I went in for an inspection. They were very busy and let me know the wait time. I had other business across the street, and as soon as I finished, my truck was parked in front of the shop ready to go. They apologized for the wait, but there was no reason. Very hospitable group!

I have been using Guaranteed for almost 20 years. Even through the change of owners, everything has remained reliable and reasonable. The staff is very kind and always answer questions and keep you updated. I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone!

They do a great job. Been going there for quite a few years. Friendly, knowledgeable and fair prices. I have an order truck and they go the extra mile to find the right parts.

First time in this car repair shop and brought my own oil. They got it done in a reasonable amount of time. When I was picking up my car, I had some questions and they were able to answer it. Also, how they responded sounds very honest and it shows that they are passionate with what they are doing despite it being their job. Will be my go-to place for now on.

Very nice attendant. My car was in and out within about 30 minutes even though several customers were ahead of me.

Went unti the shop for brakes! Ended up being lots less than quoted and supremely faster than promised. Great service, and wonderful folks!

Only because this company and like 4 others are all sharing a story of a young man detailing cars to help his mom....cant even message anyone sharing the stories. If there is a James, have him call me for a private job and ill drop the review.

Their service for a state inspection was quick and easy! The employees were friendly and respectful. I would use their services again and would recommend!

I went in for an oil change today and there was only one other person there waiting. I sat there 30-45 min watching people come and go. When I inquired why the wait was so long I was told “we had a few inspections, and they only take 10 min.” That is a 30 min wait just waiting on the 3 people they let go ahead of me. That is unacceptable! I will not be back, after going there over 15 years, today was my last day.

Levi was awesome he was very knowledgeable and had a great attitude ! It’s so hard to find good customer service so it was definitely a refreshing experience! Was able to have me in and out the same day!

I was referred to Guaranteed Auto Express which is good news for any business. Word of mouth is the best endorsement you can get. Guaranteed delivered with flying colors. What I came away with is that they listened to me explain what the problem was and took into account the work I had done. That may not apply to everyone needing service work done on their car but I had just replaced my alternator and did not want to buy a second new one. They fixed the underlying issue in a timely manner and the cost was very reasonable. 5 stars and a repeat customer.

I’ve been coming here since I moved to WhiteSettlement. A Ma and Pa type shop. One that make you feel at home. Like they will treat you like so. Got bought out and the new ownership has kept that spirit!!! So I will continue to go there for as long as live in the area. Thanks for helping me keep my car in tip top shape!!!

I am new to the fort worth area and called around to get the best price for a synthetic oil change and after calling 5 different places Guaranteed auto had the best price!! The customer service from Levi at the front desk was professional and the service oil change it self was quick!! This will be my go to for my future oil changes

People there get treated with respect, honesty and friendliness they do there job right and get you out fast. I've been going to them for maye more than 10 yrs they are great.

Have had many visits for routine maintenance, all well done at reasonable prices. Usually very accommodating to my schedule and minimal wait times.

Person in the front office sorry I don’t know his name, but he was really good about explaining stuff. Send me a picture of what I need to have done and they were all very respectful.

Great place to go. As a woman I don’t always know what I’m talking about when I went in the guy was great. He listened to me and guided me on what I needed to do for my vehicle thank you greatly appreciate it.

I had a water pump issue on my 2004 suburban I received same day service excellent customer service and everything was explained in full detail I have used auto express for many years I highly recommend them they go above and beyond and their work is top notch

I've lived in White Settlement for a few years and this place has always been legit! Great prices and the techs are top notch with thier skills and friendly personalities. But most importantly..they won't try and sell you any services you don't need! Honestly is always the best policy and they are! I'd give 10 stars if I could.
