Never I’m gonna dealing with him again for three days every day he say your part is ready. I drive 35 minute to get my part and say . Is it broken? I’m gonna look for another one and he keep doing that again for two time
I called them in advance for a part. They told me they had it I said ok great iam on the way to go purchase it. I drove an hour or so to pick up the part.they tell me they have it but they won’t have anyone take it off because they are about to close it was 3:45 when I arrived they close at 5pm what a waste of time and rude people if u don’t want to sell it don’t post it and make people waste their time trying to do business with you! Don’t recommend them at all! Go anywhere else but here also if you want to sell just on eBay then say so and quit posting all over social media that you have parts that you won’t sell to regular walk in customers.
Tonye was super helpful. He help me sort out a difficulty I had with finding a part for a Kia forte. He made it super easy for me and explained it to me. I highly recommend ordereing parts from all imports. And ask for tonye. He’s definitely knowledgeable on all parts and can help you through any questions you have. 5 star review!
I called them in advance for a part. I am 1 hour 45 minutes away and they even had the part listed on car-parts.com. they said they still had it and they told me it would be an hour to an hour and a 1/2, so I got there when the time would be up and then the people in the office had an attitude and said it takes 3 to 4 hours. And I had explained how I had spoken to Tim and he had given me a certain time. And then I wait there and wait only for them to tell me that, oh, by the way, we do not still have the part so they had sold it prior to today And never took it off their inventory, and never took it off of Carparts.com. I would recommend that no one ever deal with this business Because they're like, bait and switch, that they bait you in and then you find out if they have it or they'll give you something else.

Not sure where any reviews of people talking about good pricing and or good customer service. I called about a part. Called around found it new for the same and a little cheaper. Called back to see if I could get a little better deal and was told a higher price and the guy was ridiculously rude and had no customer service skills. Then this guy lied telling me the cheapest they sell any part there was 110 dollars. What? Then called me a liar when I told him what I had been quoted. I guarantee if this was a face to face transaction this guy wouldn't treat me like this. I've never dealt with this place and wouldn't recommend to anyone unless you like being talked down too and called a liar then being hung up on
My spouse has been reaching out to various places for parts for my 2013 BMW. When we called here about a mirror, the person on the phone graciously provided my spouse with a recommendation for another place to contact for smaller parts as well. The service was friendly, and we'll definitely consider calling again for larger needs.
