Extremely friendly and prompt service. I made the call after several other businesses in town did not return my previous calls. Henry was super nice on the phone. Tire shop was very helpful...I thought I had a nail in my tire, and they informed me that the item I thought was a nail was actually a plug. They aired up all my tires. The young man was very respectful and professional.

I purchased some Cooper Discoverer Stronghold AT for my 2500HD. At the time, these tires just came out, La Vernia Auto Center had already talked to the distributor and recommended them to me for my particular usage. I took their recommendation and they hooked me up with a set of them. They mounted and balanced them in short order. So far, I've had them on my truck for over 5000 miles now and have had no issues with the tires or the service that LV Auto Center provided. I will purchase my next set of tires from them.

Got us in almost immediately upon just driving up. So friendly and kind - provided all three of my boys with electrolyte popsicles while we waited.

Called to get a price for a repair and was told that Brandon would call me back with a price…. He never called nor did anyone else. Guess they don’t want our business; this repair shop has bad customer service.

Brought in my father-in-law's 2 vehicles and had 1 oil change and 2 inspections done. Didn't take long to get it done. Staff was great and fun to talk to.

Went for an inspection. Told to wait on the side. Two other truck in twenty minutes pull up, finish inspections and leave. Don’t waste your time here like I did when there is Lube Works across the street.

1st time customer after using Valvoline for 15 years. They were about $20 more than I've normally payed, but most likely due to the fact that they are not a franchise, but a small business. The staff was kind, timely and professional, wtg are and restroom were very clean. I'll return.

I was on my way to work when I realized that I had a flat tire. I thought that I would pull in here to get a quick fix. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a little worse than that, and I had to replace my tire. They took care of my tire pretty quickly. They really did a GREAT job. I will be back to this Auto Center for more repairs as needed to my vehicle. The owner and the employees were very polite. Thanks guys.

Failed every single car I've ever tried to get inspected here and every single time They offered to sell me new tires, so it will pass inspection. I just go to lubeworks now, Where they don't fail your car to try to sell you something you don't need.

Always helpful and nice, from doing state inspection to helping with pop a bead on my mower tire after my husband was pulling out his hair because he just could not get it after 4 hours 🤦‍♀️. I would recommend this place because they have by far the best customer service and helping hand. Thank you for being awsome.

Got two new tires i bought online mounted balanced on a Saturday, no waiting. Employees were all nice, no fuss.

Avoid this horrible place like the plague. Went there 3 different times, at 3 different times of day to get a simple inspection done and each time was told by some employee that the one and only person who does inspections was at lunch and "I don't know when he will be back". All the while laughing like it was a joke. Whoever runs this place should look up the words customer and service in the dictionary and learn what they mean. Judging by the other reviews left here hopefully they won't be in business much longer and another person will come in and do a better job.

Worst place to go. No communication told me to wait her to patch my tire. Two hours later that say I gotta go back to this line to get it patched. Definitely need to work on their communication skills. Will not come back again.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I pulled up in my car for an oil change dude said he wasn't gunna be able to get to it for a while and as I drove off he went and started chattin with other employees trying to act busy. Recommended a spot down the rd. Came back in my truck with leaking air 20 miles from home asked to throw my spare on for me and he said he couldn't do that because it's an original spare from 2012. Recommended a tire shop down the road 6 miles. While my tire is spraying air out. Shop is weak sauce couldn't just throw my tire on for me? He was a younger fella wearing a cap. It's 830 in the morning right now just trying to make it to work ill shi* on that guy rn if given the opportunity. Slap my fata$$ nuts across that chin. Update: it's now 30 min later just legy briones tire shop, already done threw my tire on and it's holding up getting me to work just fine. It took literally 4 minutes. La vernia autocenter ain't worth shi.. it was a simple tire change that could have left me stranded on the side of the road. I never leave reviews BTW.

My valve core came out of my valve stem and my tire was goin flat fast...so when I pulled up the guy was busy helping someone else but quickly came to check my tire and assured me I would be next even knowing he had other customers ahead of me....and while he asked us to wait, he brought myself and my son some snacks and was just a very polite and helpful person... he deserved a tip for all of his hard work and in the quick amount of time that he was able to help us out....

I have been to this place twice since Snow sold it. Both times was very disappointing because they could not or did not want to perform the requested service. When it was Snows you could get an inspection without buying new tires. Instead I had to go across the highway to get it done. Then just today we took a tire there to get fixed and he said he would not fix it. We left and will probably never go back ever.

I took the car in to get a flat fixed. The guy checked the tire and found the leak. He failed to let enough air out before he tried to break the bead and blew out the sidewall. (They claimed that even though my tires still had a lot of tread left they were too old and needed replacement. My tires are only 4 years old and should be plenty good for at least two more years.) There was no way I could prove that, so I just let it go. They didn’t have a tire so they put the spare on. Then they told me the brake rotor was really bad and I needed new rotors and brake pads. I thanked them and left. Unfortunately for them I do my own mechanical work. I removed the wheels and took the brakes apart to determine what parts I needed to get. Well guess what? There’s ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG WITH THE ROTORS OR PADS. You can be assured I’ll never go there again.

I never leave bad reviews anywhere but this place is terrible. I took me car here last weekend to get two new tires put on, balanced, and rotated. Take into consideration I have never had to change the tires on my car before so didn’t think much of it besides they charged me $70 to do little to nothing. I paid and went on my way. On my drive back home, I notice my tires would get wobbly once I went over 50mph. I took it to a tire shop close to my house the next day which is where I usually go btw to find out one of my tire rims was bent and they put it on the front of my car. Never mentioned it to me. Also, my valve stem was bad. The guy fixed everything and had to rebalance as he showed me they weren’t balanced at all! I called the shop that Monday as they are closed on Sunday and spoke to the owner who had zero sympathy that his workers put my life and others in danger for putting a bent rim on the front of my car! The owner only told me that he would speak to the workers! When it’s all said and done I will never come back or say nice things about this shop! They weren’t even busy when my car was there! Never wasting my time or money here again. Worst tire shop I have ever been too.

This place is not much to look at, won't blame you if you have second thoughts going here based solely on aesthetics, but you will sorely miss out on great work at a fair price. I went in for just an oil change, which they did. But they also gave my truck a 'once over' to check for anything else. I was watching, and saw that everything was looked at by two sets of eyes. They didn't try selling me anything I didn't need, and even went around inflating my tires to proper pressure. I will not only go back again, but will recommend these gentlemen to any neighbors who ask. Also, I only gave 4 stars because 5 stars should always be almost unobtainable. Maybe if they had a masseuse in the waiting room...

Greeted as I pulled up for an oil change. Sat in a small waiting area. It was brought to my attention that my air filter needed changed and was shown my dirty filter and a new one. Was told would be one price which I agreed to and was told later was a lower price. Thank you for not trying to make an extra few dollars your honesty means more than you know. I mentioned while waiting that I had a new registration sticker but not yet put it on and they changed that out also without any qualms. Thank you all for good down home treatment. Will be back.

Have helped my wife and I many times and are the fairest price shop in the area. They have even fixed things that other shops said couldn't be repaired for less than $1500 and did it for $300! Recently they even found a bubble in my tire that I bought used from another tire shop and I just felt the need to leave them a good review for always being friendly, high quality and fairly priced. Quality service, friendly employees. Parking is a little issue. Took my 89 corvette to have them get it running after sitting in my dad's drive way for 5 yrs without being started. They did an awesome job, I was soo impressed with the work that I gave the manager in front of the employees a 100 dollar bill & said that lunch was my treat.
