I’ve had experiences with towing companies more times I’d like to admit. My car was recently stolen and FWPD had it towed to this location. I was able to arrive at 9 PM and they walked outside with myself and my ex, and tried to even help start the car and give information about it. Definitely the kindest people I’ve worked with, office building itself was very clean and nice, they even offered me a better towing rate than my own insurance provided me. I ended up having to go back the next day and one of the gentlemen remembered me, everyone was very kind and helpful. Five star for sure, definitely the best experience I’ve had regardless of the situation.
My husband's car was towed by the police and this place made a bad situation a little easier. Their staff is fantastic!! The place it self was very neat and clean not at all what I expected. The pickup process was fast and easy. And his car was well taken care of.
Andrew has great customer service and is an amazing person to speak with and the tow truck guys are so comforting and amazing!! They help us out at our Domestic Violence Non profit Wings of a Butterfly. We feel so safe and secure with them having our backs and protecting our buildings and our clients!
