Carter towing rescued me when I was in dire need. He not only got us from point A to point B, he took us to points C and D and back to B again. He took great care in towing our car and was very knowledgeable about how to properly tow it. He taught us something new!!! I'd trust him to hitch up and tow my a kidney from the helicopter to the operating table if I ever needed one.
My parents were on the way to Houston and were stranded an 1:15 hr away in Wharton. Contacted Carter Enterprise from Houston and set my parents up to get towed back home. Kevin took good care of me ! He got there to pick up my truck within minutes of calling him ! He was friendly and professional ! He gave me some tips on how to get my truck going again ! Super helpful! We are from out of town and didn't know where to take our vehicle, Kevin called a shop he knew and got us in there right away. He got our van dropped off and then dropped us off at the hotel. Very thankful for his help.

Kevin Carter, owner of Carter’s towing was a pleasure to work with. He communicated clearly from the get go and arrived when he said he would. My car would not start and he suggested that he try to start it before towing. He got it started and explained why it had probably not started when I had tried to jump it. He then helped me determine next steps and called an hour later to make sure I had gotten to my destination to get a new battery. He was professional, kind, personable and helpful. I would highly recommend his services.

Like a dodo bird I got my car stuck in the mud , not watching where I was going on Christmas night 12-25-2024(last night) I searched a local tow truck and found Carter Enterprise,spoke with Mr. Kevin,very courteous and professional, he came out to my location very promptly, in less than 20 minutes. He pulled me out, saved the day and had me on the road in no time.

I broke down about seventeen miles outside of Wharton. Called Carter's. Able to start and drive to Wharton where I assumed it was the battery as I had been told my battery was weak. Carter's said not to worry about charges but that he would follow me to Autozone in Wharton to insure I arrived as planned. Turned out I needed a starter. Carter's Towing returned and delivered my vehicle to nearby garage. He was very reasonable and friendly. I was very fortunate to make contact with such a person to aid me during my recent needs. GB
You never plan on getting caught with a flat, while driving back to Houston from Corpus Christi..... but I guess I had pulled card today! Just as I was approaching Wharton...... BOOM, I ran over something I could not see, but could hear banging around on my vehicle. I pulled over to witness the last bit of air coming out of my back tire. New car, no spare.... it was just the luck.
I googled tow services to get me somewhere to get this tired fixed ASAP. I only made one call, and that was to Carter. He was there to get me within 20 minutes. From there, I decided on going to the Wharton Walmart. My driver got me there, in the pouring rain, and waited with me, to confirm they had a proper tire for my vehicle.
Talk about being efficient, courteous, and professional!!!!!! This was by far, the most pleasant experience I've ever had with a tow service in such a situation! Thank you again for your help today!
Kevin the owner was great. My car was stolen a few days again & Carter Enterprise Towing picked the vehicle up when the thieves were arrested. Kevin understood my situation, hooked me up with a good deal to retrieve my vehicle. He was also very informative and kept me updated.
