Towed my husbands car at 1:40am claiming it wasn't registered to my conplex when it actually was. They said his license plate number was not correct in their system. We filed 3 months ago to have it changed to his new plates when he got them and apparently it never was. They claim it must be a "technical error" and still made us pay the $320 to get it out despite the fact we did everything we were supposed to. A faulty system should not be our responsibility!
My vehicle was stolen by these theifs after visiting a family member. I was parked up for less than two hours before these lowlife crooks stole my vehicle. Now, they want $330 dollars as an extortion fee because I wanted to help my brother buy groceries. Now I don't have money to pay rent, because I decided to help family. I think it's time for public to show these cowards how we really feel?
Daughter's car was towed from the apartment complex, has a permit with plate number that is on the registration paper. From Oklahoma, but they took it because they say they do the plate numbers differently in Texas. Stealing is crazy! I understand towing when someone doesn't do what they're supposed to. But stealing people's cars when we did what we were told to do. People who answer the phone are rude and don't know what they are talking about, so they are making stuff up. Our plate number is correct, and we had a permit!
Car parked in visitors with pass on mirror. My door doesn't lock. They reached in and threw my parking pass in the back seat and towed my car. Rotten thieves and if I catch one in the act it's game over for him. Fafo I'm ready this time
The lack of empathy that Jennifer has is ridiculous. I personally did not have my car towed but attempted to help a family member come up with a solution. She thought of almost every counter action against a solution. The car battery was dead. Jennifer stated is company policy that you cannot work on the car in the back. However, I never knew a battery jump made everyone a mechanic. The solution is to pay them $50 to jumpstart or pay them $50 to have the driver tow it out. No, you cannot call your own towing company and no, the towing company cannot come assist with you with a jumpstart because that’s considered “mechanical work”. No, you cannot have someone help with a jumpstart because that’s a liability issue. She said they are regulated by the state. Everything must be regulated Jennifer stated, I guess with the exception of your gauging techniques. Your tow truck is not a mechanic either, just FYI. You are finding ways to extract extra money out of people. Oh and she said the managers only available between 9:30 and 10:30 after saying the managers are available
after 9:30, again coming up with another way to not help solve a problem. I’m sure nothing will be done but maybe one something will.
My vehicle was wrongfully towed and I proved it. Now these SCAMMERS will not refund me my money. I called to speak to a manager and they would not put a manager on the phone. 0/5 stars. Please never hire these scammers!!!!!!
I’m being generous by giving one star. This company not only towed my car that I got 3 hours prior (couldn’t register it cause the office was closed and doing it online takes days) but the driver started driving erratically on the road swerving through lanes, cutting people off and running red lights WITH MY CAR ON THE BACK. His “excuse” was that we were chasing him. We were following at a safe distance, not tailing or beeping cause we knew there was nothing we could do on the road. We just wanted to know where our car was going as there are absolutely NO signs on the apartment’s property indicating where your car will be towed or by what company. When we got the toll bill ($321 later) the driver of the truck wrote everything clearly except his name. Convenient.
These people towed my car from a parking lot where i had my car registered, after paying the $330 while they hid behind a masked window i noticed these people left damage to my car on the driver door frame where they jammed something into the door frame to get into the car. Last i checked you didn't need to get into a car to tow it!
This company is terrible. Wish I could give negative stars. They have towed my visitor’s car 3 times in less than a month. He parks in visitor parking and has registered his car through their website and continues to get towed. They even tried to tell me I wasn’t registered as a resident at my apartment complex even though I have a parking permit displayed in the correct spot on my windshield. Feels like we are being targeted for just trying to park. Hate this company and what they do.
The one-star rating is entirely justified. SERENA NIGHT MANAGER exhibited a profound lack of respect and treated me as if I were a disposable object. She deliberately misled me by claiming that the plate number was incorrect and continued to engage in sassy and disrespectful behavior towards me and the police officer who was dispatched to my residence to ensure our safety. Her mistreatment triggered a severe panic attack. However, this situation is far from over. The police have informed me that the phone calls made during the incident are recorded, and the last phone call will serve as crucial evidence. Furthermore, I possess concrete proof that my car was not intended to be towed away.
Sonya Hurst/ Pathe are absolutely wonderful. They were both so friendly, helpful and sweet. Explained everything perfectly, I was able to use the app and understand it. Thank you Sonya and Pathe you guys are such Amazing people.
TERRIBLE COMPANY. They didn't report that they towed my vehicle , i had to report it stolen. Only reason i found out where my car was is because cameras showed them taking it the night before. Lady behind the screen want to argue about it when I had already been talking to Ft Worth PD ALL DAY and it was never reported. I would have never got my car
Visiting relatives in the US from Scotland and this crowd of charlatans towed my car from the apartment complex even though it had a valid parking permit then charged me $331 for the privilege! To get your vehicle back you have to go to a masked window where you can't even see who you are speaking to and has no interest in what proof you have that your car was illegally towed. A very nice money making scheme for someone!
Everyone listen up the first thing you need to do is disappear all of the tow truck signs from the property. Without proper signage it makes towing cars illegal. Now take some pictures
not only do they tow your car because of a 1-2 letter misspelling when you register your car at the location they’re contracted with but they write on it and expect you to take it off
This place continuously keeps towing vehicles just because they want money. And they will say oh your vehicle is not registered but the car is literally registered but they make up a lie that it’s not and make you pay. They literally come early at night and just look for cars to tow and when you call they all say oh we just following protocol and there’s nothing we can do. They need to be sued and shut down immediately for their illegal tows. Plus they charge you more than what’s on their wall to charge.
If you’re reading this chances are you were towed for wrongful or at least menial reasons, Because I know the company probably isn’t. That is also the same reason I’m writing this review. On the off chance an employee or owner reads this, there are tow companies that do good in this world, by helping people in a bind, keeping roads clear, and emergency response. To my knowledge this isn’t one of them. I joined the marine corps to do what I could to make the world a better place, my friend that drove me to pick up my vehicle is a paramedic who does good work to make the world a better place, my girlfriend (who was kept up very late on her work night) is a teacher for the purpose of making the world a better place. I genuinely don’t understand how a company that thrives off of leeching off the finances of the average populous can justify their profession (if you can call it that) seems akin to selling your humanity for a quick buck. I really hope this business comes into some form of legal ramification, my experience of dealing with this company was unpleasant and for stupid reasons, a lot of reviews seem to similar to mine. I also really appreciate how the marking the put on my truck WILL NOT COME OFF. Despite my best efforts and use of stronger chemical means, I’ve got an eye sore on the back of my vehicle that is very difficult to get rid of.
So we got towed at our apartments on North Beach Street. It is both the apartment complexes fault and this towing company. We have first hand SEEN this company tow a vehicle, and tell me why ONE MINUTE LATER they bring back that vehicle because they wrongfully towed it but not only did they bring back that vehicle, they yanked of that vehicles bumper and just left it there?? Then last night the tower who's name is J. Leal says he is towing the vehicle because it is not on a resident spot when clearly people have been again and again parking at this spot without ever getting towed because the apartment complex didn't put a label on it? It's not a residents spot at all but the tow guy did not care and charged us to drop the vehicle. He then proceeded to try and explain that he has a shitty job and he knows that we are upset, but please I dont need him to explain himself, you don't have all the facts and clearly your clueless as to which spots are residents and which are not. So yeah you unrighfully almost towed us because the vehicle was registered and everything, and trust me my apartment complex will be getting the same review from me very soon and have already heard an earful from me today! Terrible towing company because they do not know who they are aligned with and what the rules are. They will just tow your vehicle and they do it ACTIVELY. We have seen cars get legitimately towed every night! They're 100% after money. I have already complained about this company, and emailed about this company.

After hearing an earful from me yesterday my apartment complex fixed the blank spot situation. They said it's a VISITORS PARKING! Here is the picture attached where it SAYS VISITORS! As you can see on the sidewalk ALL THE PAINT WAS RUBBED OFF! The apartment complex can be verified with that information. Wrongfully almost towed!
These people illegally towed our registered vehicle three times from our apartment complex. The staff is rude and cost us over a thousand dollars. We were not refunded. They are the worst. Their business practices are awful to say the least.
Company partners with my apartment complex and towed a vehicle I had just bought even though it was registered as a visitor. The car was there 2 nights in a row and towed the third night. Every day I renewed my registration. I provided screenshots and paperwork showing I had registered and the company still would not release the vehicle to me. Terrible company no wonder they have such terrible reviews.
The company makes its money by partnering with apartment complexes to tow cars. I live at Marin Park, they have “partnered” with them to tow unauthorized vehicles. My apartment parking lot is like a ghost town bc people would rather park on the street than let these pack of wolves get their cars bc they treat cars like trash. The first car I seen them get they dropped and caused damage to the oil pan and under carriage. Tonight I seen them get a elder woman's car with a handy cap placard, when she went out there there it cost her 15.00 for him to drop it. ( may not sound like much but most of the tenants here are low income). It’s ridiculous!
towed our car at 2am for being parked in front of our own drive way and they claimed it was because it was parked on the fire lane even though it wasn’t blocking any roads or paths! buddy really drove 30 minutes to tow a car parked in front of there own house! he’s really making a difference in this world! they also operate from a small building and hide behind a window that you can’t see into! what waste of people you guys are! go get a real job and enjoy our $320! yall getting a lawsuit
They towed my truck with insufficient notice. Altho they were helpful in returning my vehicle i found them to be expensive
A courtesy knock on my door would have been appreciated and saved me a lot of $$$ and i would have had them remove the truck to a different location instead of having to pay the impound fees. The extra $25 to bring my truck out so i could take possession was outrageous
Bought a new vehicle and within 3 hours it was towed. I contacted my apartment office and the ladies registered it and screen shot me proof. Still my new car was towed. This is extortion at it's best. Sorry mam I can't do anything unless you want to pay full price. What a freaking scam. These people are stealing cars and the police are doing nothing. I legitimately have text proof I did everything correctly and they still stole my car. Why would any complex do business with these thieves. They took all the joy out of getting a new car. Worthless human being are the only people that can work here.
This towing company's actions were extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Despite parking my rental car in a designated spot, they towed it without proper notice or justification. This caused significant inconvenience and added unnecessary stress to my day getting my children to school and me off to work. Their lack of concern and disregard for my situation was disappointing... This was clearly a money grab.
I expected better service, especially considering the circumstances. I strongly advise others to avoid using this towing company to prevent supporting a company with such poor business acumen and mortality.
And to add insult to injury, they had the audacity to charge me a hefty $331 fee for the towing service and threatened to put me on a 'do not tow' list for 60 days from the same location. Talk about adding salt to the wound!
I called Metro Parking Solutions on 10/22/2023 at 7:12pm, about two motorcycles blocking our ramp. I was awake till 1:00am and they never came by. I only called because our elderly neighbor that lives in building 4024, could not bring her cart up the ramp that she uses for her groceries/laundry. She had to leave it in her parking spot until she could come back and get it later (I have a picture of it). I don’t know whose motorcycle it is but it is NOT in a parking spot. The last photo is from this morning, showing the other motorcycle left but the other one is still parked here on 10/23/2023. Please don’t hire these people. Clearly they don’t care about the elderly.
My car was STOLEN by these creatures overnight eventhough both of my cars are registered to me and my apartments. They scratched my car and even tried to break in it through the windows. After providing proof that the car was registered at the apartments since May, they released the car and said they would be back tomorrow. I'll be waiting....

These people sure know how to kick somebody while they're down. Whether you live there or not, if your car breaks down in the wrong place and you try to reason with them, they'll just look at you like "so, what's that got to do with us?" I was delivering to the complex that they are mainly enforcing and my car broke down. They were going to make matters worse by towing it to the impound. Thankfully, Metro Parking stop persisting and I was able to call another tow service to get me and the car home before they came back, otherwise they would have been the ones to take it instead and it would have been gone forever because I would not be able to afford to get it out. Do yourself a favor and try your hardest not to give him a reason to take your car because you cannot make a deal with them and you would have been out of luck for sure.
This company has an answer for everything right or wrong. They take no fault at anything. I'm handicapped on a fixed income and made to pay for an error in there system plus my apartments didn't up date my vehicle information.
I sent my updated information 4 day prior to my car being towed. I explained everything showed proof and they still took my money. Sometimes things happen and things are missed. This company doesn't have a heart or care about people all they want is your money. I want to know how can this behavior and treatment be stopped.. please answer me with good feedback and information to stop this mistreatment to low income families.
