I was on my way through wichita falls headed to new mexico. The front wheel earing went out in my dodge. They went iut of their way to get me in and back on the road.
Best part was, they didnt take advantage of the situation. They charged a fair price for the job.

Took my vehicle here ,they quoted me $800 to replace the alternator, I agreed. When I went to pick it up a WEEK LATER, they charged me $200 for some "rewiring"(replaced a plug) -
a week and a half later, my car is doing the same thing I took it in for.
They fixed my jeep when Falls Town turned it down because it was to time consuming. Guess some places only want quick and easy jobs....but Alleys will fix you up right no matter how tough the job
Great people to work with, really professional. After talking to others shops about my trucks promblem they all wanted to swap the head. Alleys generator shop took the time to figure out i didn't have to swap heads and got my truck going in a timely manner. I recommend this shop to anyone. Great honest people that know what there doing.
had a pretty good experience with the shop. prices are a bit high on certain things. They are fair with their diagnostic charge. Took them a few days to pin point my issue BUT after they found out what was throwing my p0171 code. They called me and told me how much it would be to replace it. I ended up just paying for the diagnostic charge and air filter. I replaced the Fuel pump myself. Mr. Floyd is fair though!

Asked for one bearing replacement, and I have already bought the part....wanted to charge me with $325 just for replacing it.
Save your money and go somewhere else.
Alley's is an auto shop that knows what they are doing. They take pride in their work. I recently had vehicle in with them. They were able to get the big problem handled. They did have vehicle for few days as they were busy, comes with being good at their job. If you have the means to be without car or have a second one then definitely use them for your auto needs.
We love Alleys! They have done work for us numerous times for our chrysler and Silverado. They've always been caring, attentive, honest, reasonable and got us in and back out on road in a super reasonable amount of time. Thanks Alleys!
Very honest folks. Problems with a/c and all it needed was cleaning radiator and no charge. Highly recommend.
More recent visit, took obsolete boat strater in for repair, had ready to go on 1 day. You can't beat that good service.
