I have a Tesla broke down on the middle of the road. They are so quick to response to pick up my vehicle with no issue . The professional driver handle it on the smoothly way . For sure I give to you guys five stars and I recommended to use these people, they are very honest.
They sold my truck after they towed it to their yard. They say they sold it because the insurance company didn't pay the bill. The vehicle was not drivable and was there for a little over a month. Salvage value on the truck was about $10k and they said they sold it for the roughly $1k that was owed. I spent the last 2 weeks calling them and trying to figure out where the truck is. They stole at least $9,000 from me, not to mention my truck is gone. DO NOT USE Stars. Their employee sayed they followed the law, we will see. But now my truck is gone and they are keeping the money they made. So you decide. Are they crooks?

My vehicle was towed Nov,23rd at 12am. I called to get it out same day at 9am. These people charged me $606.66 and my car wasn't even in his compound over 24hrs. I told him I didn't have $606.66 and he says the lowest he can go is $560.00 but I would have to complete within an hour because price goes up. This should be illegal. I can see if my car was impounded over 72hrs hell even 24hrs. The only thing good that came outta this was they towed it back to me, there was damage to the passenger tire. I would not recommend them. At all.
Got in an accident last week, and Stars Towing showed up quickly to haul away my totaled car. I spoke with Mohammed about selling it for scrap, and he offered me a top price. His excellent service, fair offer, and quick response made a really difficult situation much easier. Highly recommend!
I normally don’t leave reviews, but Loai and Star Towing really earned one. I ran out of battery in my Tesla in a pretty rural area, and if you’ve dealt with that before, you know Tesla sends your request out to local towing companies through the app. I expected the whole process to take forever and be frustrating, but Loai showed up in about 30 minutes, charged me less than what Tesla estimated for my situation, and was genuinely friendly and professional.
He made a stressful situation way easier and got my car loaded up and on the road quickly. Overall, I had a great experience with Star Towing and especially wanted to give a big shout-out to Loai.

I am giving this towing company five stars because of the excellent Customer Service given by Miguel. He was the driver that called me to inform me that he was on his way to pick up my car. I had an accident and my insurance company contacted Stars Towing for me. As it was around 7pm the collision company was closed so Miguel called me again to let me know that my car would have to be taken to his company's lot. They did not want to leave my car outside of collision company's building because they did not want it stolen. Now that is looking after their customers. My car was taken to the collision company the next day, but they couldn't find my keys so Miguel drove to the collision company's office to take them my keys. Excellent Customer Service Stars Towing. Thank you for ensuring my car would be safe and going that extra mile to take my car keys the auto repair place.
I got into an accident and literally called about six or seven different wreckers with no answer or told I would have to wait too long. Not only did Muhammad rush to where I was to pick my vehicle up, but he followed up with me throughout the process while I was waiting to get my estimate from the adjuster so that he could pick the vehicle back up for me to take it to caliber collision for them to start making repairs. I called him Tuesday night to let him know that he could pick up the car Wednesday morning to take it to caliber collision and by the time I woke up at 8 AM Wednesday morning, he had already called and coordinated with my adjuster making all the arrangements for me to pick up my vehicle. He took pictures of him picking my vehicle up as well as pictures of him, dropping it off at the collision center. It is unfortunate that I was is an accident, but stars towing made this the most peaceful and easy process that I’ve ever had with any towing company. I’m sorry I can only give you five stars but believe me if it was up to me I would give this company 10 stars!!! Thank you for the best towing experience I’ve ever had!!!

Mohammed Ali, goes by Ali, was so great to work with. He was so patient and knowledgeable about towing my Tesla. He even offered to give me a ride to the destination, I would’ve taken him up on that but I had already had an uber coming. I have to admit, I typically think tow truck drivers are scummy people, but my experience with Ali completely changed my perception. Thanks again stars! Yall rock! ⭐ ⭐ (five stars)
My family and I had the pleasure of working with Muhammad yesterday at Stars Towing and had a very positive experience in an unfortunate situation! We had a mustang that got towed here and Muhammad helped answer all of our questions, explained the breakdown of the invoice and provided education to us on many things. We also needed to get a key made so we reached out to a company who apparently gave us an extremely high quote. Muhammad provided assistance and reached out to a company he works closely with, and they came out to make us two keys (which was still less than the cost of one key with the company we initially called). During this process of getting the key made, we realized the car also needed gas so we had to make a trip to the store. Muhammad provided us so much assistance, all while technically they were closed. Muhammad also connected us with the mechanic next door to get our mustang checked out. We ended up needing a certain part so Muhammad helped us even further by directing us to O’Reilly, and we received a discount on the part! Muhammad remained professional, communicative, readily available and personable the entire time; you can tell he has a passion for customer service. I recently had the opportunity to utilize "Stars Towing" services, and, truth be told, it was simply great. Starting from the call, I was impressed by how professional and efficient they were. The dispatcher was very polite, clearly outlining his estimated time of arrival and what his cost would be, which, by the way, turned out quite affordable. Most of this great experience is due to Muhammad. His service was really excellent, and it did make a lot of difference for this company. He arrived very promptly, was very helpful, and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. He hooked up my vehicle quickly and safely. He was friendly, reassuring, and took great care that my car would be towed without problems. The level of dedication to serving with excellence and the attitude Muhammad displayed made what was going to be a really stressful moment into something much more palatable. You can definitely tell that he has immense pride in what he does and a passion for helping people.
I gave Stars towing a gift. A gift of thanks. I’d like to tell my story. An undocumented drunk driver ran a red light at high-speed, crashing in and totaling our car. This happened at three in the morning and my family member came close to dying, somebody from Stars came and gave me their card and said we will take care of your car. The next morning, I called up and spoke to Star towing. When I explain what happened, they had time to listen to my story and the near death experience and the pain that we went through. Several times I went to the yard just to look at my car, they always gave me the time to do this. I was never once ridiculed and I was always respected. I’d like to say that my car is a difficult car because it is an electric car with a very large battery which must be recycled. Through all the losses and pain that I went through, I’m so happy to know that they can take care of the battery in my vehicle, ensuring it goes through the proper recycling process. On my last visit to Stars, to sign over my title to them I brought them a thank you gift. Because my car was unique, my expenses were forgiven. I don’t know if this can be done for every single person who goes through this difficult situation, but I will say that I’ve made a friend. A friend in an unexpected place. I will say, that the guys at Stars towing are mostly immigrants to the USA, they are given my support, because they work so hard, they provide solid structure to our society where we need it. They do a job no one else really wants to do. I’m grateful for them. Grateful for hard-working immigrants to this country. I’ve made a friend for life.
