Not from the area and daughter was traveling for the weekend. She broke down on 35 and her car needed to be towed to a mechanical shop. Called Stars Towing and they were super understand and helpful. If I could give zero stars I would. Vehicle didn’t need towed, tried to charge for full tow anyway. Threatened to call the cops if I didn’t pay him for the full tow. Not mention it was warranty so anything under 100 should be charged to me not them. Scam artists and thieves
Called roadside for my flat and Sam showed up in about 20 min. I was shocked. Super friendly and efficient. Knew exactly what dealership to go to and how to drop it off overnight. Highly recommend and thank you for your help!
Extremely rude drivers all of them. Not one driver shows respect for women. Do not do business with these men. They will scream and yell at women not professional. I tell everyone I know about how horrible this company is and to not use them. If you are a woman STAY AWAY they will not respect you.

I cannot say enough about how incredible my experience was with Mohammed at Stars Towing! My car suddenly lost power due to a dead battery and a broken serpentine belt, and I was stranded. I called Mohammed, and to my surprise, he was there in under 15 minutes—faster than I could have imagined.
Not only did he tow my car right away, but he also took the time to look at what was wrong. He was completely honest about the issue and didn’t try to upsell or mislead me like some towing companies do. Instead, he genuinely cared about my safety and well-being. He even referred me to a mechanic right next door to his company, and thanks to that referral, my car was fixed the same day and now runs like brand new. My car was handled with so much care and determination to get it fixed as if it was his own car.

I am giving this towing company five stars because of the excellent Customer Service given by Miguel. He was the driver that called me to inform me that he was on his way to pick up my car. I had an accident and my insurance company contacted Stars Towing for me. As it was around 7pm the collision company was closed so Miguel called me again to let me know that my car would have to be taken to his company's lot. They did not want to leave my car outside of collision company's building because they did not want it stolen. Now that is looking after their customers. My car was taken to the collision company the next day, but they couldn't find my keys so Miguel drove to the collision company's office to take them my keys. Excellent Customer Service Stars Towing. Thank you for ensuring my car would be safe and going that extra mile to take my car keys the auto repair place.
Extremely disrespectful and was yelling at front office staff. Screamed at the receptionist that she should show respect and he doesn’t show any himself. The last two years of our business using tow trucks, stars is the absolute worst. Not one driver has “given a damn”.

MOHAMMED, AT STARTS TOWING COMPANY!!!!!!
I got into an accident and literally called about six or seven different wreckers with no answer or told I would have to wait too long. Not only did Muhammad rush to where I was to pick my vehicle up, but he followed up with me throughout the process while I was waiting to get my estimate from the adjuster so that he could pick the vehicle back up for me to take it to caliber collision for them to start making repairs. I called him Tuesday night to let him know that he could pick up the car Wednesday morning to take it to caliber collision and by the time I woke up at 8 AM Wednesday morning, he had already called and coordinated with my adjuster making all the arrangements for me to pick up my vehicle. He took pictures of him picking my vehicle up as well as pictures of him, dropping it off at the collision center. It is unfortunate that I was is an accident, but stars towing made this the most peaceful and easy process that I’ve ever had with any towing company. I’m sorry I can only give you five stars but believe me if it was up to me I would give this company 10 stars!!! Thank you for the best towing experience I’ve ever had!!!

Mohammed and his Co-worker took good care of the motorcycle they had collected and were cooperative to get it back. They made time to meet on a Saturday, were very professional, assisted with getting the bike loaded into my truck, and the pricing seemed reasonable. I would do business with them again, for sure.

I had to reschedule my tow multiple times, and each time, Mohammed was quick to answer my call without hesitation or frustration. One night, I reached out around 10 p.m. needing to reschedule again, and despite the late hour, his company arranged for service the next morning at 8 a.m.
The driver arrived promptly, and within 10 minutes, without even needing the key, had my vehicle securely loaded. Another 10 minutes later, my car was at the dealership, ready for repairs. It was one of the most efficient, stress-free experiences I’ve ever had with any automotive service.

After being in a car accident Stars Towing was the ones who moved my car to their yard. After calling Mohammed he helped explain how the insurance company would be the ones who be moving my car for their inspection saving me time and money when i had wanted the car brought home. He was very helpful with when i need to empty my car of personal belongings.
My husband was involve in an accident and it was a long stressful weekend to find out vehicle but luckily we found it and I’m glad it landed here. The owner here is amazing and super helpful when it comes to help work with you and your schedule to either see your vehicle and get it release or help you get your belongings out. Mohammed was super helpful and has great customer service. It was such an unfortunate situation for my family but he in a way help things run smoother. Mohammed worked with us to help us remove our items from our vehicle and work with our schedule which was so helpful due to the fact that a lot of towing companies close early and you are stuck having to wait another day and pay more money. Once i explained the current situation with my husband and the accident he was so understanding and compassionate. Mohammed Ali, goes by Ali, was so great to work with. He was so patient and knowledgeable about towing my Tesla. He even offered to give me a ride to the destination, I would’ve taken him up on that but I had already had an uber coming. My family and I had the pleasure of working with Muhammad yesterday at Stars Towing and had a very positive experience in an unfortunate situation! We had a mustang that got towed here and Muhammad helped answer all of our questions, explained the breakdown of the invoice and provided education to us on many things. We also needed to get a key made so we reached out to a company who apparently gave us an extremely high quote. Muhammad provided assistance and reached out to a company he works closely with, and they came out to make us two keys (which was still less than the cost of one key with the company we initially called). During this process of getting the key made, we realized the car also needed gas so we had to make a trip to the store. Muhammad provided us so much assistance, all while technically they were closed. Muhammad also connected us with the mechanic next door to get our mustang checked out. We ended up needing a certain part so Muhammad helped us even further by directing us to O’Reilly, and we received a discount on the part! Muhammad remained professional, communicative, readily available and personable the entire time; you can tell he has a passion for customer service. I recently had the opportunity to utilize "Stars Towing" services, and, truth be told, it was simply great. Starting from the call, I was impressed by how professional and efficient they were. The dispatcher was very polite, clearly outlining his estimated time of arrival and what his cost would be, which, by the way, turned out quite affordable.
Most of this great experience is due to Muhammad. His service was really excellent, and it did make a lot of difference for this company. He was friendly, reassuring, and took great care that my car would be towed without problems. An undocumented drunk driver ran a red light at high-speed, crashing in and totaling our car. This happened at three in the morning and my family member came close to dying, somebody from Stars came and gave me their card and said we will take care of your car.
The next morning, I called up and spoke to Star towing. When I explain what happened, they had time to listen to my story and the near death experience and the pain that we went through.
Several times I went to the yard just to look at my car, they always gave me the time to do this. I was never once ridiculed and I was always respected. I’d like to say that my car is a difficult car because it is an electric car with a very large battery which must be recycled.
Through all the losses and pain that I went through, I’m so happy to know that they can take care of the battery in my vehicle, ensuring it goes through the proper recycling process.
On my last visit to Stars, to sign over my title to them I brought them a thank you gift. Because my car was unique, my expenses were forgiven. I don’t know if this can be done for every single person who goes through this difficult situation, but I will say that I’ve made a friend. A friend in an unexpected place.
I will say, that the guys at Stars towing are mostly immigrants to the USA, they are given my support, because they work so hard, they provide solid structure to our society where we need it. They do a job no one else really wants to do.
I’m grateful for them.
