Absolutely impressed with tow driver that picked up call. I'm from Michigan and my husband has towing service. My rental car got a flat and rental service said we are closing at 10 oclock. It was 5 minutes until 10 and tow driver helped to respond so I would not have a wasted expensive weekend. He picked up new rental in Abilene delivered to Brownwood picked up flat tire car within timely manner. He helped logistically pick vehicle up, polite and very understanding of this situation. If he was in Michigan we'd hire him on the spot . Great job. I made it to Austin safely because of B and S taking the call from Urgently/National Roadside Assistance. Gracias! Thank you
We were stranded, and were sent a tow man to help us. His name was Kory and his customer service was EXCEPTIONAL. It was very late at night, his clothes were dirty from working all day, and yet his kindness was something otherworldly! This was also the most affordable tow price we could find in Abilene. 10/10 would recommend!!
