veteran friendly, as there are so many of them in this area.

Took my daughter in for abdominal pain and the staff was beyond exceptional. Great attentiveness and care especially for an 8 year old. Judy, Bill and Dr G were all top notch! They sent a follow up card in the mail handwritten too which made her feel great

Took my mom here a few days ago and the service is definitely amazing. From the front desk, to the nurse, to the tech and Dr. Everyone treated my mom with respect, and care. In a time with Healthcare treating you just like another number this place did not. They seemed concerned and went over everything is detail. If we ever need to go to an ER or urgent care we will definitely go to The emergency clinic in LA Vernia.

I had the best care at this emergency care. I was in a lot of pain. They took kindness and notified the doctors in the back and got me in right away within 10 minutes. I had my CT and had my results in about 20 minutes. Got my diagnosis and was able to go home. They were so kind and helpful and took their time with me. The doctor explained everything in detail. I was so impressed and will always go to this emergency room. I recommend it for everyone because we all deserve to be treated with respect and kindness when we’re feeling the most worse. Thank you all!

My husband, daughter and myself have each been there several times over the years. We always get very thorough care and everyone has been friendly and knowledgeable when we go. I especially appreciate how good they always are with my daughter. I believe she was 6 years old when she had to have liquid stitches on her face and they were so good with her then. She is 10 now and recently diagnosed with pneumonia there. The woman who took her xrays was very friendly and patient with her. The man who helped her with the medicine and shots was very nice and helpful. The Dr was very good with her as well and very nice.

Visited Connally Memorial Emergency Room Floresville last week and was told my dad was okay. However, a few days later, my niece Allison Williams took him to The Emergency Clinic in La Vernia and he was transported to Methodist Northeast with fluid in the lungs and heart, due to chronic kidney failure...We have been here since Sunday and he has been given continuous care...
