Jonathan was extremely professional and friendly on a 3+ hour tow from Roscoe, TX to Dallas, TX after my transmission blew. Start to finish was seamless. Can’t speak enough positivity about the experience amid a stressful breakdown.

These guys were bad service they messed up my vehicle's alignment the way they strapped it up with there chains never again callin them to tow my rides, so yall make sure if yall call them to récord and watch how they strap up your vehicles!!
Not one to write reviews but ownership screwed me over. PD called for a tow on my truck since it broke down and driver couldn’t give me a rate until he dropped off at my yard but owner told driver without notifying me to take it to their yard because I had to pay up front for PD calls after I had left to my yard but was never given a rate up front due to not knowing how long the iob would take so I had to pay for that wait time until we got everything resolved due to no one not being up to date with the situation. Very unfair and not transparent. Used them before but never again.
You are the worst people to ever live. You towed my car within 10mins of me entering the gates and parking. This is scheme you and the apartment complex have going on.
Called to undeck one truck they wanted to charge me 2 hour minimun ($575) for a 20 min job, even though their tow was already undecking someone in front of us in line at Ritchie bros, so i called ABC towing and they charged 250 flat. They didnt even try to work with us.
Fast response, good rates and the Tow Operator (Drew) was fantastic. My truck died on I-35 during rush hr and they were on site in approx 20 min. Drew made sure my truck was handled with care and got me to Rush, he also took the extra steps to make sure I was taken care of at the dealer and even took me to a hotel.. I'd definitely use these guys again.
Horrible customer service, ridiculously overpriced, all in all avoid at all costs. Rather push my own car up a 100 mile hill then call them for assistance.
I gotta say dealing with an impounded vehicle, not fun. The tow yard did make it not only easier but we had a flat and they gave us some air and had a dead battery and they jumped us in the lot. Helpfully people
These people are amazing. My truck broke down, and I needed a tow to the dealership. The dispatcher was great, she had a truck out to me in about a half hour which is impressive considering I was sort of in the middle of nowhere. James, the driver, was super knowledgeable and even helped me diagnose the issue before loading it up so I’d be prepared at the dealership. He got my truck loaded with no issues at all. He was great about explaining the payment process and really went out of his way to make sure I knew my information was protected. He took my truck straight to the dealership and took my keys and info to my service advisor.
I hope I don’t have to, but I would absolutely call these people first if I need another tow!
Worst company in Texas. Liars and cheats. Horrible services and took 500 for a five minute job not fully completing it when they told me they would. I do not recommend at all. Save yourself some money and choose another company.
Don’t use this company! The prices are ridiculous, I needed my small four-door BMW towed less than 10 miles away from where I broke down and was charged $377. This was during the evening around 8 PM and not on a holiday. The prices are outrageous. The guy who towed my car was very nice, however with prices like this, a business will not thrive!
I recently purchased a vehicle. The vehicle had temporary tags. My apartment complex must of had the vehicle towed. It's an awful situation. I called for more information. I was extremely polite. I asked if any other vehicles were towed. No specifics. Just a general question. I understand this is a towing company. However, when a client calls in and treats you with respect, you would expect the same. As I was asking for more information, Haley got on the line, interrupted me, and was extremely rude. I still wasn't disrespectful. I calmly said that I had been really polite, wanted more information, and was wondering why she had met me with such disrespect and hostility. She said verbatim "Your car was towed for obvious reasons" and she hung up on me. The lack of empathy, courtesy, and professionalism is appalling. This is not how you treat people. I'd like to speak to a supervisor. I'll also be reaching out to the owner, corporate, and any other higher ups I can find contact information for.
This place is horrible. $400 to tow a car 25 miles after the initial tow and storage of $400 was paid. The guy at the desk is rude. I would never use them by choice. If you have any other option, use it.
$400 to tow a vehicle 25 miles from their lot to a private residence. Typical over-priced tow company. That was in addition to the $400 already paid for the tow from the accident and a couple days of storage. I would never use them again. If you are picking up from there using a different tow company be sure they are TDLR certified or they will not allow them to pick it up. Had a company willing to tow it for $230 but had to pay them $408 after fees because he doesn't have that cert in hand. Otherwose its $225 for them to tow it out of the gate. Stay clear if possible.
Was in a sticky situation with my car overheating and they came to pick me up within 30 minutes. One of the ladies answering the phone was really nice but I had to repeat myself a lot so hopefully you don’t get stuck with Wendy
Driver (Monty) stole the key from a family members vehicle and tried to act like they didn’t have it. We have dash cam footage of them loading up the vehicle while it was running, which is how we know the key was in it.
Texas Towing was called out today for my driver who was stranded 1.5 miles away from delivery in Ft. Worth, TX. (TCM went out on the truck) Courtney Homberg was VERY irritated and rude due to her not being knowledgeable of the payment option by ACH for their Road Sync app. We were charged $750 for a 1.5-mile tow, and an additional $550 for another 2 miles because the delivery location did not allow overnight parking on top of a $47 convenience fee because they did not know how to process the ACH payment through the Road Sync app. Please note that the tow yard was 3 miles from where my driver was stranded. I would steer clear of this tow company by all means possible. They know when people/companies are in a bind and will take complete advantage of that. I wish ABS was available with trucks in town because I would've gladly given the $450 for the tow.
Prime example: The response to my review is so unprofessional. Total time did not exceed the 4-hour minimum for the $750 charge, then to charge an additional $550 is absurd. An hour's wait for payment was because Courtney did not know how to send the invoice for ACH payment to avoid the $47 processing fee. The Better Business Bureau will be contacted.
They were very prompt and reasonably priced. However I did not think to get a receipt that night. I've reached out several times to get one but still haven't received one. Tow truck driver did respond first time and said he would email to me but never responded again after requesting multiple times.
I watched this company rip my friend off twice within 24 hours. They did not follow instructions, charged her multiple fees just to make a buck. Instead of towing the car to the proper destination after paying a large sum the car was impounded again by them. They knew exactly what they were doing. Horrible staff and company. Beware and stay away
Trashy service I mean trash…. If I can give a -100 stars I would. Couldn’t even take the time of day to print out some paperwork to release a vehicle. That’s sad. Every time we called in they would hang up in our face. Texas Towing is a disappointment in the towing industry. The most disrespectful I mean disrespectful staff I have ever seen in my life. Shame on you Texas Towing shame on you….Truly at a loss of words. I’m sitting here talking to the lady at the front desk and as I am speaking to her she closes the window and the blinds in my face. Texas Towing shame on you. Dehumanizing like crazy. Truly made me feel like garbage. I will be going to TDLR and complaining. Hate to see a good company go downhill like that!!
Just had to use this company due to my car leaking out oil. They were so professional and helpful and I didn’t even have to wait long to be picked up and serviced. All my needs were met and I’m very grateful for the kind man who helped me (didn’t get his name!) he even made sure my phone was charged and was very helpful! Should I ever need my car towed again, I would 100% call them again. Thank you for your help and professionalism!
I fFIRST let me say this - we are not from the FW area! I took an elderly gentleman to pick up his truck after it was located and towed to this facility after hit had been stolen over a month ago. The lady at the front desk was not curious, rude and short with answers! The truck's ignition had been changed and when ask who they could refer us to, her answer and I quote GOGGLE IT! Then preceded to tell us, a locksmith was not allowed in the storage yard and it would be another 150 for them to tow it approx 90 yards out their gate for the locksmith to work on it. After 4 hours of trying to find a locksmith, it was able to be fixed and driven out the gate. The service from the receptionist was totally uncalled for! One of the managers and the young man on the yard was very nice. Not they young man admitted that she changes the rules on what can and can not be done and he can't even keep up with the changes! FIRE YOUR RECEPTIONIST AND HIRE SOME ONE RESPECT AND COURTESY TOWARDS YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE UNTIL THEY HAVE A RESPECT AT THE FRONT DESK!!! ⭐⭐ for the manager & young man - who could teach this lady a few things on respect and ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for his parents!
I was told it would be $175 an hour I was charged for two hours $350.00 It took the driver less then one hour and when I called them they said there was a two hour minimum. I WAS NOT TOLD THAT!! They also said a manager would call me back. That never happened. So I'm not very happy with THEM Driver was very good,no problem with him!! So I'm giving a one star because it won't let me post without a rating
They honestly deserve 0 stars but that’s not an option. They basically STOLE my car. My car was towed from my own apartments and for what ? They are just trying to make money. I had to pay $300 to get it back which I do not find fair at all. Do better. When I called to get information about my vehicle they were all so rude.
Big shout out to Mike with Texas towing, Fort Worth!! We had a significant problem with our steering in our motor home; we had to be towed in on a Thursday. We literally were pulling out for a trip! Once our RV was brought into Premier we were helped by Mike who knew the crew there and was able to facilitate a quick analysis of our issue, which was instrumental in us receiving speedy service and a diagnostic review. He was terrific in the fact, that he saw we needed help, and for that we are grateful! The temp was 100 Degrees, he could have just dropped us and left. Needless to say, we are very grateful for his knowledge and help, which got us on the road Friday. It’s nice to know in today’s world, there are still kind caring people! Thank you!
