Fast, professional, and affordable! The gentleman Ricardo who came to help was courteous and arrived quickly. He handled everything with care and made a stressful situation so much easier. Pricing was very reasonable too. Highly recommend this towing service!
It's never a good day when your truck breaks down and it's even worse when it's in the middle of the intersection. Our new 2025 Mack broke the rear tandem pinion gear and shredded the airlines rendering the truck immobile. I did a quick search and could see 4AM was really close by and could be three in under 30 minutes. This was relayed to the local authorities who were not amused and elected to call in their towing company. 4AM arrived in 15 minutes and with the right equipment to handle a 65,000lb tanker. 10 minutes later, the "other" company showed up with a 1-ton wrecker (See Pictures). Everyone had a good laugh except the local law enforcement. Once on site, traffic was blocked for the shortest time possible, and the truck was towed to the location of our choice. They bettered the estimated arrival time and had the situation resolved in short order. Fully recommend them if you find yourself in a similar situation.
4 AM does not only do Towing. They do Towing and they fix your truck and they make sure it is safe before they give it to you. I had my semi truck towed there. It shut off on me with low air pressure right away. They figured out is the air compressor Sure thing they fixed it got me back on the road right away unlike if I took it to the dealership I would’ve stayed there for weeks. If not for a month just to figure out what’s going on with it. Friendly faces great workers in the great owner 100% Recommended thank you so much again 4 a.m. Towing and recovery.
They never came .they said they called .e 2 times..I did get a call but it was spam..I did not answer...they canceled the pick
up .I was in my car the hole Tim's right in the front of the office..they never came..and when my insurance called back they were rude so they did not won't to work with them...do not use them .

The guy that came out was super nice and quick. HOWEVER, the price he quoted me was not what the company charged me.

Yo, I wanna give a shoutout to the best towing service in the city of Fort Worth, Texas. “4AM” for their incredibly cool, down to earth, just all around good people that show up and show out on the job and provide literally A1, top notch service. A special thanks goes to a technician named “Ralph” who went over and beyond getting the job done and literally demonstrated the true definition of customer service. Hopefully you get a bonus my brother. First impression is a lasting impression, keep being the cool, blessed and humble person that you are fam.

I’m very pleased with their service, this company offers inexpensive towing and quick response times. This company also has great customer service and takes care to transport vehicles properly!
I called and someone showed up within 15 minutes. They picked up my car and took it to the shop I requested. They were super nice and really well priced compared to others.
Do not recommend using this company. We watched the tow truck come and chain an unauthorized vehicle then notify us that a vehicle was not there when they arrived which was not true. We have the whole thing on security footage. We were also told that we were not going to be charged anything and then we were charged $150.00 for the towing signs. There has been too much dishonesty and misinformation with this company. It’s unfortunate because we were hoping to be able to work together. If you’re looking for an honest and reliable towing company with integrity, please don’t consider 4AM towing and recovery. It has been more of a hassle than a help.
My church hired them to tow cars that wasn’t supposed to park in our lot and we’ve had nothing but trouble out of them. The story changes with each person you speak with, they’re not going to charge for something then someone else reaches out because they say you didn’t pay. The final straw was when we called for a truck to be towed and then they said the truck was gone when they got there…I’m on the security team I watched them put the truck in the chain and then take it off when the guy ran over to them. I’m not saying it should have been towed but it wasn’t gone when they arrived.
4 AM Recovery was exceptional. They initially were dispatched to tow my motor home. But, they had a truck issue before they could get to me. I was stranded on the side of the highway for 24 hours. No one could or would provide service. Benny, the dispatcher went over the top to try to find someone else to save me. When that failed 12 hours into my disaster, he called me in the evening to tell me he was bringing a mechanic in on Sunday to fix their truck and come and get me off the highway by 2:00 pm. the next day. In fact they did it by noonish. I can’t thank 4 AM enough. They were phenomenal. Remington, the tow truck driver was also exceptional and very service oriented and friendly. They have renewed my faith in the premise that SERVICE IS NOT DEAD. You can’t go wrong engaging 4 AM!!! Honest, service driven and just plain exceptional.

Avoid them, unless you don't have any other option. They will charge you like they hate your business before passing you on to their mechanic to berry you. The mechanic bill will quadruple for the same labor at a dealership. Call another company.

I wouldn’t use this company ever again they tell you a rate and then want to change it afterwards. They charged me more because we took 10 min to send the payments authorization form back to them and i told them we couldn’t pay that much so they took my equipment to their yard and charged me even more. They are thiefs and not proffesional at all.
I want to thank this company for coming to help me and my family out of a tough situation. I had called a couple other towing companies but with no luck because they were closed. Upon calling Benny at 7:30pm he had no problem dispatching a driver to our location with a 40 minute wait. His driver was professionally helpful due the car being completely dead. He was able to get it on and off the truck with his techniques and assisted us in pushing it in to the parking spot. I would definitely recommend using them. Thank you guys again.
I can't tell you all enough about this towing company, Danny and Benny are fantastic to work with, went completely out of there way for my brother who is in the military. You call this company it's like talking to family, they are quick and efficient on time . This is the most well organized recovery company I have ever used . And will never use another one. If it's got wheels or not, they will get the Job done, very reasonable and enjoyed working with them, if you need a recovery company this is your answer,
