George and Ron have been taking care of our company and customers for 20 years and they have never let us down in any way. They are timely and do the job right at a fair price and I will never use anyone else.

I got a random flat across town and Rocket Tow was super quick and helpful during a stressful moment! Shout out to Alec, he was very communicative and helped me get to the tire shop! I've used them a few other times as well getting towed from my home and they are always on top of it.
Had to tow a specialty sports car across the metroplex, so I made a number of calls to find someone capable. Rocket Tow sent "Yayo" (hope that is right) and he did a terrific job! Friendly, professional and took the time to load and tie down properly, much appreciated!
My daughter who’s 19 was driving at the time going to work when she said she heard a loud pop frantic she immediately pulled to the left shoulder near the median and called me. After waiting for hours after I had contacted the county roadside assistance i realized my car had then went dead and called a tire shop who recommended Rocket Tow Service. George answered the called and dispatched someone right away. I then got a call from Alec he was sweet and you can tell he genuinely cared for my safety and Hauled right over to where I was located. He even took me to a different shop after the shop that recommended Rocket Tow basically turned me away. I am so appreciative of him!! Alec related to my issue and made me feel more at ease and after the day I had that was very much needed! Thanks again for helping me out today!!

Alec came within an hour after call to our place of business, got two vehicles out of our private parking lot that were parked illegally. Also left a couple of signs to help with future vehicles trying to park here. Great shop Alec!
Rocket Tow really came through for me today! I made the mistake of thinking I could limp a few miles to the tire shop on a flat. Turns out that was a bad call and I ended up stranded on the side of the highway. Rocket Tow showed up fast and completely saved the day. It had already been a rough one and things were only getting worse, but their quick response turned it around. Huge thanks to them! I needed a good laugh after everything and when I saw your slogan I couldn't stop laughing!
I needed my car towed this morning. Called rocket Tow and they immediately came out with within the hour. Alec called me when he was 20 minutes away as well as when he arrived.
He was friendly, informative, professional, and most importantly he took great care of my car.

I just had a nice man named Alec come out here and get my son’s car. I called him earlier in the day and he responded instantly back with the price to tow my car from Peaster to Crowley. He was cheaper than my local towing company. He is very professional and has a great attitude! I will be giving his number to many more people looking for a towing company! Great job Alec!

Rocket was a great experience
Jarrett was amazing today! He was quick to get me on my first stop when I was stranded right off the highway. He helped at Autozone by changing my battery and recommending the parts I needed to buy. Then he towed me to a trusted mechanic who will be fixing my car up. He made me feel safe and taken care of. Definitely will use him again if I am ever in need of a tow again.
Loncey was great! He arrived within 30 minutes and communicated when he was close. He quickly assessed the situation and he did a great job getting my car moved and to the mechanic. I will definitely recommend him and use again when needed!!

On 6/11/2024, my car broke down on my way to work. Once I got off, I called Rocket Tow to get me and my car home and the gentleman I dealt with over the phone (never got a name) was quite nice. I called several times but he never seemed flustered. lol And my driver, Tex, was great! He arrived with a smile on his face and a great attitude. He took care of my car and got us home safely. He was even helpful in giving me an idea of a potential fix for my car to look into. I was overall satisfied with my experience and from the few companies I called and got quotes from, they were the most affordable. Thanks, Tex, and mystery phone guy. lol
First off, these guys were the most friendliest individuals I’ve ever met! Quick and efficient and the price is hard to beat! They even parked my car under the covered parking for me, which with bad weather coming it is so appreciated! Definitely recommended and I will use them again!
Unfortunately had to call a tow service but beyond glad I called them. They were kind, helpful, patient and understanding. Jarred went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. I would 100% recommend calling these guys if you need help.
Not sure anyone expects to have to call a tow truck, but today was my day. Thankfully I contacted Rocket Tow, and they had a driver and truck to me within 10 - 15 minutes. Driver was very knowledgeable and was able to free my vehicle (which was stuck on a landscape rock) quickly and without any damage. These guys are great!! Don't hesitate to call them when you need a tow!
This afternoon, I had the pleasure of working with Loncey after a massive pothole damaged both left side tires. He's a super friendly guy with a kind heart, swift in getting the car on the truck, and getting us to the local tire shop promptly. This is one of the best companies we have ever done business with. We have worked with Rocket Tow for over a decade. They are always responsive, professional, reasonable, and easy to work with. I think so many times I need to leave them a great review but today I couldn’t leave work without doing it. We had several jobs for them today which isn’t typical for us but they got all of them done perfectly. Our driver/hero saved us a lot of money by going above and beyond the call of duty. You know you are working with an amazing business when the employees speak so highly of the company they work for. Rocket Tow is the first company you should call for any of your towing needs!
My driver, Randy, got to me much quicker than he had estimated. Under promising and over delivering works for me.;-)) He was amazing! So friendly and he definitely made me feel better about my broken car situation. He’s a keeper for sure. I always use Rocket as do many automotive shops exclusively.
Worst towing experience ever I suggest hiring a more professional company...I called to explain to them what happened and they have denied and have even made up scenarios to try to get out of being responsible for this damage.....I value my property and this is just a work truck imagine if it's your personal vehicle...BECAREFUL when using this company
