I cannot rate Robert and Patriot Towing & Roadside Assistance highly enough! I was heading back to Houston from a funeral in Dallas when I broke down about 15 miles north of Madisonville and needed a tow all the way to Spring. I called Robert and he picked up on the first ring. I'd been referred to him a while back by a friend he'd towed from Navasota to Spring, and now I know exactly why my friend spoke so highly of him.
Robert made the drive from Huntsville to get me, had me hooked up and ready to go in a flash, and we had a great conversation the whole way to Spring. Funny enough, he even used to live in my neighborhood. The service was fantastic, the pricing was really fair for the distance he covered, and you can tell he takes genuine pride in his company and the work they do.
I can't recommend Robert and Patriot Towing & Roadside Assistance enough. If you ever need a tow, don't hesitate — call him!!!

Was driving down to Houston from Dallas, and my tire suddenly blew out. So I started calling everyone around the area for help and came across Robert and he was happy to help and helped me replace my tire in less than 10 minutes. He wasted no time from the time he got there and was very attentive. He even tailed me for a bit to ensure nothing else happened. Great service definitely recommend if you are around the Madisonville and Huntsville area!
Traveling from Corsicana to Houston and my transmission went out driving on 45 in Huntsville. Stuck on the side of the road and Patriot Towing really got me out of a bind and was able to tow my car all the way back home to my mechanic.
He came very quick, gave me a nice quote considering the long haul and was very friendly/professional.

Driving from Austin to Spring and stopped off in Navasota. When I got back into my truck... nothing. I was stranded about 30 miles from home on a Sunday evening and someone suggested Patriot Towing in a place where I knew no one. Robert showed up in a short while and towed my truck all the way to my driveway in Spring. We had a flat tire on the side of 45 in new waverly/ Willis area. He was so quick to come and did not charge an arm and a leg. He was very honest with his pricing and very polite and quick. It was 40° outside and he pulled up already had the heated seat on for me. Great conversation. He has lived a full life!

Our car broke down on the shoulder of I-45 just outside Huntsville, and they showed up fast — much quicker than we expected. Communication was clear and reassuring the whole time, which made a stressful situation feel a lot more manageable.
Our driver was extremely friendly and genuinely went above and beyond. Not only did he get us safely off the highway, but he also took the time to run a diagnostic on our check engine light so we could understand exactly what was going on with our car. That level of care is rare.

I got a flat in the middle of nowhere. (This is Lena Sonnier btw) I had called roadside with my insurance and they had me on a 75 minute wait until arrival..
well, I didn’t have time for that and I didn’t feel that safe where I was for that long with my kids. I called Patriot and he was out there in about 30 minutes.
Worked fast. Super respectful. Price didn’t kill me either. Will recommend again and again when I inevitably have a flat tire again.

Last week, one of my company vehicles had run out of fuel on I 45 between Madisonville and Huntsville
Patriot, towing was called to assist
In the meantime, a good Samaritan with a toy hauler pulled over and was able to pump fuel directly into the vehicle to get them moving
When Patriot, Towing was notified that his services were no longer needed and an offer was made to pay him any cost for coming halfway.
The response was no …… I did not provide the service quick enough, so therefore there will be no charge.
In today’s world people that conduct business like this a few and far between
Patriot, towing is to be commended in their business practices, and I would recommend anyone who gets stuck on the road, in that part of the world to avail them of their services

Robert with patriot towing is a lifesaver! He answered the phone promptly and showed up within 15 to 20 minutes 2 consecutive days back to back to help me with towing, a battery jump, and some electrical issues. He’s extremely reliable and I recommend his services.
My truck broke down in the middle of the night, we called other towing services that’d didn’t bother to help us at that time until we contacted Robert.
