I called this company to fix my tire right before heading to the airport. They charged me $95 and seemed to get the job done. After being gone on vacation for a week, I came back to find the same tire completely flat again.
When I called them back, instead of helping, they gave me the runaround and kept asking the same unnecessary questions over and over, like if I had driven the car, even though I explained multiple times that I had just returned from vacation. It felt like they were trying to make it seem like I was lying.
In the end, I had to hang up and call another company to get the problem resolved. For the poor service, lack of accountability, and wasted money, I would not recommend this company.
Good man came out around 8:50 pm yesterday while I got a flat about 400 feet after it started. 20 mins later he showed up, plugged the hole from the embedded screw on the bottom of the tire, determined no damage to the sidewalls or rim, and sent me on my merry way!
Got to talk about our cars a bit & was charged $150 before tip after the plugging was all done and the tire was aired.
Quick service, never had a flat before so I don't know what the normal rates were, but he was very respectful and friendly!
They were kind enough to come at 1am to fix my flat tire and was able to break a small lock that was put on my vehicle in very grateful for people like him
Morís greet service was the only tow truck who actually pulled up after waiting for 5hrs for other tow trucks and they just left me stranded and didn’t even answer to cancel the service. Definitely recommend you get service from these guys.
