I was very disappointed with the quality of customer service at this location, which did not compare favorably to the service provided by other competitors. I felt unsupported and lacked any sense of care or professionalism during my visit. I came in to purchase a battery, but due to this experience, I will not be returning to this specific location.

Shout out to Anthony! I came in with no clue and the most amazing man was there to help. No hesitation he checked it out sure enough the machine said alternator and he was like let’s test your batter to be sure of course that guys dead, so we try the new battery and this wonderful man changed it for me and everything! What started as a terrible Monday morning is turning into a good day all because he took the time to smile and turn my day around . Thank you 😊

I had a great experience at O’Reilly in Liberty Hill today thanks to Matthew. He came out right away to test my battery, quickly figured out the best replacement, and offered me a great price. He even came outside and installed it for me. What impressed me most was his attitude—he’s still learning the trade, but he was upfront and asked for his manager’s help when needed. He kept apologizing for taking a little time, but honestly the whole process was quick and smooth. I wasn’t in a rush, and he handled everything with care and professionalism. Matthew did an awesome job, and I really appreciate the service from him and the team. I’ll definitely be back!

I never have had a bad experience dealing with O'Reilly's (maybe 1) located in Lakeway just because of sores in the affluent area doesn't mean you have to sell the most expensive part you have people also like to get deals every once in a while every time I called there to get parts for a friend to help him he quoted me the most expensive Parts they had online and didn't bother giving me the cheaper one, never even gave me the option when I asked about it they said they didn't have it and they couldn't order it. fairly new location I don't care for it I like O'Reilly's but not that one

WOW! Joe really helped us out! While installing a window regulator, we could not figure out how to put the brace on the motor because it was under pressure. Took everything to O'Reilly and Joe helped us attach the brace! Our hero! Over and beyond service! Thank you! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This place is my go to! They’re always so helpful and answer all my questions. Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Todd even stood in the rain with me today to look at my truck and help me get back on the road. Highly recommend!

Great place with friendly and helpful staff! My typical visit is quarterly to drop off my oil as I diy my oil changes! They will recycle it for you here. Also, just a pro tip, if you need a new battery, they will install it for you and remove your old one for free.

O'Reilly's always handles everything that we go through with them very professionally, they work hard to get us our parts, and their delivery drivers go above and beyond to when it comes to making sure we have what we need for our customers vehicles! Everyone there deserves a raise! They're always very friendly and like I say they will always do their best to get the part we need! Thank you guys! Highly recommend this O'Reilly's!

t has been my lifelong auto parts store and I think it will be like that forever, very friendly and very qualified staff, it is the best, many times I don't even know what I need because I don't know much about mechanics and they help me and teach me They really are the best of the best

I’ve ordered parts in to this location twice. One time they missed the delivery date by multiple days and missed a same-day delivery that I waited in town for. Didn’t get a phone call any of the times/days they missed it. Gotta call every few hours and remind them or show up and waste gas/time looking for your parts. Had a Leander location do the same thing. ALL THREE TIMES I could have just driven to another location and got the parts myself but they promise it. They don’t carry the mid level and good parts anymore and always wanna play the delivery game to get the sale in their location. Don’t fall for it. Don’t be loyal to location nor company. O’Reilly’s whole system is broken.

I just want to let everyone know that Todd is a big help on finding out what was wrong with my wrecker and worked really hard to find the part that I needed. Even when I told him he was wrong and he still sold me the part. Went home and put it on and it fixed it. I WILL ALWAYS DO BUSINESS WITH TODD OR ANY OF THE ORIELLYS TEAM. 4/21/24- I had a terrible experience at the O'Reilly's in Liberty Hill. My car would not start two days ago. My neighbor came and gave my car a jump and I was able to get to O'Reilly's. Todd (the assistant manager) tested my battery and told me it was no good. Told me I needed to buy a battery. So I bought a battery from him and they offer this service for customers.. He had a terrible time getting the battery off and pounded and pounded on my terminals trying to attach it. After paying the $215.oo for the battery, and going home, the next morning it wouldn't start. I had to get neighbors to help me try to start the car. Nobody could get it started. I had to have it towed to my mechanic on Sunday and have it checked by my professional mechanic only to find out that the battery was not installed properly! When I called O'Reilly's to speak with Todd to try to make this right, He made excuses, was rude, and refused to help me. I told him this bill that I have to pay for them to discover HIS mistake, and to fix his mistake, should be on HIS shoulders. He argued with me, yelled at me, made a bunch of excuses and then tried to put it back on me. I told him I will be speaking with your manager. What has happened to customer service?!?!? He's the one that made the mistake. He's the one that put me through all of this stress to GET IT TOWED, pay More $$ and he refuses to resolve his mistake?? He refused to take any responsibility. This is Todd's problem. He represents O'Reilly's!! I got off the phone with Todd. I called my mechanic's manager again, I told her that Todd was going to be calling her because I guess he didn't believe what I the customer is telling him. I told him this is a matter of principal and integrity. He made the mistake and he should own it. I will not be doing business with this man again. I am very disappointed in this O'Reilly's. Todd is the assistant manager and this is the way he's treating a customer.

Changed out my wife’s car windshield wiper blades and the windshield wiper blades on my vehicle. Darrell and Ian were very helpful. I highly recommend this location.

Bad service over all. What's the point of offering to check what the issue is when your vehicle's engine light comes on, if they can't give you accurate reliable information? I was told the issue with my car was the TCM which caused me to panic because that is not a cheap fix. I went to a transmission specialist to get more in depth look at the issue. Turns out the issue was the battery and not the TCM. Now I'm out $150 and still need to buy a battery.

I wanna shout out associate Greg working Oct 27th at 7ish pm. He assisted me in locating a purchase. The entire time I’m in freak out mode and losing my mind. So glad my favorite auto parts store is in Liberty Hill, O'Reilly isn't over priced. They have a wonderful staff. A big shout out and thanks to APRIL who helped me answered all my questions.

3rd Auto Parts store to be put in less then 1/4 mile of each other. REALLY a dumb idea! They didn't have my bolts I needed, but they did take my oil for recycling.
