I wanted to give a huge shout out to Ray and Mark for their customer service, knowledge and pricing! The have helped me and my family with a few vehicles and it has been the best experience I have ever had with any shops around town. They communicate everything right away and they wont up charge you like some shops will do. For us this is the shop to go to if anything happens to our vehicles!

Honest and helpful. Those are the most important things for me when looking for a mechanic. I feel like I found that here. After I took my high mileage Mazda to another mechanic, they said I needed to replace my transmission for $3,500. I wasn’t about to do that unless I got a second opinion. I took to another shop affiliated with the previous shop, and they were going to charge me $109 just to degrease the transmission housing to diagnose. Someone recommended Denha-Rankin. I took it out to them, and. Ray and team took a look and found that the transmission fluid pan seal was leaking, even invited me out to the shop area to look under the car as it was on the lift. He showed me exactly where the problem was, for free. It did not require a transmission replacement, just a replacement of the seal. Because it was difficult to get to with a particular model, it was still gonna be a significant cost, which you quoted to me at $1800. This is way better than the previous place. I wasn’t ready to make that repair at the moment, but I was grateful for the improved quote. I stayed in touch with Ray, the owner-technician, and he told me he found a way to do what I needed for 20% of that. I took it to him this week, and they did the job taking care of the leak. It worked great. Highly recommend. It’s worth the drive to Jonestown for a mechanic you can trust.
I have looked all over trying to find a place to take my truck that I am comfortable with. I moved here two years ago, and once I found this place, I knew I could stop looking. These guys are honest and helpful. This is where I take all my vehicles. You should too!
This is a great shop with fair prices. So happy they opened in Jonestown just a few miles out of Lago Vista. My car stopped running and no one could figure out what the issue was. Took it to this shop and within a few days they diagnosed and repaired it, texting and calling as needed to keep me updated on the progress. They even picked me up from home when it was ready so I didn’t need to arrange a ride back to the shop. This is the second time I have had work done with them and won’t hesitate to go back in the future. My car now runs as well as when I first purchased it. Thanks guys!!

My son took his Sonata to Ray as the engine was misc-firing, Ray inspected the car and tested everything, it only needed a tune up but also needed Brakes all done in a matter of hours in a Holiday weekend and fair price .
Ray fixed an issue with my F-150 a couple months ago. It was an intermittent issue with it not starting. He was the 3rd person/shop to look at it. I was very impressed with his detail and diligence in the diagnostic process. The prior shop had told me they were sure they had found and fixed the root cause, but I still had the exact same issue. It has now been a couple months, and my truck has started every time since Ray fixed it.
Additionally, Ray quoted an oil leak fix for about $700 vs. $1,100 by the other shop. I had him do that too, and after 2 months, I am still not leaking oil on my driveway.
Ray is by far the most skilled technician I know and he repaired my Mercedes Benz in less than a week. He properly diagnosed my car and told me what was actually wrong with my car unlike what the Mercedes Benz dealer quoted me. It’s hard to find a honest mechanic and ray is one of them. I highly recommend ray to anyone if they need work done to their car.

Best experience I’ve had with an automotive repair shop. Pricing was better, turnaround time was better, communication was good consistent and clear. Best of all, there were no surprises. Really all of it was grest. He even checked in with me a few days after my repair just to see how everything was going.
