If I could I would give 6 stars to Mr. Banks @ Panther View Auto Tow! I was stranded on the service road for 6 hours, no thanks to my insurance company! Mr. banks saved what was left of the 3am morning by making my 16’ trailer fit on his flat bed truck! What a pro!!! If you need their services, don’t hesitate. Very polite and honest. That is hard to come by these days! Thanks guys for saving a man in need when no one else seamed to care!
Extremely shady company, claimed to have never towed my vehicle, illegal tow from private property, forced them to admit they towed it with video evidence. Vehicle magically appears at ABC towing. Do not trust these people, I was in contact and in agreement with property owners that I was renting from and am still renting from. Property owners and New Property lessee both confirmed that they did not give this company authorization to tow. Fraud is what occurred.

on February 10 I wrecked my car in Fort Worth. I live about two hours away from this city. It was a very traumatic and heartbreaking experience for me. Panther view auto made it so much better. Since the car was totaled, I was trying to sell it to multiple different places for parts, but all of them needed me to be in Fort Worth. I finally found a place that would accept my car, but my title was not with my car so they couldn’t take it. Gerald stopped what He was doing and went to go pick up my title from my sister for me and texted and called me throughout the day with updates about the company picking up car. Once they gave him the check, he also dropped it off at my sisters for me because he knows about the difficult time that I’ve been going through trying to get rid of my car. I cannot thank this man and his family Enough. They were such a huge help and won’t charge you an arm and leg. thank you guys for what y’all do and for being so kind. 10/10 experience and 10/10 recommend.

Better late than never! I originally had assistance to this company way back in January. So I apologize for my delayed review. The towing service was awesome. At first. It was going to be too expensive. The man was a patient with me while I called around. He even attempted to try to help me find a mechanic that I could have my vehicle towed to have it looked at suggestions were not able to assist as far as mechanics due to the severity of my issue on my vehicle. He was Work with me i’m getting my vehicle towed and getting a payment within a reasonable price and I even forgot to get my keys back for them and luckily since I was still in the area, they were able to meet me at a store and bring me my keys, but the gentleman were awesome. I do recommend this company. Thank you. .
They were really great. The price was fair and they were really quick. Our insurances towing company was going to take three hours to get to us and they also canceled on us after waiting an hour. But Panther towing was able to get to us in 30 minutes. We are so thankful they were able to come get us and we’re super friendly. I highly recommend their services if you need a tow.
My wife had a breakdown during afternoon rush hour traffic and ended up stuck in the gore area with cars speeding by on both sides. In a panic she called Panther View to tow her. The female my wife spoke to on the phone was able to calm my wife down and told her to stay in the car they would be there shortly. Panther View Auto Tow arrived quickly and helped my wife to a safe spot. They towed the vehicle at a reasonable price with no damage to vehicle. Most importantly they were kind enough to patiently make my wife feel comfortable and calm her during a stressful situation. Wow this was the best tow experience I’ve ever had! It’s unfortunate when yo need a tow and Panther View Tow made it better! They were timely and efficient. The driver was very helpful and nice. In the future I will definitely be using them and recommending this service to everyone I know.

Hired them to transport my new to me 2000 Porsche. They took great car to not mess up the car and provided great customer service. Very attentive to detail and very responsive. There are not enough words that I can say to express how amazing this company is. Long story short I called AAA a company that I pay a yearly subscription for....I waited 3 and a half hours for a tow, I called Panther View Auto, the gentleman quoted me a fair price, took my info and said that he would be at my location in 15 minutes or less... (12 minutes to be exact) When he arrived he offered me water helped me in the truck. I made it safely to my location and AAA still have not contacted me. Thank you Panther View Auto for taking care of me with the level of professionalism that ALL companies should provide.
