Coming back from the hospital and parking in visitor parking, I moved indoors to register my car with wifi as signal in the lot is poor. Through A&A's diligent surveillance, my car was towed in less than 10 minutes, across town back to where I had come from, saving me the drive home! The kind clerk ignored me for 30 minutes in 36 degree weather, which I understand as I am Dalit, and Vaisyas should not dirty their hands. I am ashamed of my racial inferiority. This taught me dharma and I hope I am reborn into a nematode. They then patiently used 1.5 hrs after to diligently fill out two lines of paperwork. I will never again park legally within Austin city limits.
I would give no stars if it allows me to. We payed for parking until 12:06am and they towed our car at 11:57 pm. We called your number and the girl who answered refused to help us in anyway and hung up on us several times when we continuously asked to speak to management. When we tried to call back your employee screened our calls continuously. We had to call from a different number in order to get her to answer. She proceeded to hang up on us again. We called 311( non emergency version of 911) and filed a report with them, explained to the lovely lady at 311 what happened. She was so appalled with the situation and how your company and employee handled it she called herself and your employee even refused to assist an emergency dispatch worker and provided no information. We have submitted the proof of the time we paid for, the end time of our paid parking, and the time your drivers towed our car. We have submitted a police report and plan to take full action against your company for essentially stealing our vehicle by wrongfully towing our car. Because of your drivers blatant disregard for policy and lack of basic understanding of how paid parking works, as well as your awful customer service representative being unwilling to help and displaying continuous disrespect, we had to Uber to work. We will be seeking reimbursement along with taking other action against your company.
It's very sad to see how a company can get away with abusing the system and creating such an unwelcome environment. My car got towed from my apartment complex under the misunderstanding of the complex and the company themselves. Which towing company still forced me to pay. Scammers at its best. They had a wire hanging out of the bottom of the car and had no help when calling the number and kept getting told to email customer service. They created a huge safety hazard to where it could affect in a severe car accident and all they said is to email and still had the audacity to mention how it'll take 5 business day to respond. Very unprofessional and pretty disgusting how they take advantage of people.
