After a few days of searching high and low with dealers, junkyards, aftermarket places and getting nowhere (unreal that GM discontinues parts for a 2018 truck!!), Vincent took down all my info (it always helps to have your VIN, make, model, and engine details as there are millions of parts!) and said he would start the search. Just to have someone else searching was a relief! He also recommended another company who has access to different sites as they might be able to help also. And yep, this company has it!! It's rare to find a business that would recommend someone else, especially as they might be able to make a sale. I highly, highly recommend Vincent and OEM Parts Dallas.

I was having trouble even giving one star, due to the fact that I didn't actually have any work done to our car, nor buy anything from this company, but the way I was treated on the phone was absolutely the rudest I have ever been talked to, in my life.
I called about the rim on my husband's car, after discussing this with Vincent for a few minutes, he asked me the "trim" of car we had. Now, I am not in the car business, so this isn't lingo I use daily, when I told him I didn't understand, his tone changed & started to talk AT me like I was a child or some kind of useless woman. Told me that if I was to call about my husband's car than I should probably know what kind of trim he has.
Then proceeded to tell me "there is something called the internet, where you type in what you're looking for & it finds it for you"
Well, obviously I can use the internet, since I found this company when I typed in what I was looking for, but I will never, ever use y'all, nor will I ever recommend anyone call you.
Unbelievable to me to have anyone speak to another person the way I was spoken to today.

This is my real name, as it's the one I gave to y'all with my phone number, my review is solely about the way I was spoken to, I didn't say anything about you giving me numbers to other places, but I did also tell you I wanted to stay local & Dallas is not considered local, especially driving on a spare tire.
You never asked for a pic of the rim, I would have sent one since I did have it. Never asked for the VIN, I wouldn't have given it anyway, as you don't need it.
So again, review is to bring to light the way I was spoken to. The rim has since been replaced & new tires ordered, because I used the internet & all :/
The person that answered the phone didn't answer with business phone etiquette. And questioned where I was at, because my caller ID came up with where my service is from. Does he not know people travel? He didn't mention the store name or his name. 1155 pm 11/1/18
