Very friendly. They gave me access to my totaled truck twice. Everything in the truck was untouched. Tow truck driver was nice to my dog and made a leash for me, which cost him money, very nice
My vehicle was parked in front of my house, not in any no towing area. Because it wasnt registered the police had it towed which again is unlawful , and didnt give me any notification to whatever I only knew because of where I live or I wouldnt even knew how or what to get my vehicle,because me as a woman living being Im not required to register my vehicles I dont have to, but they force it and had my vehicle towed, but the towing company wanted to charge me over $900 to get it out and I couldnt afford that and then again without notifying me or without my knowledge the company went ahead and just auctioned my vehicle so I called them and Im like OK so how much now is it to get the vehicle out?
They informed me they auctioned it at this point. Im already highly upset. Well I get online and I look up the auction and they auction my vehicle for $425. That is the saddest thing that I have ever seen in my life unlawfully towed my vehicle wanted to charge me an arm and a leg over $900 but then auctioned it for $425.
Thats terrible. I would never call them for help ever because clearly theyre not out to help the people. any company that would do that to a person they are not good people or a good company.
A good company wouldve worked with me to help me get my car back or notified me at least so I couldve been to the auction. Thats a bad company if I could give them no stars I would.
Very nice people to deal with a gentleman named John met me to give me my wallet and other really important things out of the vehicle on his day off went out of his way to do so very nice people very easy to get along with thank goodness for that I would have gave more than five stars if it was possible thank God for people in the world like this
The driver of this truck tailgated my vehicle on a busy divided highway and passed me in an intersection by driving in the left turn lane and over the curb in the highway center. Impatience over a vehicle traveling with the speed and flow of traffic is no reason to jeopardize the safety of other vehicles.
RUDE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS. Called to get a quote to drop my car off at the dealership. When I spoke to someone they gave me the quote and when I asked an eta he told me "shouldn't take too long". Red flag #1. Took about 45 mins no biggie. Driver arrived and started loading my car, let him know where I needed it to go. Decided to start recording when the driver loaded my car and didn't take the parking break off and skid my car onto the truck first. Red flag #2. After it was dropped off at the dealership, I got a phone call from the dealership asking if I was aware ALL of my windows were down and if I'd like to come check my car to make sure nothing was stolen. He also recommended I call the tow service just to make sure they didn't roll them down for a specific reason. So I called the tow service and just asked if the driver had rolled them down, immediately the female i spoke to got defensive, very loud and aggressive, stating legally drivers weren't allowed to do so and would never do so. I simply asked. I also let her know I had VIDEO of her driver loading my car with the windows up and I was confused as to how they would be down by the time it arrived at the dealership. She said "maybe they did went down by themselves" well now you sound dumb AND rude.
This wrecker service took a car even though the owner showed up before he had hooked it up. Under Texas law you have rights as the owner of the car. If you return before it’s ready to tow you can keep your car without showing proof of ownership at no charge. They STOLE the car.
ALTHOUGH the owner of a vehicle made it to the tow truck driver before hooking up the car, he refused to let her have it without proof of ownership. The Texas Dept of Licensing and Regulation states
proof is not needed at this stage of the tow . If it is hooked up, $135 must be paid but again no proof of ownership at this stage.
Well I hope I can get my belonging out of my Totaled car before Ins get it . Ins Company already called said they were going to get it out of there. It just happened last night.. I get out of hospital today thinking I can get my work stuff out most wrecker services late hours open not this place.
I work from 9 to 6 I'm screwed getting my purse an work papers I need for tomorrow. They close at 4"30 . I need my purse please Tina with blue Lexus nxt200 rollerover call me
Horrible service , can’t even get anyone to answer the phone. I had a wreck on the the interstate and this is towing company that came out. The number is always busy , I can’t even get in touch with one to arrange to get my car picked up from their location! Avoid this place !
Absolutely trash service and people. Supposedly helpful and kind. But arrogant and haughty and a complete lack of respect or common decency. Would not help until the police chief chose to get involved. Would not use again.
Under very bad circumstances from my part, H & R took great care with towing and storage of my vehicle under I was able to pick it up again. I would highly recommend them for their towing services.
The gentlemen who helped me at H&R wrecker service were very kind and compassionate. My car got towed there after I got into my first car accident. They were very nice, offered up advice, and let me get into my car multiple times.
The best experience I’ve had at a tow yard ever. If you’re going to get towed, cross your fingers it’s by these guys because they’re the best.
The guy that work at H&R wrecking service is friendly and helpful. We were coming in just as he was closing due to the bad weather coming in and he helped us out anyway. It took less than 15 minutes and we were done. Thank you H&R keep doing a good job.
I kind of gave the tow guy a hard time… I’ve never been in an major accident before nor am I from this state. There was a lot of miscommunication and misunderstanding there.
That being said, when I was able to finally understand the situation and got my car out. All was good thanks to these guys. They were super patient in the office with me, which was extremely helpful for my situation.
Called 3 hours in advance for a tow. I'm little over a mile from them and maybe a mile to the shop I needed my car towed to. Had an 11:00 appt. They got to my house at 11 and had an issue with their truck. Late fir appt and charged me 100.00. Little high I thought ..but yall asked

you know I've dealt with more then plenty from both aspects I've purchased vehicles from them and had a family friends vehicle impounded by them. of course naturally a good business can not become greater if their customer skills are not in the mindset of customers at least deserve the understanding with at least a smile . if i'd were Michael Douglas in his famous movie the rude gentleman whom answers their phones is needless to say rude and behaves rudely .as far as the female that answers and attends customers I do believe Michelle she is always sweet and friendly . point is I give them a 1 for the ricks working there but a secret 5 for the lady's effort to handle things at a proper business ethics manner.
At first he said he work with me to get fees paid on truck so I can get it out & he would stop charging the daily rate so I go get title loan on my other car & come with cash he said I needed to get truck out the next day had not even been 24 hours yet & had $880 he told me the night before. Now he said he changed his mind he didn’t know it was such a nice truck & he wants to keep it so wants me to lose car so that he gets to keep it & tells me I now need $1,006 & price will continue to go up daily & if I don’t have in 25 days he gets to keep it!! I am astonished at how unprofessional greedy selfish & rude these man is! He doesn’t try to hide that he is ripping u off bc it’s not illegal I’ll give him that much but wow I will be contact better business bureau as well.
This is the WORST customer service my mom and i have ever received. My mom called to ask a question, she asked politely if anyone spoke Spanish. The man on the phone said this " WE ARE IN TEXAS LEARN HOW TO SPEAK ENGLISH OR GET OUT". Sorry excuse of men you have working for this company.
Totally unprofessional. White trash running the office. Took vehicle from accident site without customer being able to retrieve personal belongings. Got hung up on twice and told to stop being so excited, or he wouldn’t help.... which he didn’t. Terrible customer service, uneducated, WHITE TRASH. Pull it yourself if you can...
Unprofessional services to say the least. As a witness to an H&R Tow Truck (#11 on the side) whose driver damaged two vehicles in the process of towing them, I am shocked that they are allowed to be in service with such reckless actions. You are licensed to do your job, so tow whoever you want but dont knock over someones vehicle and drag it up your p.o.s tow truck and not expect the public to find out. Do better. Your public image is embarrassing and thay driver should be fired and have his license revoked. Tow truck drivers are pretty low on the scale, but these guys take the cake on bringing a bad name to towing services.
By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced! Trying to retrieve our stuff from our totaled vehicle, as if the wreck wasn't bad enough. Now they don't wanna come let us in because it's the weekend (after they said to just call, and we will let you in), and blah blah blah. We drove from 2 hours away, just to be filed with whinning and bs excuses.
First... this is the career you chose, so deal with it or get out!

I will never go to another mechanic besides H and R. Not only do they have amazing customer service, but they have always taken great care of my car. They have never over charged me for anything. I've been using them for almost 10 years and I cant think of one bad experience.
