Decent website and helpful team members on the phone. An in person visit to the salvage yard was well received. The only negative is they could use more inventory. I'll definitely be using these folks again in the future.
Don’t waste your time or money here either they rather make money on eBay wich is fine! But don’t tell people u don’t have the parts when you do but u want to make more profit. Also they want to sell you stuff like its retail pricing if that was the case I would go to a dealer not a salve/junk yard. You are better off buying from eBay or retail since they sell retail pricing
Will give you parts and not mark them , then when you need to exchange will tell you it’s not their part because it’s not marked . And has the audacity to tell me the U joint is bad and the one she gave me was good lol . Even thought I brought both my old one and the one I purchased from them . Not helpful at all just money making tactics .

Good experience, had the Miata parts in stock that I needed. Contacted through eBay about some parts, and was able to pick them up in person same day. Nice staff inside and lots of parts.
When you ask for drivers side and they ship you passenger side in error, call to get it corrected and after a week of waiting you get nothing but nonsense and lies and attitude, but they say that YOU ARE THE ONE WITH ATTITUDE? UH yeah, cause how many times do I gotta call to get the correct part shipped and simply ask for a track number? Save your time and money go elsewhere this place is clearly ran by the wrong types. Refunded after this convo instead of doing what they said. whatever keep your parts I will spend my money elsewhere

Mr. Tony is helpful I walked in there and he was polite and answer my question honestly they have all the parts that I would need to fix my Nissan Xterra plus Mazda parts. they can ship your part straight to the mechanic. I appreciate them.
This is a terrible company that has the worst customer service & there's nothing heavenly about the way the employees treat or talk to the customers. I contacted the company by phone to inquire after making two offers & receiving no response for an item they had listedon Ebay....I wanted to inquire before placing my 3rd & final available offer. The lady that answered the phone on that Friday morning cussed at me & was just extremely rude, , but she wasn't satisfied there, she then sent me a message in ebay gloating that she had "blocked" my account from placing anymore orders from them on ebay, what a terrible company. I wont do business with this company again & I don't recommend this place....good luck if you buy from them...mean people there. The owner condones this terrible behavior.

I bought a transmission from these guys(Mazda Nissan Heaven) off there Ebay store and Trans runs great does not feel like it had 80k miles feels more like a new Transmission i'm loving it and car runs great like new I definitely recommend these guys for your car parts cheaper than most places too.

Terrible Experience with these clowns. Bought a used engine from them that was locked up. Called them still when it was under warranty and they kept giving me the run around about getting me a replacement. I've been waiting for 3 months now and nothing. They don't want to give me a refund nor provide me with another engine. DO NOT BUY from them. Sam and the owner Steven DO NOT know how to treat their customers and are only there to take your money.
Needed a headlight for my Toyota and the process here couldn't have been easier on me. The office had courteous staff to help me as well as a clean place to sit while I was waiting on my parts. If I should need any additional parts for my car, I will start my search here first!
Don’t go here if you don’t have to!!! Items are overpriced and the two guys in the front office were frustrated at me when I ask question about the parts. It was offended when they asked me to wait until the parts are pulled. I asked them why and they states that I may not come back… WTH I was going to grab something to eat because they said it would take 30 to 40 minutes. Also, they wanted me to pay before they pull the part… so what if the door panel was all scratch up, well you don’t have a choice BC they already have your money. This place does not trust their customer!!! I would NEVER come back to this place…
These guys are the best in business and very resourceful. I called them up for a pigtail and they shipped it over. There are only some business who deliver a very delightful customer experience. This is definitely one of them.
These are the guys I rely on when it comes to finding those parts that not even Mazda or Nissan (or in this case Hyundai) can get, without getting it wrong the first and second time, and then having to order it from Korea or Japan and have a 2 week wait tacked onto the part. They inspect parts thoroughly and if it doesn't look good or has damage they don't try to hide that from. If they wouldn't use it on their car, they won't be pushing it onto you. The salvage industry is riddled with some real shady, low-life individuals. These aren't those guys. Keep exceeding expectations and you will continue to see business from myself and my shop.
