I brought my car (Scion iA) to them at 7:35 am and by 8:10am I received a call telling me the problem, the solution, and the amount. By 9:30 am I received a call saying it was fixed and ready to be picked up. I couldn’t be happier with my treatment and experience. I would highly recommend.

Car was ready before the end of day and Jeff stuck around 15 mins after closing to deliver the car.
Initially took my car here for an AC fix. They “fixed” it only for my car’s AC to completely drain all AC hours later. The next day when I’m driving down the freeway, my engine overheated, so I had to pull over and was stranded on the side of the road and had to get my car towed. Weeks or so later my car starts smoking because of some coolant leak.
I gave them more chances when it came to fixing my breaks only for the breaks to still be bad hours later and I had to get more stuff done that they somehow didn’t fix the first time.
So from my experience, they “fix” your car only to find out what they “fixed” was never wrong with the car to begin with & have you pay again for the actual problem they missed the first time.
This review is not related to their mechanic work. Upon driving up to this shop they do not have clear and direct access to the front door and you have to really search hard to find it. So I drove around to the open garages where you can see mechanics working on cars and I parked my car and got out to approach a worker to ask for help. As I walked up I was attacked and bitten by one of the mechanic’s dog…. Horrible welcome to a potential first time customer looking for help. Hopefully the owner sees this and makes adjustments. Unfortunately had to take my business elsewhere after that warm welcome.
Once again these great people have proven the automotive repair industry is not out to rip you off. I have given this place my business when it comes to my family. They have always done right by me. Recently a neighbor was distraught over a quote from a repair shop that was so exorbitant that I told her to report them tothe better business bureau. I recomended Auto Car Care and the price for the same work was $2500 less than the crooks that tried to scam her. Thees people are wonderful.
Really friendly staff, very affordable prices, and the tech was very careful and quick on my vehicle repair.

I brought my Tahoe in today after the recommendation of a friend. Jerry and Jeff were great. For never having used them before, they got right on my repair. I felt I was treated extremely fairly and the repair seemed to do the trick. Good prices too. Will definitely be back and highly recommend!

I can’t recommend this shop enough. I had an oil leak that another local shop just couldn’t seem to fix, so I decided to try out Auto Car Care Center. They really went above expectations to fix my car.
They were transparent about everything that was wrong and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. They even let me drive the car around a few days to make sure the problem was fixed before paying, which really impressed me. And the price they charged was more than fair for the level of service I got.
Definitely taking any car I have back to them in the future.
Amazing service, fair pricing, and honest owner! Needed my brakes and oil changed. Jeff called to let us know that my rear brake pads looked good and didn’t need changing; anyone else would’ve tried to up-charge me. Will definitely use this place again and recommend to anyone!

I have never left a review for an auto shop, but this place deserves the mention. I first came to auto car care at the start of 2024, when my dealership gave me an estimate of $3,000 for a repair. I randomly google auto shops and this place popped up. I brought it to them and they repaired my car for *considerably* less… and they did a great job- no issues since. I’ve brought my car back multiple times and I’ve been very happy with the service since! These guys do a great job and for a truly unbeatable price. Jeff runs the shop and he’s a super nice guy.
My daughter’s car broke down while I was 350 miles away. I asked a friend for a mechanic recommendation and he said this shop was GOOD and HONEST. I had the car towed to the shop. Jeff and his guys diagnosed the problem quickly and correctly. The work was done fast and done well. I will definitely be using this shop again. Cannot recommend highly enough!!!
My daughter just moved to Fort Worth in January upon graduation from college to start her career. Her air conditioning went out on her car and I had no idea where to send her, so I looked up this location and I’m sure glad I did. From start to finish Jeff and his staff were very helpful and professional. I live a few hundred miles away but once I spoke to them and knew she was in good hands. They got her fixed up the same day and were very affordable. She rated the whole experience a 10 out of 10. Thank you Jeff and crew and we definitely be back for our future needs.

Had my new Honda come in for a headlight replacement. Upon completion a few days later upon washing my car I noticed 7 brackets and a few bolts placed on the vent next to the windshield wipers. Which sums up they did NOT secure my bumper correctly, did not replace all bolts and brackets like they were supposed to. I’m glad I noticed it before my bumper fell off. Completely unacceptable service and could have been a disaster if it would have ripped off going freeway speeds.
These guys are honest and do great work. Highly recommend.
Edit: 5 stars isn't enough. Jeff is really amazing. I love this guy. I just had another incredible experience thanks to him and his crew. How many times have you heard someone say that after a car repair? Any other shop would have had me stressed, cursing, and broke at the end of it all. Not this shop. I gave them the time they needed, and they gave me a well done repair at a cost that genuinely shocked me. It was so much lower than expected! I love doing business with good people! Thank you again Jeff!
Jeff and his team were super trustworthy, knowledgeable, and proactive. Not only were they these things, Jeff was SO kind and helpful throughout the entire process. This is such a genuine and caring place and Jeff takes SUCH good care of his costumers and goes out of his way to genuinely show and prove that throughout the process. I cannot express any more how great this place this is, and will definitely [hopefully won't have to..] be back if I need car work again!
