I’ve been on hold for over 30 minutes trying to get a hold of someone to talk to when the Que said my estimated waiting time was 4 minutes. Email response times are not good. Very disappointed with this experience.
Steve was amazing! He was able to tow my truck in a quick amount of time for the most reasonable price. If you need a tow truck service he’s definitely the right guy for the job!!

These clowns tried to ticket my vehicle in a parking spot I pay for. I called them. The owner (?) answered and said "Capital Tow" and when I explained my grievance he tried to tell me that I had the wrong number then proceeded (and I can't make this up) gave me directions on the CAPTIAL TOW WEBSITE WHERE I FOUND HIS NUMBER to a SEPARATE automated 1800 number that doesn't answer. Completely unprofessional predatory towing company.
Best towing experience ever! Called and arranged services on 2 different occasions. Best pricing around, by far!!! Safety, consistency, pricing, and customer service are priorities here, there is no doubt about it! I'll never go to another tow service, nor recommend anyone else to my friends.
So I called different towing companies and this was the best I've came across. I felt safe and comfortable with the experience that I had with with this company. Very customer service friendly and very reliable and quickly came to my request for help. As I woman coming home from work from a long day at work. I definitely felt safe and comfortable with this company. And most importantly I'm not getting paid for this postive review and I would definitely recommend this company for help. I am very thankful to God Bless me with this company oh I use them twice and there price are better than the other companies .I definitely would recommend this company.

This company completely failed my friends TCU student, 20 year old daughter / with a car broke down on the side of the road, late at night. The family lives in California and mother and her daughter are on the same AAA account. When the tow driver came to the car, she showed her AAA card. Seeing the call had her mothers name and the daughters cel number, the driver called the owner who refused to tow the car to the Range Rover Dealer. The car is registered to the mother who called and both mother and daughter are on the same AAA account. After my friend called AAA they confirmed this Fort Worth Towing company failed and that the AAA policy allows for when the call is made in one name, that the tow truck driver only needs to confirm the registration. 4 hours, in the dark, please think twice about a company too lazy to follow their own contract with AAA. Formal complaints made to all involved. Safety and care for a young woman at 11:30 pm ….. failed.
A company named 24 hour that is not 24 hour. I called this company around 5 am and not only did they not answer but 24 hours later they still hadn't had the decency to return my call. After my experience I now know the positive reviews and 5 star ratings are fake. The only thing true about their name is that they don't answer nor return calls 24 hours a day. They have proven they are the epitome of false advertising.
I am so happy I called Fort Worth 24 Hour Towing. Steve had the lowest price by almost half the other estimates and was super quick. He also notified me when my car had been dropped off at the service station. Having to get a tow is never pleasant, but Steve made it was less painful than I was expecting. Highly recommend!

Steve was the absolute sweetest man. I had just gotten into an accident and had a flat and a dented rim and looked up tow trucks near me. This place was the first number I called. And at first there was no answer but after a few more calls to other towing companies it wasn’t shortly afterwards that Steve would call me back. quoted me the best quote. And took about 30 mins if not less to get to me. He was so sweet and very attentive. He made me feel comfortable with the whole process! I have found my forever tow truck service. Steve was awesome! Very professional right on time and did I mention great rates! Steve communicated with me thru out the process...letting me know when he arrived to my car as it was loaded all the way to letting me know my car had made it to its destination! I would 100% recommend this guy to anyone! Affordable and professional. I got into a wreck this morning and needed my car towed. He told me it would be a couple of hours since he had 2 other jobs (which I understood). He also texted me to tell me he was on the way to my car. Super reliable.

We called to tow our van from Ft. Worth to Carrollton and were quoted quickly and reasonable price. About three hours later we got a text saying he had the car and was on the way to us with it. Paid him on arrival and he was very professional and courteous! Would recommend highly!

My whole car locked up making it very difficult to pick up/drop off my vehicle. He still did not change the price. Very nice. Made what could have been a truly awful experience quite painless. I hope i never have to call a towtruck again but if i do i know who i will call!

Called to ask who does Class A towing off of private property. Guy who answered the phone was pretty rude from the start as he interrupted, then he said " we don't do that", so I asked if they knew who does , he said " alot of people do but not us" then just hanged up on me when I was about to ask something else. First time and last time calling them
Trust this lovely, helpful, credible man that came to my rescue. My car stopped in front of hobby lobby in presidio, fw,tx. My car did not start.Of course in my lack of knowledge, i presumed battery issues, i need a new car and all the funny things a woman can think under distress. I called all tow people showing on the web, all were hrs away, not sure when will arrive, various prices and the shebang. I call this tow, Steve answered and guess what...before sharing all kinds of fees, he told me to go and open the hood, check wires and stuff, and if its not working he will come. What can i say, i dont even know how to open my fancy hood[ i suggest you to learn by the way:) ] but what won my trust was he was not just money gungry, taking advantage of my situation, Steve just rried to help me. Well, I called them on the weekend, and they were pretty busy, and the dispatcher was very friendly and told me they would be able to get to me in 90-120 minutes. They said they would call to give updates. I decided to wait on them. After two hours and no callbacks, I called them again. The same dispatcher told me that the driver was stuck in traffic, but that the dispatcher would check on the driver and call me back. After a time I received no callbacks, I called again. There was a new person on the phone, who had just come in to work. He looked up my reference and said there was someone before me on the job list. He also said he would call me back. He never called, and I got a different service to come help me. Needless to say, what I would recommend for this business is honesty: (1) If you are not able to take the job, be honest about it and tell the customer. (2) When you say that you will call back the customer, do it.
Steve was courteous and friendly. He was nice over the phone. He got there quickly & did a great job. I even hopped a ride. The cost was less than half of the price quoted by the rude tow service that I called previously. I will definitely use this company again.
