These people are scammers, the company phone is answered by a local individual who then routes you through some call center in India who schedules your tow and charges an agreed upon price with a " $60 cancellation fee" warning. A fee is understandable, a tow truck that has already driven to come get you and gets a last minute cancelation deserves at least SOME compensation. $60 is quite steep, however, that's not even the real issue. These people called us like an hour later to tell us the tow truck they were sending broke down and they have to send another one that is about 14 minutes away, ok cool. EXCEPT they are now saying it's going to be an additional $50 because they are coming from further away. The company had already withdrawn the money from the original order BEFORE service was completed and are now telling us an additional $50 that wr DONT HAVE is required, so request cancelation due to the fact that they broke the original terms and it was on THEIR end that the service was not completed. They agree to refund our money but inform us that due to us canceling the tow truck they will still be charging $60! (The agent also pathetically says "it's not $60 it's $59.99) The point here, is this was the WORST experience I ever had for a tow service that never even provided the service and I do NOT recommend them. The cancellation was due to them being unable to complete the original terms of service and then them changing the terms of service without our consent and then they stole an unwarranted cancellation fee too. The tow company we ended up going with was amazing and I highly recommend them. Classic auto wrecker service
