Was not at all impressed with the person who came out to tow our car today. It took him 2 hours to get out to us (granted there was wreck on the highway), but I got out to my son in about 25 to 30 minutes in the same traffic. The driver was on his phone the whole time talking about kicking someone’s a** and so forth. Very unprofessional! Will not be using this company again. Was picked by my insurance company and I have let my insurance company know. I don’t pay to have this level of unprofessionalism.

If a company that relies on driving has drivers who don't know how to drive then that is not a company I would want to come out to supposedly help me in my vehicle
I had an awesome experience. They were able to get to my location quickly to pick up my car. The driver was very friendly. Got to the service center safely and in good time!
