Tara was wonderful and thoughtful on the phone. Dustin the tow truck driver showed very quickly and was quick to load and deliver my vehicle to the destination. Both individuals were very professional and I appreciate both of them for making a stressful situation easy to get through.

Highly recommend Cedar Park Wrecker Service! After being stranded for over 3 hours by the company (H&H Towing and Recovery) of whom my insurance has a Roadside Assistance contract with, Davison with Cedar Park Wrecker, arrived within 15 minutes and apologized for the wait. Very polite and understood that we still had a long drive ahead of us. Thank you Cedar Park Wrecker Service for helping us when no one else would.

Not a 24 hour service as stated. I tried to use this service last night and was told I would have to call back this morning as they would not have any trucks until then which wasn't going to help me. I explained the situation and my confusion on what was said to me and was met with a rude lady on the other end of the line who hung up on me in mid sentence. I was in the process of apologizing for my misunderstanding and had stated there was no reason to be rude when she hung up on me. I was talking calmly and not cursing or anything. Just trying to understand the next steps. And instead was met with this. Definitely horrible customer service at this place, at least in the middle of the night.

Needed a vehicle Towed. And they had me scheduled for next morning pickup. Pricing was fair. and they were very professional and courteous both on the phone and in person. Would definitely use again.

Needing to tow your car is always a stressful situation. But Brandon was very helpful, professional, punctual and experienced. I fully appreciate his work and highly suggest this company. P.s. dont forget to tip your driver for their hard work.

My daughter's starter went out in her car. Dustin showed up ahead of schedule than first reported by my insurance company. He was cordial, efficient, thorough, and explained every step he was performing. I would recommend Dustin to anyone in need of his service!!

Made the mistake of heading out tonight in the middle of this arctic blast we're experiencing to try and pick up some salt. Drove cautiously as the roads were slick but realized between the conditions and the drivers on the road it was a dangerous endeavor and decided to turn back. On my way back a hit a slick patch that turned my truck around, and put my rear tires into the top of the ditch. Thankfully someone in a bigger truck stopped to help, and shortly after the Cedar Park Wrecker flatbed that just happened to be on the road came by and didn't even ask just ran out his winch and helped get me out of the rut and a dangerous situation. All the while impatient drivers were doing everything they could to creep up and go around instead of wait for him to clear me off the road. The guy not only helped me out, but risked his life in the process (which given some of the local drivers is sure to be a full time gig in itself). He got me out, and told me I was all set, be safe, and keep my wheels out of the clean looking road as it's covered in ice. Didn't try to invoice or charge me. I gotta say, I really do appreciate that. This is a dog eat dog world, and after the worry of almost getting into a wreck, my attention turn to how much is this going to break my wallet for. I was shocked, at the courtesy. I didn't catch his name due to the drivers just itching to get by making the situation dangerous. But at the very minimum I wanted to express my thanks here. It is very appreciated and won't be forgotten. Courtesy is a rare thing these days and that drivers got it. Thank you.

My car was towed to a yard and the guy took over two hours when it should have taken him about 30 minutes. After the tow truck left I check my trunk to see if anything was missing, I had all of my jewelry in there beforehand (I recently moved), every single item, including my wedding ring, was stolen. I called the tow truck service and the lady who answered said that I’m crazy and that’s ridiculous and then she hung up on me. If I could give this service -5 stars I would. Worst service and customer service in the country. Sketchy service and sketchy people.

My god. The man that picked up the phone (I presume, owner) is so unbelievably rude. I called this company after frantically dealing with a jarring car situation. Before I could even say a sentence, I was greeted with a long sigh. I asked a question about towing rates. He responded back very reluctantly. Okay... I really thought he had a back hernia over there with all the agonizing sighs that was spewing out. I wanted to confirm the prices once more since plenty of numbers were being thrown out throughout the conversation. I was responded with nonetheless condescending remarks. Highly unprofessional. If you are considering their services for your car, I suggest you research for ANY OTHER options if you want to be treated with basic customer service. There are plenty of other great towing services within the area that will make your car experience much more delightful! I cannot speak on behalf of the drivers.

My car broke down at the trail of lights last night and we called these guys. The dispatcher was VERY rude to my wife, and we almost cancelled because of it, but needed to get my car out of the way. He accused her of yelling at him and hung up on her. I was standing right there and she didn't raise her voice to him at all. Not once. The tow truck driver, Leo, was awesome though. He got there quick, got my car loaded up quick, and even let us ride with him to the shop. He let me wife stay inside the truck with the heater on while he and I handled billing my credit card. He's the only reason I don't give them 1 star...

My son's car was disabled near our home in Cedar Park. I called USAA roadside assistance, and the first/other tow company's driver didn't have the proper equipment to get our car onto the flatbed. He asked if I would waive liability for possible damage if he could get it on. I said absolutely not, and he left. The roadside assistance rep agreed with me, and then sent Cedar Park Wrecker. Cody promptly arrived and put my anxiety to rest. He was personable, knowlegeable, and quickly had our car at the shop.

Great service when we needed it most!! My son’s car broke down (15 mins north of Liberty Hill, btw), we called another wrecker service that was technically closer to our location and were told they couldn’t help us. We then called Cedar Park Wrecker and the tow truck was there to help us within 15 minutes. Great service. Knowledgeable driver and a HUGE help. We’re keeping their card for the future....just in case.

I was happy withe the service that I received. Cody came to tow my car after it got stuck on a curb. Turns out it didn't need to be towed, but I enjoyed the customer service too, in person and on the phone. They arrived in a timely manner and called in advance as well. Cody explained what he thought was the best strategy for pulling the car, answered questions, paid attention to detail when examining course of action, and made me feel comfortable trusting him with my car.

I was stranded out in the middle of nowhere when my car's tire blew out. Dustin towed my car and also gave me a ride back to Austin. He was super helpful, and even offered to drop me back to my place after dropping my car off at the dealership. We had some great conversation too! Great guy and great service! :)

I had to call for a tow at 600 am this morning. They got there in a very timely fashion and I can't say enough how nice the driver Dustin was. To break down on the way to work and that early in the morning is frustrating enough, but the professionalism of Cedar Park Wrecker Service made it bearable.

It always sucks to need a tow but Cedar Park Wrecker took care of me and my son yesterday. They were the third place I called but the first to answer the phone and it was all good from there. Cody, our tow truck driver was great too. He shared his water, drove safe and we had a cool conversation about tricked out trucks! Thanks guys!

Our car broke down under 183A on Whitestone, and Cody was there within 15 minutes to get us towed to a safe location. The dispatcher was very kind and gave us good advice as to what to do while we waited. I would definitely recommend Cedar Park Wrecker Service should you need a tow.

I am new to the area and found Cedar Park Wrecker Service online. I called, made an appointment, with a real human. They sent Mike - and he is AWESOME. They were priced lower than I expected, showed up when they said they would, even offered to come get my keys so I wouldn't have to go. They dropped my car perfectly in a very small space. I would highly recommend them.

We needed our car towed to the Mazda dealership in Georgetown from Cedar Park. Our shop referred us to Cedar Park wrecker, and we could not be happier with the service we received. Leo was prompt and courteous and had us to the dealership in no time. Definitely looking to them the next time we're in need of towing!

I too gave the service 1 star only because a lower rating was not available. Called at 9:00 am for a tow. They stated they would pick up my car at 10:30 am, received a call at 11:00 am telling me it would be at least 30 more minutes. They finally showed up about 45 minutes later. Strongly recommend you stay away from this service.

Wow, after reading some of the previous reviews, I am surprised. We had a much different experience from others. Our experience was very pleasant and couldn't have worked out any better for myself and my family. We were stranded last night because it appears our car needs a new starter. I called once place and they said it would be at least a 2 hour wait. That wasn't going to work because we have 2 littles. I called this place and the woman on the phone was very nice and said that it would be about an hour. That was doable, we needed to eat dinner right down the street anyway. The tow truck showed up just 45 mins later after making the call! They were early, something I have never experienced in a tow before. Leo was the driver. He was very kind and very professional. No issues here.

Set up pick up with dispatcher for 830am. Dispatcher chose to put 930a on the actual dispatch, after I expressed me having to be at work at 10a. Driver showed up at 9a, and the process took over an hour to complete....causing me to be late to work. There wasn't any concern for me, the customers schedule. The dispatcher advised that the price shouldn't be no more than $125....and my bill was $141. Disappointed with the customer service as well as the execution.

Called and the dispatcher was friendly, courteous, and had a truck sent quickly. Within 20 minutes, Dave showed up. He was friendly. He was professional. Most of all he was efficient and the whole transaction took less than an hour. The fee was reasonable and we knew the cost up front. We’ve used this service before and have had good results. Today we had GREAT results. I would recommend this company.

Everything I needed in a quick tow. Friendly, professional, eager to help and reasonably priced. Made 5 previous calls, 4 of which were busy, irritable and quick to provide a quote of $150+/- for a 7 mile tow close sometime between now and tomorrow. Again, Cedar Park Wrecker professional and reasonable.

My insurance company set up roadside assistance for me. They gave a 60 min time of arrival. When they were over 30 mins late I called. I was told that they "don't drive helicopters. Would you like me to cancel wrecker?" Wow what great customer service they have! Rude. Find someone else. By the time they showed up it was a 2 hour wait all to take my car 2 miles away.

I called about 10 places before I called Cedar Park Wrecker-- thank goodness I went with them. They had very competitive quote and the nicest dispatcher I talked to, by FAR. Leo picked up myself and my broken down VW in a timely fashion and was pleasant to ride with. Thanks team, y'all saved me today.

We were stranded on a residential road late at night, and after checking with a neighbor he texted us Cedar Park Wrecker's number. Within 20 minutes, the courteous, professional tow operator arrived, carefully got our car up and secure, and got it to the repair shop. Since we were within 10 miles, we got their flat rate - and it was a lot lower than I thought it would be for a late-night tow. If you are in the Cedar Park/Leander/Anderson Mill area (or need to get your vehicle back there) - I recommend calling these guys.
