SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!! -10000/10 charged my card before service and never came ! I called 3 times and they gave me the run around & said my address was wrong & the address was right in the conformation text ! DO NOT CALL THEM
SCAM - A broker NOT a tow truck company. We attempted to schedule a tow on Sunday. They required a payment over the phone to schedule. Stated the ETA was 60min. No show/no call. Called this company back and was told they didn't schedule a tow, because the bill was not paid. Provided payment confirmation number and it took 15 minutes for them to verify they ALREADY charged us. They said they would call and try to find a tow company. This was after a couple of calls where their reps portrayed themselves as a that does the tows. We cancelled the service and requested a refund. No confirmation of cancelled received. It's now TUESDAY and I started receiving texts that the tow truck is on the way. I cancelled with the listed provider. I also followed this company's cancelation link, which said if I don't call they may send someone else. I have called their provided cancelation number 3 times. It goes immediately to hold music and no one ever picks up. My calls have averaged 30 minutes without an answer. This place will scam you! BEWARE
3 hour wait for lockout service. However when the tech actually showed up, he was thorough, quick, and friendly. I’d give more stars if it weren’t for the wait.
Call center who farms out jobs to real towing companies. They have no way of knowing if those companies are licensed or insured. Stay far away from “companies” like this!!
Tried these guys a second time, boy what a mistake. They no showed me, but still charged me !!! I still need a tow but now they won't even answer the phone. Very condescending to my wife, why is the tow industry to bad ?? They quote a cheap price but not worth it when they "no show" you. :/

Never ever use this company. They initially told us it would be 45 minutes and we waited for them for 2 hours and they never updated us until we called and gave us 5 million different stories. They are absolutely awful.
Called for a tow and paid for tow said it would be 45 minutes to a hour. So I wait to get a call back 45mins later to be told we have only one tow truck and he not going to make it.. the tool we used other tow company's in the area and the new tow company wants $70 more on top of the $130 i paid.. I was 4 miles from my place.. 2nd tow truck never came.. Called and said where is my tow truck.. so the they call a 3rd company and they finally show up.. order the tow at 730pm was picked up at 1245am.. dont waste your time with them.. it seems to me is they are just a call center and call tow company's and keep some of the money and pay the tow company they call for you.. dont waste your time..
