AAA made me wait for more than 2 1/2 hours with no tow truck coming my way. I googled and I found Good Samaritan Towing Company, I called & Javon answered immediately he said he can be there in less than 10 minutes. And he did! He’s very kind friendly and knowledgeable. His price was very reasonable. I would totally recommend for any towing services Thank you Javon!

We’ve worked with tow companies before and it’s usually been unpleasant, but Good Samaritan went above and beyond and completely exceeded our expectations.

Ok folks, upon first impression this blew me away right from the start, he was incredibly responsive and courteous as could be. What a great start… and obviously I called around 2 to 3 places to check pricing as anybody should do and this guy‘s prices beat the rest by a nice margin. And I had a rather difficult tow as my vehicle was located in my backyard. he offered a winch service as well that could pull it to the street for a minimal fee, so apparently this gentleman can help you in a pinch no matter how stuck you are. His equipment and rig looked very well kept and in great condition, he was extremely professional, polite and genuinely a nice guy. I dont know him from Adam and I didn’t get paid for this review ha ha but when someone just blows you away with their services i feel obligated to let my fam/friends know about someone trustworthy. Point blank and period.

I don't like writing reviews online unless they're based on a real event or an actual personal experience, and this is the right time to do it. It was indeed an exceptional service, great response and the kind gentleman did arrived on time to my location! What I did was simple, Just Open internet browser, google page and search for any roadside assistance closer to my location. After I found their page, decided to call them based on other reviews and they answered after 2-rings, & It took around (10 minutes literally), to get there. Amazing! The service was outstanding in time and speed (to answer, arrive and solve the issue unlock the car). The gentleman who arrived was friendly and smiling in a way that gives me relief and comfort, he told me it'll take a few minutes with firm assurance and that was all it took! I had a critical car lockout after my work shift. Highly recommended to everyone! Many to that fine gentleman and Thank you!

Called for a tow last Saturday, Jevon responded immediately and was loading my truck up within the hour. Did not know my battery was dead, he had a jump box ready to keep the job moving. Reasonably priced and had me fixed up quick, highly recommend!!

Outstanding service! I called roadside assistance for a flat tire but they sent the wrong type of towing truck. Instead of just moving on to his next call, Javon offered to take the tire off, drive to discount tire, front the money for the tire, and then replace it on site. Absolutely above and beyond! Will use him every time I need a tire change if I can!
