Worst customer services ever. I have a property they tow from and when I emailed then called about the ongoing situation that doesn't allow me to park in handicap. They told me to take it up with the apartments in the middle of the night which is why the apartment hired them. So the tow company doesn't help the tenants if it doesn't benefit them nor on their time and the right color apparently. I can't move any sooner so I don't have to deal with this so call tow/wrecker company.
My car got towed from these guys and while it was at their lot, someone from the facility broke into my car and stole two of my expensive sunglasses that were also not in any of view, if you looked into the car. Didn’t touch anything else but rummage through my center consul. This was an inside job definitely not just a random car break in. I emailed customer service with no reply and even went to talk to someone there a the girl in the building got really nervous when I mentioned the specific brand of sunglasses missing and refused to talk to me and just told me to email customer service.
Illegally towed by A&A. Could not get "appointment" for 3 hours to pick up car. Nobody there when showed up for appointment. Waited 45 minutes and finally stopped one of the drivers hauling in more cars and stood in front of his truck until he called someone. Another driver came and threatened me saying I would not get my car back now and he was calling the police.
