What clients say about All American Recycling in Austin (TX)
I've been using All American for years and never been this unhappy with their service. I looked on their website and it says they take electronic but when I brought my tvs and computer to then, they refuse to take then said to take them apart and bring them the electronic board that's all they want. So I took them apart and brought them back the boards and they smiled at me and laugh as I left there with $3. This company is starting to become an scam. I'm taking my business some where else
They will do you dirty. Never again. Their employers incorrectly itemized my all 100% aluminum desk completely ripping me off calling it stainless steel after i had told him its aluminum as soon as they weighed it they took off with it and my heavy a** iron plates that weighed more than what their scale indicated. Only with one item left, did they decide to "recalibrate" their scale because it was weighing in the negative numbers. Fishy much? I reached out to them to try and correct this issue, gave them a couple days to respond and still haven't received a word. As you can see in my photos ive uploaded it is the extact material used for my desk - Kaiser Aluminum - look it up. Scandalous.
All American is great place for your metal recycle needs in the Austin/Del Valle area. Kenneth, Joey, Don, Austin, and all the staff that work there are always professional and willing to help you out the best they can. Multiple times they helped me save money by giving advice on how to clean the metal better. Lots of high praise for these guys and highly recommend taking your business here!
